PENGARUH STRUKTUR DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP INOVASI ORGANISASI PERUSAHAAN
The research aims to study the influence of organizational structure and culture on corporate organizational innovation. The method used is a quantitative method by collecting 100 questionnaire samples. This study analyzes the data collected with multiple regression analysis. The independent variable of this research is the organizational structure and culture of the organization while the dependent variable of this research is innovation within the company. The result of this research is that the organizational structure and culture of the organization has a significant and positive influence on a company’s innovation.Keywords: Innovation, Organizational Structure, Organizational Cultur
Peran Sistem Samsat Drive Thru Terhadap Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak
The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of tax socialization, motor vehicle tax sanctions, and Samsat Drive-Thru systems on motor vehicle Taxpayers compliance in Bantul Samsat offices in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta in 2019. The population in this study were all motor vehicle taxpayers in Samsat Bantul as many as 449,610. Sampling with Slovin formula obtained as many as 100 respondents and the method of data collection using accidental sampling. The data used in this study are primary data, data collection using the questionnaire method. Data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that motor vehicle tax sanctions and Samsat Drive-Thru systems have a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, while tax socialization has a positive and insignificant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance

Unit Pelayanan Teknis Daerah puskesmas gunung sugih (UPTD puskesmas gunung sugih) adalah Puskesmas milik Pemerintah Kabupaten Lampung Tengah dan merupakan puskesmas dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. puskesmas di tuntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada para pasiennya. Salah satu cara nya adalah dengan memberikan kinerja pelayanan terhadap respon yang penuh ketulusan dan memiliki mutu pelyanan yang baik terlebih terhadap pasien. PENGARUH PENGETAHUAN ETIKA & RELIGIUSITAS ISLAM TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN PEER TO PEER LENDING BERBASIS SYARIAH
Saat ini, era industri 4.0 banyak para pengusaha yang mengembangkan usahanya dalam bentuk inovasi ke teknologi, tak terkecuali dalam bidang bisnis keuangan, baik kuangan konvensional maupun keuangan syariah. Terdapat dua faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keputusan dalam pemilihan layanan keuangan syariah, diantaranya pengetahuan etika dan religiusitas Islam. Penelitain ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengetahuan etika dan religiusitas Islam terhadap penggunaan peer to peer lending berbasis syariah pada mahsasiswa yang berstudi di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berdasarkan hasil analisis kuantitatif terhadap variabel penelitian yaitu pengetahuan etika dan religiusitas Islam terhadap penggunaan peer to peer lending berbasis syariah. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh studi di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 131 responden yang didapatkan melalui google form dan diolah menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) pengetahuan etika berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengunaan peer to peer lendning berbasis syariah, 2) religiusitas Islam berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengunaan peer to peer lendning berbasis syariah
PENGARUH KINERJA TENAGA MEDIS DAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP SISTEM REPUTASI LAYANAN PUBLIK PADA PUSKESMAS METRO
This research was conducted at the Metro Health Center on November 28, 2019. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using observations and questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 90 people and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21. Based on the analysis it can be concluded that there is an effect of the performance of medical personnel on the public service reputation system at the Puskesmas Metro. This is because the performance of medical personnel has been good so that it can improve the public service reputation system. In addition, there is an influence of health services on the reputation system for public services in Metro Puskesmas. This is because health services have carried out well so as to improve the reputation system of public services. Then, there is an effect of the performance of medical personnel and health services simultaneously on the reputation system for public services in the Metro Puskesmas. This is because there is a maximum combination of performance of medical personnel and health services so as to be able to improve the reputation system of public services.Keywords:Medical Personnel Performance, Health Services, Public Service Reputation System

PEMBERDAYAAN DIFABEL MELALUI USAHA EKONOMI PRODUKTIF (UEP) DI DESA KEDIRI, KECAMATAN KEDIRI, KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT NUSA TENGGARA BARAT
Empowerment is one of the development strategies for enhancing creativity, especially for people with disabilities who are given knowledge and skills training to live independently. This study aims to determine the form of empowerment that is conducted on the disabled people, especially for people with disabilities in Kediri village, Kediri sub-district of West Lombok Regency through the Productive Economic Enterprises (UEP) program as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is using the qualitative descriptive method. The technique of data collection by interview, observation, and literature study. The research results showed that the empowerment of people with disabilities in Kediri village, Kediri sub-district of West Lombok Regency has not been maximized but good enough because there are still expectations of the disables that have not been fulfilled. People with disabilities want to be given continuous education and training programs related to the Productive Economic Enterprises program because the major factor for the success of the UEP program is Human Resource Development in advance.Keywords: Empowerment, Diffable, Productive Economic Enterprise
STRATEGI PENINGKATAN AKREDITASI DI UPTD PUSKESMAS SENDANG AGUNG KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH TAHUN 2018
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Strategi apakah yang seharusnya digunakan dalam rangka peningktan akreditasi di UPTD Puskesmas Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UPTD Puskesmas Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Pada tanggal 9 Mei 2019 Jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 pegawai dengan tehnik sampling dilakukan dengan senja (purposive sampling) berdasarkan tingkat kepentingan, pengetahuan, pemahaman serta pengalaman dibidangnya sehingga dapat mementukan strategi peningkatan akreditasi.Pada analisis SWOT ini di lakukan dengan menggunakan analisis IFAS dan analisis EFAS dan pembuatan skoring dengan hasil nilai positif dengan positif (+,+), maka pada diagram SWOT masuk pada kwadran I yaitu Agresif.Pada matriks IE ini setelah di buat scoring maka di hasilkan Total skor faktor strategis internal 3,23 dan Total skor faktor strategis eksternal adalah 3.16, dari hasil tersebut maka posisi UPTD Puskesmas Sendang Agng pada sel I ( sel Pertumbuhan).Dari analisis internal dan eksternal tersebut strategi yang tepat di terapkan pada Puskesmas sendng agung yaitu strategi integrasi horizontalKata Kunci : Strategi, Akreditasi. Pengaruh Komisaris Independen dan Karakteristik Komisaris Audit Terhadap Internet Financial Reporting Disclosure
This study aimed to analyze the influence of the proportion of Independent Commissioner and the characteristics Audit Committee to internet financial reporting disclosure. Proportion of Independent Commissioner measured by the ratio of owned Independent Commissioner to Board of Commissioners. Characteristics of the Audit Committee is proxied by the size, Audit Committee’s meeting frequency, the Audit Committee expertise in accounting / financial, and the independent parties of the Audit Committee’s proportion. Internet financial reporting disclosure is measured by the disclosure items required under the Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 7/50/PBI/2005. The sample in this research were 90 companies, and samples used in this study were banking companies listed in Bank Indonesia during the years 2011-2014. Statistical method used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results show that the proportion of independent commissioner, had no effect to internet fianncial reporting disclosure. And then, the characteristics of an audit committee comprised of several proxies which are the size of the Audit Committee, Audit Committee’s meeting frequency, Audit Committee expertise in financial / accounting, and the independent parties of the Audit Committee had a positive and significant effect to the internet financial reporting disclosure. Size as control variabel had a positive and significant effect to the internet financial reporting disclosure
Analisis Penangan Keluahan Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. BPRS Seprovinsi Lampung
The purpose of this research is to find and analyze the handling of complaints against customer loyalty at PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. This research is a quantitative study with a questionnaire data collection tool that is distributed to customers of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The sample used in this study was 100 customers, with a purposive sampling data collection technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is a simple linear regression data analysis. The results found that the handling of complaints can affect customer loyalty of PT. SRBs in the Province of Lampung. The magnitude of the effect of handling complaints on loyalty is 49.3%. Therefore to maintain customer loyalty PT. BPRS in Lampung Province can make various options such as improving service quality, increasing satisfaction, perceived value, E-Servqual and using mobile banking.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisa penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan alat pengumpulan data angket yang disebarkan kepada nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang nasabah, dengan teknik pengumpulan data purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa penanganan keluhan dapat mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung. Besarnya pengaruh penanganan keluhan terhadap loyalitas adalah 49.3%. Oleh sebab itu untuk mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah PT. BPRS sePropinsi Lampung dapat melakukan berbagai opsi seperti peningkatan kualitas layanan, meningkatkan kepuasan, persepsi nilai, E-Servqual dan penggunaan mobile banking.
