PENGARUH EFISIENSI BOPO DAN CAPITAL ADEQUACY RATIO (CAR) TERHADAP ROA PADA BANK BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DI OJK 2015-2022
The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the efficiency of BOPO and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has on Return On Assets (ROA) both partially and simultaneously, using data from state-owned banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2015 -2022. Banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is classified as a quantitative study with a population of banking companies registered with the OJK. Meanwhile, the research sample was determined using the purposive sampling method so that 4 samples of BUMN banking companies were obtained in the 2015-2022 period. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Published Financial Reports of Banking Companies in www.ojk.go.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that the positive relationship for the relationship between BOPO efficiency and Return On Assets (ROA) means that it is not significant to ROA while for the relationship between Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to positive ROA this means it is not significant to ROA. As for the relationship between BOPO and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to ROA, simultaneously negative means that there is a significant relationship to ROA
Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Keuangan Perbankan Syariah Dengan Perbankan Konvensional
The research objective is to compare the financial performance of Islamic banks with conventional banks in the 2020-2-22 period by utilizing financial ratios, namely CAR, NPL/NPF, ROA, ROE, BOPO and LDR/FDR. According to the determination of the sample criteria, two sample groups were obtained for the study, namely 9 Islamic commercial banks and 9 conventional commercial banks. The analytical tool used as proof of the hypothesis in research is the Two-Mean Difference Test (independent sample t-test). The findings show that the average Islamic banking financial ratios (NPF and FDR) are significantly higher than conventional banking, while in other ratios, Islamic banking has lower quality. However, if it is thoroughly reviewed, Islamic banking shows a qualified performance compared to conventional banking

Proses pembudidayaan bunga telang yang dilakukan oleh KWT Paguyuban Makam Taman Muslim Tebo Selatan RW 02 Mulyorejo saat ini sudah banyak diolah menjadi produk-produk herbal dan masyarakat mulai aktif untuk mempromosikannya. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri kesibukan pribadi masing-masing anggota paguyuban KWT berpengaruh terhadap kondisi lahan pemakaman, sehingga menjadi kurang terawat. meskipun ada tim pengelola yang ditugaskan, akan tetapi produktivitasnya terus menurun karena luasnya lahan pemakaman. Sehingga tim pengabdian melihat hal tersebut sebagai permasalahan yang perlu diatasi dengan kegiatan utama yaitu membuat alat penyiram otomatis berbasis water timer tanaman bunga telang. Diharapkan dengan adanya alat penyiram otomatis ini dapat meningkatkan kembali produktivitas tanaman bunga telang. Program kerja yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode pelaksanaan observasi dan evaluasi dimana dalam hal ini dilakukan tahap persiapan program dengan meninjau lokasi taman bunga telang, dilanjutkan dengan tahap pelaksanaan program yaitu pemberian lampu taman, pengecatan kembali pembatas jalan masuk taman, dan pemasangan alat penyiram otomatis berbasis water timer tanaman bunga telang. Metode terakhir yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan evaluasi program, yaitu untuk mengetahui kekurangan dari program yang telah dilakukan agar kedepannya dapat lebih optimal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini ialah adanya revitalisasi dan peremajaan budidaya bunga telang yang mana terlaksana dengan sangat baik dan mempermudah anggota KWT yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu anggota PKK yang berjumlah 10 orang dalam mengelola taman. Telah terpasangnya alat penyiram otomatis tersebut dapat meringankan beban kerja pengelola taman dalam melakukan penyiraman tanaman bunga telang yang harus dilakukan setiap hari. Selain itu, alat tersebut dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam perekonomian masyarakat setempat apabila dapat diperjual belikan, karena sebagian masyarakat belum mengetahui alat penyiram otomatis berbasis water timer, dan juga beberapa masyarakat sudah mengetahuinya namun tidak dapat merakitnya sendiri

This study compares the conventional application approach with the integration of blockchain technology in the One Gate Analyst platform, focusing on instrument development, data validation, and overall data security. In the One Gate Analyst, the instrument's development takes a more intricate path, incorporating advanced security features and blockchain-based validity to ensure the reliability of pilot health data. While both applications adhere to conventional methods in validity and reliability testing, the One Gate Analyst strengthens data security through blockchain utilization. The implementation phase in One Gate Analyst involves the integration of blockchain technology, significantly enhancing data security and access control through smart contracts and user access guards. In contrast, the conventional application lacks blockchain integration, potentially exposing it to lower security risks. The data collection process in One Gate Analyst leverages blockchain for distributed data collection, fortifying data security, ensuring data resilience, and guaranteeing the reliability of pilot health information. Data analysis in One Gate Analyst considers the security and data integrity afforded by blockchain technology, providing more trustworthy information for medical professionals in making critical medical decisions. Effects of Asset Diversification and Human Capital Efficiency on Bank Performance: Evidence from Asian Countries
This study seeks to determine if the efficiency of bank human resources, as played by human capital, impacts the performance and diversification of banks. This study uses secondary data from data obtained from 385 commercial banks in 33 countries in Asia during the 2010-2020 period with the diversification analysis method. We use the Z-score to measure the amount of standard deviation that must be from earnings (ROAA). We examined it using the Tobit regression technique. According to the regression estimation results, human capital has a significant role in the performance and effective diversification of Asian banks. The human capital efficiency coefficient (HCE) is significantly negative with the cost-to-income ratio (CTIR) and significantly positive with Profitability, Financial Stability, and cost efficiency score. The level of efficiency of human resources has an effective role in increasing human capital which has an impact on bank diversification and performance. The development of human resources in a human capital framework plays an important role in the diversification and improvement of bank performance. Human capital has a significant role in the performance and effective diversification of Asian banks. The level of efficiency of human resources has an effective role in increasing human capital which has an impact on bank diversification and performance
Enhancing Tourist Loyalty Through Destination Attributes and the Mediating Role of Tourist Satisfaction
This study examines the effect of destination attributes on tourist satisfaction in Gili Trawangan (Lombok), West Nusa Tenggara. Furthermore, our research also analyzes the impact on tourist loyalty. The research sample focuses on tourists who have visited Gili Trawangan (Lombok) two times or more. Our findings show a positive correlation between destination attributes and the number of tourists. Furthermore, a positive and statistically significant relationship exists between destination characteristics and traveller loyalty. These results provide evidence of the importance of destination attributes in increasing travellers visit satisfaction
Pemahaman guru dalam penanganan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus tingkat TK
The teacher's lack of understanding is related to the heterogeneous characteristics of students with special needs, causing the teacher to experience difficulties in dealing with them according to their needs. The purpose of this research is to analyze the understanding of teachers in dealing with students with special needs. This research method is a qualitative research using a qualitative descriptive approach. From the results of observations at the school, there were 2 teachers who handled students, totaling 10 students with heterogeneous special needs. The results of the research yielded, among others: (1) students with special needs have characteristics of slow speech, visual impairment, limitations in movement, mental retardation, and behavioral disorders (ADHD and Autism); (2) the teacher's lack of understanding in dealing with students with special needs is due to teacher qualifications that are not in accordance with the fields of special education or psychology; (3) the development of students in these schools tends to be slow due to the lack of teachers who accompany and handle each student with special needs in the class. The teacher's limited level of understanding regarding ABK will ultimately affect the handling and services of students with special needs at the school
The Influence of Organizational Culture, School Principal Leadership, and Work Environment on Organizational Commitment Through Job Satisfaction (Case Study of Junior High School, Landak District, West Kalimantan)

environment on Job Satisfaction in Junior High School, Landak District, West Kalimantan; 2) analyzing the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work environment on organizational commitment in Junior High School, Landak District, West Kalimantan; 3) analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment in Junior High School, Landak District, West Kalimantan; 4) Analyze the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work environment on organizational commitment through job satisfaction in Junior High School, Landak District, West Kalimantan. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study amounted to 3 junior high schools with a total of 100 teachers. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique so that the sample used is 100 people. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and SmartPLS analysis. The results of this study are; 1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture and the principal's leadership on job satisfaction and the work environment has no effect on job satisfaction; 2) organizationally there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership and work environment on organizational commitment and organizational culture has no effect on organizational commitment; 3) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on commitment 4) there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and principal leadership, on organizational commitment through job satisfaction, while the work environment has no effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction
Co-creation experience and tourists’ citizenship behavior: Challenges of Indonesian ecotourism sector during post-pandemic era
Purpose – This study aims to highlight the influence of co-creation experience (CCE) on tourists’ citizenship behavior (TCB), emphasizing the Indonesian ecotourism sector during the post-COVID pandemic.
Design/methodology/approach – By using a judgmental sampling, data were collected from 150 visitors who visits Indonesian ecotourism resort and acquired the wildlife experience through co-creation process. To evaluate the relationship model, partial least squares-structural equation modeling by SmartPLS 3rd version was used in this study.
Findings – The result indicated that CCE in terms of Indonesian ecotourism had an effect on involvement
(INV) and satisfaction (SAT). Result ascertain INV and SAT direct effect on TCB. Multigroup analysis indicated that perceived risk of COVID-19 could moderate insignificantly the relationship among INV, SAT on TCB.
Research limitations/implications – This study focuses on CCE, INV, SAT and TCB in Indonesian ecotourism with wildlife attraction and contributes an insight for tourism research; thus, the results cannot be generalized for other ecotourism worldwide.
Practical implications – The proposed model of this study suggests the need to review the current condition of citizenship behavior at destination level, especially regarding to cleanliness and crowd controlling on post-COVID pandemic to maintain tourists’ health and safety while traveling.
Social implications – Achieving TCB in different types of destination (ecotourism) requires specific development models concerning environmental conditions.
Originality/value – Though CCE, INV, SAT and TCB have identified as main topics for tourism research
especially in ecotourism sector, the related factors of TCB in post-COVID-19 era are remain limited
