Universitas Merdeka Malang’s Employee Cooperative (Kopkar Unmer) has permanent members of all Lecturers, Employees and Cooperative Workers of the Universitas Merdeka Malang. Besides serving the needs of permanent members, Kopkar Unmer also serves the needs of thousands of students with several business units such as shops, savings and loans, photocopying, canteens and parking. With the large market potential that exists, Kopkar Unmer should continue to strive to improve service quality. Quality and appropriate services are needed by Kopkar Unmer to maintain customer satisfaction amidst intense competition in similar businesses around the Unmer campus. Based on the results of Real Work Practices at Kopkar Unmer for shop, savings and loan and photocopying business units, there are several service qualities that have very high gaps. If this is allowed then the longer the consumer satisfaction will be lower. For this reason, it is very important to conduct research to determine the appropriate Technical Response to be carried out in an effort to improve the quality of Unmer's Kopkar services. By using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach, 10 priority Technical Responses were obtained, namely fast service response time, updating photocopiers, updating printing presses, conducting briefings before starting work, maintaining standard quality of goods, maximizing work time efficiency, changing layout in the shop and photocopy units, changes to the arrangement of stock items, tidying up unused items, adding jobdesk employees to each unit for a cleaning schedule

    Get PDF
As one of the major rice producers, Indonesia faces significant challenges related to plant diseases such as blast, brown spot, tugro, leaf smut, and blight. These diseases threaten food security and result in economic losses, underscoring the importance of early detection and management of rice diseases. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) has proven effective in detecting diseases in rice plants. Specifically, transfer learning with CNN, particularly the Xception model, has the advantage of efficiently extracting automatic features and performing well even with limited datasets. This study aims to develop the Xception model for rice disease recognition based on leaf images. Through the fine-tuning process, the Xception model achieved accuracies, precisions, recalls, and F1-scores of 0.89, 0.90, 0.89, and 0.89, respectively, on a dataset with a total of 320 images. Additionally, the Xception model outperformed VGG16, MobileNetV2, and EfficientNetV2

Plant disease is one of the problems in the world of agriculture. Early identification of plant diseases can reduce the risk of loss, so automation is needed to speed up identification. This study proposes a custom-designed convolutional neural network (CNN) model for plant disease recognition. The proposed CNN model is not complex and lightweight, so it can be implemented in model applications. The proposed CNN model consists of 12 CNN layers, which consist of eight layers for feature extraction and four layers as classifiers. Based on the experimental results of a plant disease dataset consisting of 38 classes with a total of 87,867 image records. The proposed model can get high performance and not overfitting, with 97%, 98%, 97% and 97%, respectively, for accuracy, precision, recall and f1-score. The performance of the proposed model is also better than some popular pre-trained models, such as InceptionV3 and MobileNetV2. The proposed model can also work well when implemented in mobile applications

The principle of proportionality is one of the important principles in civil law which is oriented to the provision of equality and equality of position in legal relations. In various civil law actions, the principle of proportionality becomes important, especially in enforcing substantive justice for the parties. This study aims to explore the meaning of the principle of proportionality in civil law while at the same time confirming the legal implications of the principle of proportionality in default cases to realize substantive justice. This research is a normative legal research. The primary legal materials in this study include: the Civil Code. Secondary legal materials include: books, research and study results, as well as journal articles related to default, substantive justice, and the principle of proportionality. Non-legal materials include language dictionaries and legal dictionaries. The results of the study confirm that the principle of proportionality in civil law means an effort to ensure proper, proper, and proportional or comparable legal relations. In addition, the principle of proportionality in civil law also has an "ideological mission" which is to seek legal relations between the parties in accordance with the ideals of Indonesian law. The implication of the principle of proportionality in default to realize substantive justice can be seen in a mutually supportive relationship, namely the principle of proportionality which has implications for the fulfillment of substantive justice for the parties

Merauke City is located at an altitude of 0 - 60 meters above sea level, making Merauke City included in a fairly flat lowland area. This is one of the factors that Merauke City often floods when it has entered the rainy season. This research aims to identify the causes of inundation and flooding by calculating the capacity of drainage channels, calculating the channel plan discharge with a 10-year return period in the Bambu Pemali Village area of Merauke City, and making alternative solutions to the problem of inundation and flooding in the area. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative method, which is a method of calculating and describing the results of field data processing that has been obtained from the research location. Data and information collection is obtained through surveys at the research location, and visiting places or institutions related to the research. The results of the research that has been carried out show that the causes of flooding and inundation that occur are caused by high rainfall, sea tides, and the poor drainage network system due to garbage and grass that block the flow of water, siltation of channels, and damaged floodgates in the area. Alternative solutions to handling inundation and flooding that can be done in the Bambu Pemali Village area are by repairing, maintaining, and cleaning drainage channels so that cooperation between the government and the public is needed to further increase awareness to care for the surrounding environment
