    ANALISIS PENGARUH FITUR DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI FREEMIUM CANVA

    Perkembangan teknologi memberikan kontribusi yang sangat besar dalamproses pembelajaran peserta didik. Saat ini, media komunikasi visual menjadi alternatifbagi para peserta didik. Hal ini dikarenakan media ini dapat memudahkan para pesertadidik dalam memahami maksud yang ingin disampaikan melalui gambar desain. Saatini telah banyak bermunculan model bisnis freemium berbasis platform desain grafisyang dibutuhkan oleh para peserta didik khususnya di kalangan Mahasiswa AdministrasiBisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, salah satunya yaitu Canva. Canva merupakanmodel bisnis freemium berbasis platform desain grafis yang didirikan pada tahun 2012.Aplikasi Canva memiliki berbagai fitur yang dapat memudahkan para penggunanya.Selain itu harga yang ditawarkan juga relatif terjangkau, sehingga hal ini seringkalimenjadi bahan pertimbangan atas penilaian para pengguna.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fitur dan harga terhadapkepuasaan penggunaan aplikasi freemium Canva dikalangan Mahasiswa AdministrasiBisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahmetode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan korelasi denganmenyebarkan kuisioner dalam bentuk g-form. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60responden yang merupakan Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UPN “Veteran” JawaTimur angkatan 2019-2021 yang menjadi pengguna Canva. Metode analisa data dalampenelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji T dan uji Fdengan bantuan IBM SPPS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa fiturdan harga secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasaan penggunapada Mahasiswa Administrasi Bisnis UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur.

    Based on data from the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade, Tuban Regency, in 2019 there were 75,536 MSMEs. The irony is that in Mojomalang Village, Parengan District, there is not much motivation for residents to open their own businesses. The condition of the Mojomalang Village area is a lack of water during the dry season. MSMEs in Mojomalang Village are still underdeveloped because there are many obstacles including a lack of business capital, a lack of understanding on how to grow a business, a lack of product innovation, and product marketing difficulties. During the rainy season, the majority of residents cultivate rice fields and fields to meet their daily needs. However, in the dry season, the residents do not cultivate the fields and fields, but become factory workers. Collaborative governance is the concept of governance in Mojomalang Village in order to improve the village economy through strengthening MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of collaborative governance in improving the economy through strengthening MSMEs. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is the collaborative aspect of administering the village government that is more in the aspects of formulating and implementing policies or programs issued by the village government. So that in practice, collaboration in government administration can be said to be less deliberative or deliberative among actors/stakeholders who should be involved. The actors or stakeholders involved in efforts to improve the economy in Mojomalang Village are the village government, MSME actors, BUMDes managers and the community. The recommendation from the research that has been carried out is to develop village potential that involves stakeholders through dissemination. Knowledge of the processing of superior products and the use of appropriate technology can increase the productivity and innovation of MSMEs. So that Mojomalang Village can become a village that has an independent economic power. AbstraksiBerdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi, Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tuban tahun 2019 mencapai 75.536 UMKM. Ironinya, di Desa Mojomalang, Kecamatan Parengan belum banyak motivasi warga untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Kondisi wilayah Desa Mojomalang yang kekurangan air di saat musim kemarau. UMKM di Desa Mojomalang masih kurang berkembang karena banyak kendala diantaranya minimnya modal usaha, kurang memahami cara membesarkan bisnis, kurangnya inovasi produk, dan kesulitan pemasaran produk. Pada musim penghujan, mayoritas warga bercocok tanam di sawah dan ladang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari. Tetapi, pada musim kemarau, warga tidak mengolah sawah dan ladang, tetapi menjadi buruh pabrik. Collaborative governance menjadi konsep penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Desa Mojomalang dalam rangka meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui penguatan UMKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan collaborative governance dalam peningkatan perekonomian melalui penguatan UMKM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah aspek kolaborasi penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa lebih pada aspek perumusan dan implementasi kebijakan atau program yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah desa. Sehingga dalam prakteknya, kolaborasi penyelenggaraan pemerintah dapat dikatakan kurang deliberatif atau musyawarah antar aktor / stakeholders yang seharusnya terlibat. Adapun aktor atau stakeholders yang terlibat di dalam upaya peningkatan ekonomi di Desa Mojomalang adalah pemerintah desa, pelaku UMKM, pengelola BUMDes dan masyarakat. Rekomendasi dari penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah mengembangkan potensi desa yang melibatkan stakeholders dengan diseminasi. Pengetahuan mengenai pengolahan produk unggulan dan penggunaan teknologi tepat guna dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan inovasi UMKM.     ANALISIS PERUBAHAN SISTEM KERJA DAN PROFESIONALISME APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) PASCA PANDEMI COVID 19

    The work system of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) during the Covid-19 pandemic underwent many changes and adjustments in the context of providing public services. The government implemented changes to the Work from Office (WFO) work system to Work from Home (WFH) and optimized the use of technology to be able to provide satisfying public services. The role of ASN is to provide services to the community in a professional, responsible and competent manner in dealing with national issues and problems, to act as a unifying force for the nation, to be adaptive and to be able to collaborate with all elements of the nation. The public services provided involve three elements, namely public service delivery organizations, the community as service recipients and success or satisfaction in providing services received by the community. Changes to the work system during and after the pandemic certainly have a positive or negative impact on the professionalism of ASN. The research findings show that changes in the work system have shown a positive impact regarding the use of digital technology in the delivery of public services so that they are more flexible, efficient and transparent, but on the other hand a strict oversight mechanism is needed in order to maintain the integrity of ASN. AbstraksiSistem kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) selama berlangsungnya pandemi Covid-19 mengalami banyak perubahan dan penyesuaian dalam rangka penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. Pemerintah memberlakukan perubahan sistem kerja Work from Office (WFO) menjadi Work from Home (WFH) serta mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan publik yang memuaskan. Peran ASN adalah wajib memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dengan professional, bertanggungjawab dan kompeten dalam menangani isu dan masalah bangsa, berperan sebagai pemersatu bangsa, adaptif dan mampu berkolaborasi dengan segenap elemen bangsa. Pelayanan publik yang diberikan melibatkan tiga unsur yaitu organisasi penyelenggara pelayanan publik, masyarakat sebagai penerima pelayanan dan keberhasilan atau kepuasan dalam pemberian pelayanan yang diterima oleh masyarakat. Perubahan sistem kerja selama dan paska pandemi tentunya memiliki dampak positif mauun negatif terhadap profesionalisme ASN. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan perubahan sistem kerja menunjukkan dampak yang positif terkait penggunaan teknologi digital dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik sehingga lebih fleksibel, efisien dan transparan, namun di sisi lain diperlukan mekanisme pengawasan ketat dalam rangka menjaga integritas ASN

    ABSTRACTKosovo is a country from Yugoslavia. The Kosovo conflict is a major conflict involving ethnic Albanians and Serbs. In 1999 NATO entered to resolve the conflict with the United Nations. Which makes Kosovo have the opportunity to be independent. In 2008 Kosovo declared its independence in the Kosovo Assembly. And now Kosovo is trying to build an international image and sees sport as an opportunity to bulid an image. Kosovo formed The Olympic Committee of Kosovo (OCK) to participate in Olympic organization IOC (International Olympic Committee). In 2014 IOC issued full acknowledgment of OCK and allowed Kosovo to appear at the 2016 Rio Olympics. According to the IOC, OCK has fulfilled the requirements of the Olympic Charter which contains technically that IOC members are independent countries and internationally recognized. Kosovo also joined FIFA and UEFA in 2016 through voting by member countries. This study uses a literature study method with secondary qualitative data analysis techniques. Through the data that will be elaborated with the theory of sports diplomacy which is then described through the process of image, namely strategy, substance, and symbolic action.     Komunikasi Internasional sebagai Sarana Penyelesaian Konflik Laut Natuna Utara

    ABSTRACTInternational communication is an important component in international relations. This relates to conflict resolution related to two or more countries. Indonesia as one of the countries in the world cannot be separated from territorial dispute conflicts such as the North Natuna Sea territorial dispute. The North Natuna Sea conflict is a conflict related to many countries. As a complex conflict resolution, means of settlement are needed. Indonesia uses international communication as a means of resolving the North Natuna Sea conflict. So this study aims to find out the basis of international communication used by Indonesia and to investigate further about how Indonesia's international communication is implemented as a means of resolving the North Natuna Sea conflict. This study uses qualitative methods and uses the concept of international communication in order to obtain comprehensive research results. Indonesia has taken a number of actions, starting from a peaceful path to a firm stance, President Joko Widodo is clearly seen using an active actor's role to seek ways of peace and of course has a main focus, namely protecting Indonesia's national interests in Natuna. International communication is indeed the first and main way to bridge problems and find a middle point. Of course it is supported by a number of firm actions so as not to be complacent and of course the attitudes of the two countries which are in tension must still respect existing international law.     Women & SMEs: Empowering for Better Economic

    Covid has had an impact on reducing Indonesia's overall economic growth, data from BPS shows that at least the economy has fallen by -2.07 percent. This impact is felt by various existing economic sectors. However, there is an interesting phenomenon regarding how women improve their family's economic situation through various businesses starting from home businesses. New women entrepreneurs emerged during the pandemic. The role of women is increasingly influential in the transformation of the family's economic improvement and of course has an impact on the nation's economy in a broader context. Economic resilience is certainly one of the outcomes resulting from the emergence of women's small business activities. This paper examines the process of empowering women in women's SMEs during a pandemic seen from three stages, namely taking part, preparing, and protecting. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a systematic literature review method by analyzing journals related to the title. The results show that various policies issued by the government have covered the first two stages, but protection has not yet been seen. Apart from the government, there is a significant role for community organizations and private companies including e-commerce to support women's MSMEs. Their role is to provide education and assistance to women entrepreneurs of SMEs. ABSTRAKSICovid berdampak pada penurunan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara menyeluruh, data dari BPS menunjukkan setidaknya perekonomian turun sebesar -2,07 persen. Dampak ini dirasakan oleh berbagai sektor ekonomi yang ada. Namun demikian, terdapat fenomena yang menarik berkenaan dengan bagaimana perempuan memperbaiki keadaan ekonomi keluarga melalui berbagai usaha mulai dari usaha rumahan. Bermunculan wirausaha perempuan baru selama masa pandemi. Peran perempuan semakin berpengaruh dalam transformasi perbaikan perekonomian keluarga dan tentu berdampak pada perekonomian bangsa dalam konteks yang lebih luas. Ketahanan ekonomi tentu menjadi salah satu luaran yang dihasilkan dari bermunculannya kegiatan usaha kecil perempuan. Tulisan ini mengkaji bagaimana proses pemberdayaan perempuan dalam usaha umkm perempuan selama pandemi yang dilihat dari tiga tahapan, yaitu pemihakan, penyiapan, dan perlindungan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode systematic literature review dengan menganalisis jurnal-jurnal yang terkait dengan judul. Hasil menunjukkan berbagai kebijakan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah telah mencakup dua tahap awal, namun proteksi belum terlihat. Selain pemerintah, terdapat peran signifikan dari organisasi masyarakat dan perusahaan swasta termasuk e-commerce untuk mendukung UMKM perempuan.     DIGITALISASI DESA DALAM KONTEKS COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE

    The development of a digital ecosystem that has entered the village government level has become a trend and direction of development now. The village government as the responsible party cannot carry out the development itself, and needs to collaborate with other parties. Collaborative governance is a bridge that is used to create a digital village environment. In collaborative governance, it is necessary to have actors, interests that are driving forces, platforms for collaboration, and the ultimate hope of the collaboration process. This research is a qualitative research using a literature review approach. The results of this study illustrate that there must be actors who have the same interest in creating a village digital environment. These interests become fuel in the collaborative governance process that is carried out. The collaboration process also requires an arena that can be facilitated by the government from the village to the central level. The goal to be achieved is a digital environment created consisting of technology, culture, social, political, psychological, service, and administrative. Thus, village digitization can create a digital environment through collaborative governance. AbstraksiPembangunan ekosistem digital yang sudah masuk dalam tingkat pemerintahan desa sudah menjadi tren dan arah pembangunan sekarang. Pemerintah desa sebagai pihak yang bertanggungjawab tidak dapat melaksanakan pembangunan tersebut sendiri, dan perlu melakukan kolaborasi dengan pihak lain. Collaborative governance menjadi jembatan yang digunakan untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital desa. Dalam collaborative governance perlu adanya aktor, kepentingan yang menjadi pendorong, wadah kolaborasi, dan harapan akhir dari proses kolaborasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa harus ada aktor yang memiliki kepentingan yang sama dalam menciptakan lingkungan digital desa. Kepentingan tersebut menjadi bahan bakar dalam proses collaborative governance yang dilaksanakan. Dalam proses kolaborasi tersebut juga membutuhkan arena yang dapat difasilitasi oleh pemerintah dari tingkat desa sampai pusat. Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah lingkungan digital yang dibuat terdiri dari teknologi, budaya, sosial, politik, psikologis, pelayanan, dan administratif.     RESPONSIVITAS PEGAWAI DALAM PELAYANAN ONE DAY SERVICE PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KABUPATEN BOGOR

    The purpose of this study was to determine the One Day Service in Population Administration at the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, the Department of Population and Civil Registration, Bogor Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, Bogor Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, totaling 12 respondents and 98 people who were used as respondents, in this study using the Yamane formula. The data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the One Day Service in population administration includes KK, MCH, Birth Certificate and Death Certificate services, with an average score of 3.99 in the good category. This can be interpreted that the One Day Service in Population Administration at the Integrated Service Unit V Ciawi, the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bogor Regency as a whole is good where it is viewed from the six dimensions of service responsiveness. However, this is seen from the dimensions of the ability to respond to complaints that have not been carried out properly because a suggestion box has not been provided to accommodate complaints from the community so that special attention is needed and is able to provide a suggestion box.  AbstraksiTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui One Day Service Administrasi Kependudukan di Unit Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Satuan Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor yang berjumlah 12 responden dan 98 orang yang dijadikan responden, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Yamane. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa One Day Service dalam administrasi kependudukan meliputi pelayanan KK, KIA, Akta Kelahiran dan Akta Kematian dengan skor rata-rata 3,99 dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa One Day Service Administrasi Kependudukan di Unit Pelayanan Terpadu V Ciawi Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Bogor secara keseluruhan sudah baik jika dilihat dari enam dimensi ketanggapan pelayanan. Namun hal ini dilihat dari dimensi kemampuan menanggapi pengaduan belum terlaksana dengan baik karena belum disediakan kotak saran untuk menampung pengaduan dari masyarakat sehingga diperlukan perhatian khusus dan mampu menyediakan kotak saran.

    ABSTRACTEnvironmental issues are currently receiving a lot of attention worldwide, so they are widely discussed on international agendas. Many countries are starting to care about the sustainability of their country along with the sustainability of the environment in their territory. Some of these countries are Indonesia and Norway. Cooperation between Norway and Indonesia was carried out in the REDD+ program, which was built to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions due to deforestation and forest degradation. This research is qualitative with a descriptive method, with data collection techniques using literature, and the data used is secondary data. The result of this research is that there are social, environmental, and economic obstacles to implementing REDD+ in Indonesia, which has caused REDD+, which should have been completed in 2016, to continue to this day.Keywords: Environmental Issues, Collaboration, Deforestation, Degradation, Obstacle
