PENGARUH SPOT RATES DAN FORWARD RATES TERHADAP FUTURES RATES PADA HARGA KOMODITAS OLEIN DI BBJ 2015-2017
Get PDFThe economic crisis that has happened shows that the agribusiness sector can survive, so that the development of the agribusiness sector is one of the priorities. Olein is one of the agribusiness commodities that are traded through futures contracts. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of spot and forward rates on futures rates on olein commodities on the Bursa Berjangka Jakarta (JFX) for the 2015-2017 period. The research method used is a quantitative method by testing the hypothesis whether the independent variables affect the dependent variable, that whether the prediction of futures rates can be made using the variable of the forward rates and spot rates. The method is done by observing the price data published at Bappebti and JFX. The data used are secondary data, obtained from bappebti.co.id and jfx.co.id. Testing is done after the data has passed the classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that forward rates do not affect futures rates, while spot rates affect futures rates. PENGARUH SEMANGAT KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN WAY SEPUTIH KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kecamatan Way Seputih Kabupaten Lampung Tengah tanggal 1 Maret 2019. Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan kuantitatif yang dimulai dengan berpikir deduktif untuk menurunkan hipotesis dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Jumlah populasi adalah 42 dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh/sensus yaitu 42 responden. Teknik analis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda.Hasil analisis yaitu ada pengaruh Semangat Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Aparatur sipil negara. Hal ini terjadi karena aparatur sipil negara memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi sehingga dapat memberikan kualitas pelayanan yang tinggi pula. Ada pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Aparatur sipil negara. Hal ini terjadi karena kepuasan kerja aparatur sipil negara telah di penuhi. Ada pengaruh Semangat Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Aparatur sipil negara. Hal ini dapat dijelskan bahwa aparatur sipil negara di Kantor Kecamatan Way Seputih Kabupaten Lampung Tengah memiliki semangat kerja yang tinggi dan juga kepuasan kerja sehingga kualitas pelayanan menjadi lebih meningkat. Get PDFThis research was conducted in Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. The sampling technique used purposive sampling to 200 respondents, namely residents of Pekalongan Subdistrict. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression tests. From the results of the study it can be concluded that reliability and empathy have a positive and significant influence on community satisfaction. This indicates that the services provided by Family Planning officers are good enough so that they can be accepted by the community well. However, in order for the Family Planning program to spread to the entire population, it is necessary to do an explanation using good language so that it can attract sympathetic residents to join the program. Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of liquidity ratios, profitability and firm size on stock prices with dividend policy as an intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. The sample used in this study are 22 companies with the 2013-2017 research year. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and sobel tests. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has no effect on dividend policy, liquidity has no effect stock prices, profitability do not affect on dividend policy, profitability has no effect on stock prices, while firm size has significant positive effects on dividend policy and stock price, dividend policy does not affect stock prices, dividend policy is not able to mediate liquidity, profitability and size of the company against stock prices Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, Stock Price, Dividend Polic
PENERAPAN MARKETING MIX TERHADAP LOYALITAS PELANGGAN BANK SYARIAH MANDIRI DI PURWOKERTO DENGAN KEPUTUSAN MENABUNG SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan marketing mix terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bank Syariah Mandiri di Purwokerto dengan keputusan menabung sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang menjadi pelanggan Bank Syariah Mandiri di Purwokerto dan sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 120 nasabah. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji sobel, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa secara parsial produk, distribusi, dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan menabung. distribusi dan keputusan menabung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Promosi memediasi loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan menabung. dan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menabung. produk, harga, promosi tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Produk, harga, dan distribusi tidak memediasi loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan menabung. Dan hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa marketing mix berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui keputusan menabung. Implikasi penelitian bagi Bank Syariah Mandiri di Purwokerto telah di bahas dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci : Marketing Mix Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Melalui Keputusan Menabung

Get PDFLayanan publik adalah tanggung jawab pemerintah dan dilaksanakan oleh lembaga pemerintah, termasuk juga di Pusat Kesehatan Poncowati di Kabupaten Terbanggi Besar, Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Puskesmas bertugas menyediakan layanan kesehatan dengan memprioritaskan kompetensi tenaga medis dan layanan kepada masyarakat.Dari hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi tenaga medis terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa kompetensi tenaga medis memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan selama ini dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kompetensi tenaga medis dan layanan kesehatan bersama-sama pada kepuasan pasien. Ini dapat diartikan bahwa kompetensi tenaga medis dan layanan yang diterapkan sejauh ini memiliki pengaruh pada kepuasan pasien. ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS IKLAN DAN BRAND AWARENESS PROGRAM PASCASARJANA IIB DARMAJAYA DI BANDAR LAMPUNG
Get PDFProgram pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya merupakan peluang bisnis yang potensial, Berdasarkan data pangsa pasar jumlah mahasiswa pascasarjana periode 2015-2017, jumlah pangsa pasar program pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya hanya sebesar 4%. Data grafik jumlah mahasiswa baru pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya pada tahun 2009 terus mengalami kenaikan sampai dan penurunan terjadi pada tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2017 dengan jumlah mahasiswa baru hanya 75 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuota dan purposive sampling. Metode analisis data untuk mengukur efektivitas Iklan menggunakan CRI dan mengukur kesadaran merek menggunakan Analisis Kesadaran MerekHasil Pada perhitungan CRI hasil analisis efektivitas iklan program pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya pada skala tingkatan efektivitas iklan cukup efektif. Pada perhitungan Brand Awareness pada tingkatan Top Of Mind Program Pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya menempati urutan ke 3. Pada tingkatan Brand Recall Program Pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya belum mampu di ingat sebagai jawaban pertama setelah pertanyaan Top Of Mind oleh responden. Pada tingkatan Brand Recognition responden sudah mengetahui keberadaan Program Pascasarjana IIB Darmajaya. Pada tungkatan unaware brand terdapat 6 responden belum mengetahui program pascasarjana IIB Darmaajaya.Kata Kunci : Iklan, Kesadaran Merek, Pascasarjana, IIB Darmajay
