Impact of Resistance Training on Body Composition and Kinematics of Volleyball Service of Female Players
The aim of this study was to compare experimental and control groups of female volleyball players in their body composition, physical fitness, and volleyball serves. The selected participants were the (n = 17) experimental group and the (n=17) control group of female volleyball players. Eight weeks strength training program was implemented for the experimental group and the control group remain at the routine volleyball practice. The selected variables for this study were body mass, stature, eight skinfolds, eight girths, five lengths, and kinematics analysis of volleyball service. The kinematics of volleyball serving skills were assessed with two video cameras and software. Repeated measures of ANOVA were applied for statistical analysis to compare the experimental and control groups. Results exhibited that the players of the experimental group were significantly affected after eight weeks of strength training in the following measures triceps skinfold, abdomen skinfold, thighs skinfold, calf skinfold, elbow angle, and knee angle than the control group. It is concluded that the lesser skinfold measures show the reduction of fat percentage of experimental groups and straightening the elbow angle and knee angle improves the accuracy of volleyball service. Therefore, it is recommended that beginner female volleyball players should be trained with game skills along with resistance training programs.

REVISITING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EUDAIMONIC WELL-BEING AND INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP: MEDIATING ROLE OF PERCEPTION OF INCLUSION
The main goal of the current research is to investigate the mediator role of perception of inclusion between inclusive leadership and eudaimonic well-being. The partial least square method of structural equation modeling was incorporated to test the direct effect and the mediating effect based on data collected from 401 respondents of dissimilar sectors but mainly from the pharmaceutical sector. The results exposed an insignificant direct effect and significant indirect impact of inclusive leadership on eudaimonic well-being; however, the variable perception of inclusion was found to be a significant mediator. Nevertheless, the results contribute to the prior research studies that largely investigated the direct relationship between employee well-being and leadership, by showing that perception of inclusion mediates the relationship between eudaimonic well-being and inclusive leadership. The findings of the current research study certainly will help managers working in many industries set up and maintain behaviors that can improve employees\u27 well-being, particularly eudaimonic well-being at work

BETWEEN GOOD INTENTIONS AND DARK CORNERS: EXPLORING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP AND UNETHICAL PRO-ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR
Employees who are keen to uphold their organizational competetiveness by practicing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) may, at some point within practical workplace settings, based on their social exchange perceptions (SEP), cross the ethical and moral boundary conditions to benefit the organization and engage in unethical pro-organizational behavior (UPB). Drawing on social exchange theory (SET), and social cognitive theory (SCT), a mediated-moderation model has been theorized to broaden our take on UPB as one of the possible downstream effects of OCB, mediated by SEP and moderated by moral attentiveness (MA). As a novel study of its kind, it is likely to have a significant contribution to the body of knowledge regarding the paradoxical nature of UPB

PERCEIVED RISK AND ONLINE PURCHASE INTENTION: THE INTERACTION EFFECT OF TRUST
This study is aimed to investigate the relationship between perceived risk and online purchase intention, as well as the moderating role of trust on the mentioned link among the university students in Pakistan. The existing literature has mainly focused on the effects of perceived risk on online purchase intention in the developed countries and oversighted the potential role of trust affecting the relationship between perceived risk and online purchase intention. This research study, thus, bridges these gaps in the literature. Purposive sampling was utilized and data was collected from 200 enrolled students through questionnaire. Results of the regression analysis demonstrated that perceived risk in online shopping is adversely related to purchase intention. Moreover, results of hierarchal regression analysis indicated that trust positively moderates the link between perceived risk and purchase intention, indicating that trust dampens the mentioned link. This study provides significant implications to online sellers to understand the underlying role of trust in reducing the perceived risk of consumers and encouraging them to engage in online shopping. This study also suggests the policy makers to devise clear, transparent and uniform policies regarding product return by consumers, product damages and exchange etc so that online businesses flourish and consumer may get benefit of ease, convenience, economy and satisfaction in the online shopping. Limitations and future research directions are provided
