Implementation of Simple Additive Weights To Determine Priorities For The Resolution of Information Technology Problems
The Regional Secretariat of West Java Province (Setda Jabar) is a government agency within the local government environment in West Java Province. Along with the development of information technology, using technology such as computers and the internet in a government agency is very important to support work. There are times when devices and systems do not work correctly, such as internet disturbances and computer software and hardware problems handled by technicians. Technicians not only manage information technology infrastructure at the West Java Regional Secretariat but also manage information technology infrastructure in three (3) official houses. Technicians are also faced with an organizational structure with many bureaus and sections. There is yet to be a definite procedure in the complaint reporting process. There is no helpdesk system as a reporting medium. With the many bureaus, the number of information technology facilities served so that technicians find it difficult to determine the priority of the work that must be served first. Given these problems, a Decision Support System approach uses the Simple Additive Weight method by using determining criteria and weights. The criteria used include Work Units, Positions, Types of Complaints, and Official Notes. The system development method used is Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD). This system is expected to assist technicians in determining services that match their needs and situations

This study aims to determine the amount of potential renewable energy sources of hydroelectric power plants that have been used to meet the electrical energy needs in East Kalimantan at this time, the amount of potential renewable energy sources of hydroelectric power plants that have not been used for electrical energy needs in East Kalimantan at this time, and the planning of electrical energy to provide electrical energy in the province of East Kalimantan in order to In this study, energy supply and demand in the province of East Kalimantan were analyzed using LEAP (Long-range Energy Alternative Planning system) models. Analyze the energy supply and demand over the next thirteen years using 2012 as the starting point. The linear regression methodology used to project energy demand interpolates historical data, activity, and energy intensity. According to the study's findings, just 1,509 MW of the province of East Kalimantan's potential hydropower sources—6976.14 MW—have been used up to this point. In 2025, the population is expected to rise by 6,167,359 people, increasing the demand for electricity from 17,546,970 MWh to 20,643,495 MWh. According to the national energy management's blueprint for the goal composition of the energy mix, hydropower capacity in 2025 would have been 23,961,414 MWh or 55.56% of the overall producing capacity of 43,129,583 MWh.This study aims to determine ; (1) To determine the amount of potential renewable energy sources of hydroelectric power plants to meet the electrical energy in East Kalimantan at this time , (2) To determine the amount of potential renewable energy sources of hydroelectric power plants that has been used for electrical energy needs in East Kalimantan at the moment , (3) to determine the planning of electrical energy for the purposes of providing electrical energy in the province of East Kalimantan in order to develop the local capacity to implement regional autonomy in the area of ??electrical energy. In this research, the analysis of demand planning and supply of energy in the province of East Kalimantan using models LEAP (Long -range Energy Alternative Planning system) version 2012. Analyze the demand and supply of energy carried over into the next thirteen years with 2012 as the base year. Energy demand projections made ??by linear regression analysis interpoles historical data as well as activity and energy intensity. The results of this study indicate that the province of East Kalimantan has potential sources of hydropower plants amounted to 6976.14 MW and only 1,509 MW has been exploited until now. 2025 the population is projected to increase by 6,167,359 souls to the needs of 17,546,970 MWh of electrical energy, while the power generation capacity of 20,643,495 MWh. If viewed from the target composition of the energy mix (energy mix) Blueprint in the national energy management, the hydropower capacity in 2025 reached 23,961,414 MWh, or 55.56 % of the total generating capacity of 43,129,583 MWh.
