These encompass intelligent automation, smart sensing, comprehensive data analysis, intelligent quality monitoring, information security, and continuous employee training. The aim is to transition towards digital banking operations at Al-Rasheed Bank. The descriptive-analytical approach was adopted by examining numerous sources related to the research topic to provide a theoretical perspective. As for the practical aspect, it relied on analyzing the survey results using statistical software (SPSS, Version 28) to obtain the findings and present recommendations. The research yielded several key findings, most notably confirming the existence of a correlation with a percentage reaching 83.9%. Additionally, it demonstrated an impact with a percentage of 78.9% between smart quality practices and the transition towards digital business. This research employed a questionnaire survey to delineate and diagnose the main variables, aiming to ascertain the extent of the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This research stands out in its comprehensive and data-driven exploration of a set of artificial intelligence tools (smart quality), taking into consideration a wide array of factors and their practical effects to enhance banking operations for digital transformation in the Iraqi environment
UNLOCKING INNOVATION POTENTIALS: THE ROLE OF VALUE CO-CREATION AND ABSORPTION CAPACITY
In today\u27s rapidly changing world, there is a growing demand for organizations to innovate and establish initiative-driven resources. The current study is a cross-sectional study grounded in epistemological positivism, involving a sample of 200 participants drawn from the service industry, specifically hotels and restaurants in Quetta City. Sampling techniques included both stratified and cluster sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 and Hayes Process Macro Model, which encompassed correlation, multiple regression, and reliability testing. Results showed a positive and significant correlation among all variables. Moreover, the analysis demonstrated that absorption capacity significantly moderates the relationship between value co-creation and innovation capabilities, confirming the hypotheses and proposed model. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering innovation capabilities, promoting value co-creation, and developing absorption capacity practices within organizations, thus highlighting avenues for future research
Involvement of Mental Toughness of Players in Sports Performance Having Poor Sports Facilities and Uncertified Coaches
The present study explored the role of the mental toughness of players in their sports performance who train under poor facilities and uncertified coaches. Utilizing a quantitative approach, the research obtained quantitative data from 200 players belonging to clubs and universities of Faisalabad across various sports and competition levels. The findings revealed that players in suboptimal training environments exhibited moderate to high levels of mental toughness which positively and significantly correlated with their sports performance. Resilience and focus emerged as the most significant predictors of sports performance particularly in individual sports and at higher levels of competition. The results suggested that mental toughness is a key factor in athletic success in resource-limited settings and underscored the need to develop psychological attributes. The findings concluded with detailed recommendations for coaches, sports psychologists, and policymakers on effective strategies for enhancing mental toughness, aiming to provide vital support for players facing challenges in resource-limited training environments
FACTORS INFLUENCING ACCEPTANCE OF CHATGPT AMONG STUDIOUS STUDENTS FOR ACADEMIC PURPOSES
As we are living in the digital age, also known as the new media age, there is no denying the fact that our lives are shaped by technology to the extent that we have become dependent on it for our day-to-day matters. Although technology, more specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made our lives easier and efficient. One such tool that gained instant popularity and usage after its invention is ChatGPT. Though ChatGPT is benefitting people in various fields but its use in academia still has acquired mixed reviews. While some see its potential for enhanced learning, other view it as a way for students to cheat and plagiarize (Kirk, 2023). Research on the use of ChatGPT in educational setting has been conducted in a few countries but still it needs a lot of research in the Pakistani context. The current paper will find out factors influencing acceptance of ChatGPT among studious students for academic purpose. Moreover, this paper also has a qualitative part which will review the challenges and opportunities of using ChatGPT in higher education in Pakistan by doing a SWOT analysis. Data for the quantitative part will be collected through questionnaire, from engineering students of National Sciences and Technology (NUST) university. In the light of the results gained after data analysis, a comprehensive discussion on the opportunities and challenges of using ChatGPT in Pakistani academic setting will be done. The potential for abuse and exploitation will also be covered in the paper\u27s discussion of the ethical issues. ChatGPT is one of the first of its kind available to general public and more are on its way. Thus, we have to accept its presence in our lives. We need to open dialogue so that AI in education reaches its full potential, which can have more opportunities than challenges
Effects of Supportive Coaching Style on Technical Skill and Mental Preparation of National Badminton Players
The researchers made an effort to determine the effects of a supportive coaching style on the technical skills and mental preparation of national badminton players (40 males and 20 females, aged 18 to 30 years) from Punjab, Pakistan. The research design is a quantitative, cross-sectional survey with a non-probability sampling strategy that draws a sample from the population using the Rao Soft formula. Researchers used an adopted tool for data collection of the independent variable "Autonomy-Supportive Coaching Style Scale by Williams and Deci (1991) with 14 questions to examine badminton players\u27 opinions of autonomy-supportive coaching styles demonstrated by their primary sport\u27s coach. For data collection of the dependent variable "technical skill and mental preparation," participants indicated each item using a 5-point Likert scale. Cronbach\u27s alpha equals 0.901. We used the appropriate statistical methods to test the hypotheses, such as mean, SD, regression, ANOVA, and correlation analysis, using SPSS 17. National badminton players appreciate supportive instruction in terms of technical ability and mental preparedness. Coaches should be aware of the acquisition and exchange of knowledge among badminton players
Obstacles for Female Students Regarding Physical Activities in Backward Areas of Pakistan (Khyber Agency)
This research aims to comprehensively analyze the multifaceted discrimination faced by women in Pakistan, with a particular focus on the challenges encountered by those in rural and remote areas. A sample of 120 individuals was randomly selected, and data was collected using a standardized questionnaire to ensure accuracy and reliability. The findings indicate that both religious and cultural factors significantly contribute to the discrimination experienced by women, with religious influences emerging as particularly pronounced. Additionally, women in rural areas face unique challenges that limit their participation in physically demanding activities. The study also highlights how low self-esteem among female students hampers their engagement in extracurricular activities, notably in sports and physical education. This underscores the urgent need for targeted interventions and community programs aimed at empowering women, fostering self-confidence, and addressing the root causes of discrimination. Ultimately, the research advocates for a holistic approach to mitigate these issues, promoting gender equality and enabling women to participate fully in all aspects of life
