PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE (EPS), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE) DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO (DER) TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DENGAN KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI BARANG KONSUMSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2014-2018
This study aims to examine the effect of Earning per Share (EPS), Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns with dividend policy as an intervening variable in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Data used is the panel data with the detail of 5 years time series and 20 companies of cross section data. The data obtained further processed by using the data analysis techniques is multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption test, namely the test of normality, multikoliniearity test, heteroskdastisity test and autocorrelation test. In this study also used Sobel test. Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) EPS has a positive and significant influence on the DPR which is indicated by 0.002 value and 0.000 for probability. (2) The ROE has a negative and insignificant influence on the DPR which is indicated by the -0.009 and probability of 0781. (3) DER has a positive and significant influence on the DPR which is indicated by the value of 3.087 and the probability of 0.030. (4) The DPR has insignificant negative influence on the stock return this is demonstrated by value -0.004 and probability of 0.377. (5) EPS has an insignificant negative influence on the stock return which is demonstrated by values 1.931 E-6 and probability 0.867. (6) ROE has a negative influence on the stock return which is demonstrated by values 8.957 E-7 and probability 0.999. (7) DER has an insignificant positive influence on the stock return which is demonstrated by the value of 0.046 and the probability of 0.244 and (8) DPR does not mediate the EPS, ROE and DER variables on stock return, this is indicated by the calculated z value is smaller than the z table value (-5 <1.96), (0.1270 <1.96) and (-6.7234 < 1.96). Dividend Policy (DPR) is not able to be an intervening variable of the EPS, ROE and DER variables on Saham Returns in the Consumer Goods Industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK ATLANTIK
This study is aims to examine to the effects of leadership and competence toward the teacher’s performance in SMK Atlantik. Leadership (X1) and competence (X2) are independent variables and the performance of the teacher (Y) is dependent variable. Based on the results of the study, then obtained the following conclusions: (1) found a positive and significant relationship between leadership (variable X1) to the performance of the teacher (variable Y) with the correlation result obtained a number of 70.8%, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted (2) found that the connection is positive and significant because it gets a figure of 81.4%, so Ho rejected and Ha accepted between competence (X2) on teacher performance (Y). (3) Since getting 83.3% results means collectively found which is a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s leadership variables (X1) and the motivational variables (X2) against the teacher’s performance variable (Y).Keywords: Leadership, Competence, Performanc
PENGARUH INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL VAICTM
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari intellectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan perhitungan VAIC. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel yang diambil melalui purposive sample sebanyak 30 perusahaan dari industri perbankan. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa indikator dari variabel laten intellectual dan kinerja perusahaan yang mempengaruhi secara absolut adalah Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) dan Return on Asset(ROA) yaitu sebesar 0,713 dan 1. Hipotesis yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara intelectual capital terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 0,470 namun tidak signifikan dikarenakan nilai t lebih rendah dari t tabel yaitu 1,592 < 1,96 Kata Kunci: Intellectual Capital, Kinerja Perusahaan, ROA, VACA,VAHU,STV
PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
Each organization certainly spells out the role of the individual to help accomplish what is in his interest. To make it happen, employees are required to have emotional intelligence and participate in several trainings to achieve the expected work performance. From the analysis it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence on work performance. This is due to employees having high emotional intelligence that has an impact on increasing employee performance. There is a significant effect of training on work performance. This is because employees carry out quality and quality training because they are proven to improve employee performance. ANALISIS KINERJA PUSKESMAS PAYUNGREJO DI KECAMATAN PUBIAN KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
Health care is one of the many needs that are important to the community and is one of the basic rights of the community whose provision must be carried out by the government. Health centers as first-rate health care facilities must have good performance in order to provide good service to the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the performance of Payungrejo Health Center in Central Lampung District in 2018.The method used is combination research (mixing method). This combination research uses quantitative and qualitative methods together and is balanced with the object of research is the performance of the health center. The subjects in the study were all employees at the Payungrejo Health Center in Central Lampung Regency. Data collection techniques used interviews, documentation and questionnaires using questionnaires. The analysis tool used is fishbone, problem tree and analysis using spider web graphs.The results of the analysis show that the performance of Payungrejo Community Health Center is seen from the achievement of essential programs and development that have not yet achieved the desired targets with various obstacles, therefore it is necessary to continuously improve the performance of health workers so that future health efforts can run optimally.Keywords: Analysis of Puskesmas Performanc
PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA CV SWADAYA AGRI JAYA DI GONDANG REJO, KECAMATAN PEKALONGAN, KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TIMUR
This research is motivated by the importance of employees in a company which is an important factor in helping to realize company goals, and that influences job satisfaction is transformational leadership and organizational culture. The research objective was to determine the direct effect, transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction.In this study the method used is an explanatory survey method by collecting primary data and sampling techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale tool against 170 employee respondents at CV Swadaya Agri Jaya in Gondangrejo. Testing the instrument requirements used includes validity and reliability tests. Testing the analytical tool used includes normality test, homogeneity test, multiple linear regression test. The tool used to test is SPSS.Based on the research results obtained transformational leadership has no positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive direct effect on job satisfaction, and transformational leadership together with organizational culture has no effect on job satisfaction Keywords: transformational leadership, organizational culture and job satisfaction
LIKUIDITAS SEBAGAI PREDIKTOR PROFITABILITAS: SEBUAH STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR INDUSTRI MANUFAKTUR
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of liquidity with proxies are the current ratio (CR), and the quick ratio (QR) to profitability with proxies are the return on assets (ROA) and the return on equity (ROE), on manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the research periods are 2014 - 2018. The purposive sampling method was used, and as many as twenty companies were sampled. The test uses multiple linear regression analysis; the stage are classical assumption test, the goodness of fit test, F-test, and T-test. The results obtained in the first model with ROA as the criterion are CR and QR as the significant predictors. The results obtained in the second model with ROE as the criterion is QR as the significant predictor, while CR has no significant effect to ROE. These results indicate that each profitability ratio is specifically influenced by the respective liquidity ratios studied so that companies can pay more attention to matters related to these variables in order to support efforts to increase company profitability.Keywords: Current Ratio, Manufacturing Company, Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Quick Rati
PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA DAN JASA PELAYANAN (SERVQUAL) TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN PADA PUSKESMAS KESUMADADI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
Kesumadadi Health Center as one of the health facilities in the Central Lampung Regency work area, can not avoid the influence of reform in the health sector. With the condition of the community, which is increasingly critical of the quality of health services, the puskesmas can provide quality services.Based on the analysis it can be concluded that there is an influence of work culture on the satisfaction of outpatients. This is because the work culture applied by the puskesmas has been good and can provide satisfaction to patients. There is an influence of services (servqual) on outpatient satisfaction. PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI PUSKESMAS PONCOWATI KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Poncowati Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 pasien . Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji T dan uji F. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumusan penelitian memiliki pengaruh positif antara masing-masing variabel indepeden terhadap variabel dependen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing indikator dari variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati akan sangat berpengaruh apabila diterapkan sebaik-baiknya akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien.
