Perancangan UI/UX Untuk Aplikasi Barbershop Rayzel Haircut Dengan Metode Human Centered Design
Nowadays, many traditional services are turning to online platforms to improve effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Rayzel Haircut Barbershop also follows this trend by developing a digital platform that makes it easy for customers to get information and order services. However, Rayzel Haircut still has obstacles in the lack of centralized information about what is available. Information about the location, type of service, rates, and operating schedule of the barbershop is often difficult for the public to access. This study aims to design the UI/UX design
of the application using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) method that focuses on the needs, desires, and skills of users in each stage of design in the Rayzel Haicut application later. The results of the study obtained an effectiveness score of 92%, this is something that is above average and the efficiency score also gets 0.05 per second, this shows that users can complete task scenarios quickly and the score obtained from respondents, the final SUS value is 84, which indicates a high level of acceptability. The results of this calculation place the Rayzel Haircut UI/UX design in the B grade category, which indicates that this design has met user needs well

The community complaint service, known as E-lapor, is one of the forms of E-Government in Southeast Maluku Regency, serving as a means of interaction between the community and the government of Southeast Maluku
Regency in overseeing governance, administration, development, and public services. The purpose of this research is to assess the quality of the E-Government services provided by the Southeast Maluku Regency Government
using variables based on e-GovQual. The results of this study indicate that, overall, the quality of E-Government services provided by the Southeast Maluku Regency Government is good and acceptable to the community, although there is still a need for improvement, particularly concerning the E-lapor website. Several issues were identified with the E-lapor website, including user needs, personal information security, accessibility constraints, lack of service responsiveness, and user dissatisfaction with the responses to their complaints or aspirations. These issues need to be addressed specifically to enhance the quality of E-Government services provided by the E-lapor website. Based on these issues, several recommendations are provided: effective communication regarding policies and improvements, enhancement of service quality, and responsiveness to complaints, which can improve user perception and satisfaction. By taking these actions, E-lapor can continuously enhance the quality of its services. Furthermore, a thorough evaluation of the constraints encountered when accessing the website on various devices should be conducted, along with the implementation of technical solutions and design improvement

Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially chatbot-based AI, is currently trending and experiencing rapid development, leading to the emergence of a debate over choosing the best AI chatbot. Therefore, researchers want to compare the most widely used chatbots based on data from Visual Capitalist, namely ChatGPT and Gemini AI. The researchers want to determine which chatbot is the best, specifically in terms of
its usability based on its values and percentages. The method used in this research is the usability testing method by conducting task scenarios and distributing questionnaires with questions from the combined parameters of the Nielsen Model
and ISO/IEC 9126. The findings obtained from the comparison of ChatGPT and Gemini AI show that ChatGPT users can complete task scenarios in only 0.07 seconds, while Gemini AI takes 0.10 seconds. This indicates that in terms of efficiency,
ChatGPT is superior to Gemini AI. On the other hand, the results of the learnability variable show that Gemini AI is superior with a score of 92% compared to ChatGPT which obtained a score of 90% in the above-average category. And for the satisfaction

Acceptance of new students is the first process carried out to receive education. The system for accepting new students at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen is currently still manual. Acceptance of new students is still manual. Schools often experience errors such as in data input, data processing, and registration files are often damaged and lost. The aim of this research is to design a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for a website-based system for accepting new students at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen. The method used in this design is User Centered Design (UCD), which focuses on user needs, preferences and involvement in each stage of development. The research process shows that the application of the UCD method can increase user convenience, efficiency and user satisfaction in the process of accepting new students online. Thus, it is hoped that the designed system can make a positive contribution in improving the quality of educational services at SDK Yos Sudarso Kepanjen. This research aims to develop a web-based information system that will include features for processing inheritance and power of attorney requests, as well as outlining the necessary requirements. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, covering stages such as needs analysis, design, development, and system testing. Analisis Dampak Parkir Badan Jalan terhadap Kinerja Lalu Lintas di Ruas Jalan Diponegoro Pasar Karangploso Kabupaten Malang
On Street Parking is parking that is done on the road using part of the road. The function of the road to channel traffic flow will reduce its capacity because part of the road is used for parking facilities. This condition can become a problem because of traffic growth both by population growth and the number of vehicles. The aim of the research on Diponegoro Street, Karangploso Market, Malang Regency is to analyze parking volume, parking accumulation, traffic flow performance, degree of saturation, and speed. In addition to knowing how big the side barriers are to the performance of traffic flow on Jalan Raya Diponegoro, Karangploso Market, Malang Regency, East Java, using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method. The research was conducted on Jalan Raya Diponegoro Karangploso Market, Malang Regency, East Java, in the form of the highest parking volume on Saturday segment 1 of 803 vehicles/hour, the lowest parking volume on Monday segment 3 of 399 vehicles/hour. The highest accumulation is on segment 2 on Saturday of 452 vehicles/hour, while the lowest accumulation is on segment 3 on Monday of 90 vehicles/hour. The highest traffic volume occurred on Saturday with a total volume of 2046 skr/hour, and the lowest traffic volume on Friday was 1918.6 smp/hour. Highest side resistance on Wednesday is 1739 skr/hour. The value of the vehicle's free flow speed is 45.12 skr/hour. Non-fines concrete is an innovative form of normal concrete type obtained by removing fine aggregates in the manufacture of concrete. The absence of fine aggregates in the mixture results in a system of uniformity of voids distributed within the concrete mass, as well as a reduction in the specific gravity of concrete. Therefore, alternative additives are needed that can be used in the manufacture of concrete without reducing the quality of the non-sand concrete itself, and can even improve the quality or quality of non-sand concrete. . The manufacture of non-sand concrete with quartz filler added material with variations in the size of coarse aggregates and the volume ratio of coarse-cement aggregates aims to determine the effect of variations in the size of coarse aggregates with the ratio of the volume of coarse-cement aggregate size to the compressive strength of non-sand concrete with quartz filler.
In this study, concrete compressive strength testing was carried out on a cylinder test object measuring 15 x 30 cm. Testing is carried out after the concrete is 28 days old. Fariasi The size of the coarse aggregate used is 5, 10, and 20 mm while the volume ratio of the size of the coarse-cement aggregate used is 2 : 1, 3 : 1, 4 : 1. The test objects totaled 36 pieces and were divided into 4 populations. Concrete compression strength testing is carried out using a compression testing machine based on ASTM C94 standards.
The results showed that the non-sand concrete test object with the influence of variation in coarse aggregate size of 5 mm, FAS of 0.5, cement coarse aggregate volume ratio of 2 : 1 and the addition of 15% quartz filler had the highest average compressive strength of 18.87 Mpa. While the normal concrete test object without filler has the highest average compressive strength of 12.74 Mpa using a fas of 0.5 and a coarse aggregate size of 20 mm. So it can be concluded that in this non-sand concrete study, the size of the coarse aggregate is 5 mm and the volume ratio of the coarse-cement aggregate is 2: 1, mm has the highest compressive strength value of non-sand concrete
