Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Persediaan,Perputaran Piutang terhadap Profitabilitas pada Perusahaan Sektor Konstruksi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
The variables receivable turnover and inventory turnover have no effect on companyprofitability according to previous research, while cash turnover using the constructioncompany sector was the reason for the research. The data sources analyzed in thisresearch use quantitative data in the analysis carried out by researchers using numericdata. This research was obtained with secondary data from the official website of theIndonesian Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id. The population of this research is constructionsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). Dataobtained from researchers found that there were around 22 companies in the 2021-2023period. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of researchconducted by the researcher, it was found that there was a significant influence on cashturnover, but in the results made by the researcher it was found that accounts receivableturnover and inventory turnover did not have a significant effect. This is supported by thetests carried out by researchers
Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus Cv. Ghealsy Malang)
Employees are Human Resources who have an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Thus, companies need employees who meet the criteria and requirements needed to do the work determined by the company. To achieve company goals, each employee will continue to increase performance productivity. This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work facilities and job satisfaction on the performance of CV employees. Ghealsy Malang. The sampling technique included 60 respondents, and used questionnaires and observations. For data analysis in this research, validation tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests and dominant tests were used using SPSS For Windows Version 16.0. Based on the research results, it shows that the Work Environment, Work Facilities and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Cv employees. Ghealsy Malang, with a value of Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 while partially the Work Environment got Sig. 0.012 < 0.05, which means the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of Cv employees. Ghealsy Malang, For Sig Work Facilities. 0.024 < 0.05, which means that work facilities have a significant influence on the performance of CV employees. Pengaruh Brand Experience, Product Quality, dan Electronic Service Quality terhadap Re-Purchase Intention di Ecommerce pada Soco by Sociolla
This research aims to analyze the influence of Brand Experience, Product Quality, and Electronic Service Quality on Repurchase Intention in e-commerce at SOCO by Sociolla. In this research, the distribution of questionnaires was carried out online via social media Instagram, Whatsapp and Twitter with a total of 96 respondents who had previously made purchases on the SOCO by Sociolla application by filling in the format. The research technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiplelinear regression analysis. The results show that Brand experience, Product Quality, and Electronic Service Quality simultaneously influence Repurchase Intention. Partially,Electronic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention inSOCO by Sociolla e-commerce. Meanwhile, Product Quality does not have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention in SOCO by Sociolla e-commerce

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementationof an activity program or policy in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of theorganization as outlined through the strategic planning of an organization. The purpose ofthis study is to determine the influence of the work environment and work motivation onthe performance of employees of the Livestock Office of Manggarai Regency, East NusaTenggara. The sample in this study was 50 employees who worked at the RutengLivestock Office, because all populations in this study were sampled, the samplingmethod was using census sampling techniques. Data collection techniques usingquestionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used aredescriptive statistics, multiple linear regression, classical assumption testing, andhypothesis testing. The results showed that the work environment did not affect employeeperformance. While work motivation has a significant and positive influence on employeeperformance

Digital developments have caused the emergence of e-commerce, one of which is Shopee. Shopee has promotional tools in the form of paylaters and flash sales that encourage consumer behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of pay laterand flash sales, both simultaneously and partially, on consumer behavior. Paylater and flash sales are independent variables while consumer behavior is the dependent variablein this research. This research is quantitative research with a sampling technique using random sampling. Data was obtained through a questionnaire via Google Form on 96 respondents. The results of this research state that paylater has a significant effect on consumptive behavior, flash sales have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. This research intends to examine the influence of work-life balance on turnoverintention, examine work stress on intention to change jobs, and the influence of jobsatisfaction on turnover intention. In an effort to improve employee performance at work, there must be incentives. Apart fromincentives, the success of an organization or company in achieving its goals can also beinfluenced by its leadership. The aim of this research is to determine the influence ofincentives and leadership on the performance of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia employeespartially and simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature with data collectiontechniques, namely distributing questionnaires in the form of a Likert scale to 60respondents who are the population of the research object, namely all employees of PTMagnum Attack Indonesia. The research results show that incentives partially have apositive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 2.197 > t table2.002 and a significance level of 0.032 t table 2.002, and a significancelevel of 0.000 Ftable 3.16 wasobtained with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < 0.05, which means incentives andleadership have an influence of 50.5445% on the performance of PT Magnum Attack Indonesia employees

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial ratios price to bookvalue which is measured using return on assets, current ratio, dividend payout ratio, anddebt to equity ratio. This research takes objects in the Sector consumer goods industry onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study were 58 companies inthe consumer goods industry Sector, while the sample was obtained using a purposivesampling method based on predetermined criteria, so that a sample of 24 companies in theconsumer goods industry Sector was obtained. The dependent variable in this study isdebtto equity ratio, while the independent variables are Return on Assets, Current ratio, andlogaritma natural. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination tested using the classical assumption test.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously ROA, CR, and LN have a significanteffect on DER in consumer goods industry Sector Companies for the 2019-2022 period.Partially ROA, and LN have a significant positive effect on DER, while CR has an significantnegative effect on DER

This research aims to analyze the influence of debt policy, dividend policy and profitabilityon company value in basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange (BEI) in 2020-2022. The sample selection used was the purposive samplingmethod, namely selecting samples based on certain criteria. The data uses secondary dataconsisting of financial reports on 18 Basic Industry and Chemical companies on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collection technique is a documentationtechnique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests(normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity), multiplThis research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Assets, OperatingExpenses, Operating Income, Interest Rates, Non-performing Financing, CapitalAdequacy Ratio, on the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at ShariaBanks, both partially and simultaneously. The research objects in this study areROA, BOPO, INTEREST RATE, NPF, and CAR, on the Profit Sharing Rate ofMudharabah Deposits in Islamic banks registered with Bank Indonesia. Data used.in this research is secondary data, namely in the form of quarterly reports fromSharia Banks. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. There are 4Sharia Commercial Banks that meet the established criteria. The data analysisused in this research is Descriptive Analysis, Classic Assumption Test (NormalityTest, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Autocrelation Test). Hypothesistesting consists of Model Feasibility Test (F Test), Partial Test (t Test),Determination Coefficient Test (Adjusted R2). The results of the research conclude,(1) ROA has a significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabahdeposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (2) ) BOPO has no significant effect on thelevel of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (3) )Interest rates have a significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabahdeposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (4) NPF has no significant effect on the levelof profit sharing on mudharabah deposits at Sharia Commercial Banks, (5) CARhas no significant effect on the level of profit sharing on mudharabah deposits atSharia Banks.Keywords: Mudharabah Deposit Profit Sharing, ROA, BOPO, Interest Rate, NPF,CAR.e linearregression tests, and hypothesis tests (F test, r2 test and T test). Based on the results ofthis research, the following conclusions were made. Debt Policy has no effect on CompanyValue. Meanwhile, dividend policy and profitability have a positive and significant effect oncompany value. All independent variables in this research simultaneously influence theintegrity of financial reports. Debt policy, dividend policy and profitability on company valueare 42.8%, while 57.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research
