This research aims to analyze the influence of short-term debt, long-term debt andown capital on profitability in cement sub-sector companies. The dependent variable in thisresearch is profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Meanwhile, theindependent variables in this research are short-term debt, long-term debt, each of whichis calculated using the natural logarithm and own capital is calculated using a proprietaryratio.This research uses secondary data obtained from quarterly financial reports ofcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population in this study was6 companies. The sample method used was purposive sampling with predeterminedcriteria. The sample in this study was 3 companies out of a total of 6 companies. Meanwhile,the analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS.Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that of thethree hypotheses tested, the first hypothesis stated that short-term debt had a significantpositive effect on profitability, the second hypothesis that long-term debt had a significantnegative effect on profitability, the third hypothesis that own capital had a significant positiveeffect on profitability
Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan DISPERINDAG Kabupaten Malang
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction and workenvironment on the performance of Malang Regency Industry and Trade Departmentemployees. The population in this study consisted of 55 employees who worked at theMalang Regency Industry and Trade Service, with a sample of 55 and using the censusmethod, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Theresults of the description of this research description state that the independent variablework environment has the highest average score (mean) on all indicators of the otherindependent variables with more strongly agree answers. In this way, the Malang RegencyIndustry and Trade Service is very good. The results of this research show that WorkMotivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive andsignificant influence on employee performance at the Malang Regency Industry and TradeDepartment. Partially, the variables Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and WorkEnvironment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the MalangRegency Industry and Trade Service

Cement has a very important role in the manufacture of building components such as concrete because of its function as a binder. In the production process, the
cement industry emits sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitrogen oxides (NOx), which are harmful to health. The evaporation process due to cement combustion can be a source of particulate emissions if carried out continuously. The total CO2 emissions generated during the production process reach about 0.95 tons.

of geopolymer mortar using silica fume-toshor lime.
This geopolymer mortar research uses an experimental method based on silica fume - quicklime as a substitute for cement. The compressive strength test was conducted on 27 test specimens measuring 5 cm x 5 cm x 5 cm with independent variables in the form of sodium hydroxide concentrations of 8 M, 10 M, 12 M and sodium silicate-sodium hydroxide activator ratios of 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 at the age of 28 days using a compressive strenght of hydraulic cement mortar based on ASTM C109 on Standard Test Method for Comprehensive Strength of Hydraulic Cement
Mortars. The results showed the compressive strength of geopolymer mortar at 10M sodium hydroxide concentration with 1:1 sodium silicate-sodium hydroxide activator ratio of 13.37 Mpa and the lowest compressive strength of geopolymer mortar at 8M sodium hydroxide concentration with 3:1 sodium silicate-sodium hydroxide activator ratio of 6.50 Mpa and the largest compressive strength of geopolymer mortar at 12M sodium hydroxide concentration with 1:1 sodium silicate-sodium hydroxide activator ratio of 15.83 Mp

The Rembang Regency Road section is included in the Pantura national road route and functions as a primary arterial road connecting Pati Regency - Tuban Regency. With the increase in traffic volume, especially vehicles carrying goods and services, there is a significant negative impact on the service capacity of road structures. In fact, with the
current traffic situation, road pavement structures tend to experience damage more quickly.
To determine whether the road is still in good condition now or in the future, it is necessary to know the level of functional condition of the road surface, which is based on the condition and damage that has occurred on the road pavement surface. One method that can be used to assess the condition of road pavement damage is the Pavement Condition Index (IKP). This method provides more detailed measurements for each type of damage that occurs in the road pavement structure. The road damage studied was carried out on the Jalan Lasem - Rembang section at KM SMG 119+500 – 122+500. From the survey results of primary arterial roads on the Jalan Lasem – Rembang section, the following condition results were obtained: the condition of the rigid pavement (concrete) segment of the Kiringan – Gapuro Beach Caruban gas station is good with a IKP value of 80.5 then the condition of the flexible pavement (asphalt)
segment from Gapuro Caruban Beach – Jami Lasem Mosque is medium with a IKP value of 61.35. The treatment used for road maintenance on the Jalan Lasem – Rembang Sta 119+500 – 122+500 section using the Pavement Condition Index (IKP) method is periodic maintenance for rigid pavement (concrete) and structural improvements for flexible pavement (asphalt)

construction project is located on Jalan Indrapura Number 2 Krembangan, Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive analysis method using data collection such as interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature review.
Based on the research results, the Tower Ta'miriyah building construction project in Surabaya by developing a Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) plan that
includes hazard identification according to the implementation method and risk control action planning can identify potential hazards, such as tool contact injuries, being hit by materials, falling from heights, slipping, being exposed to dust, electrocution, being pierced by materials, and contact with concrete. From the SMKK planning, the implementation cost of Rp.816,398,110 or around 4.3% of the total project value of Rp.18,981,046,574 was also obtained, which was used for various risk control measures, such as the use of safety harnesses, installation of hard barricades, safety decks, fall arresters, evacuation routes,

Structural planning in the construction of high-rise buildings has a high risk of earthquakes. Steel frame tube structure with the addition of eccentric bracing to increase resistance to lateral forces, improve structure stability, and reduce the
effects of shear lag. The modeled structure is a 20-story steel frame tube building structure with a varied eccentric bracing shape. There are 4 variations, namely the Inverted V Eccentric Bracing System Form Model, K Eccentric Bracing System Form Model, V and V Inverted Eccentric Bracing System Form Model, and D Eccentric Bracing
System Form Model. Earthquake force analysis using spectrum response analysis with 3D modeling using SAP 2000.
The results of the analysis show that the recommended model is the Inverted V and V Eccentric Bracing System Form Model. Merdeka University Malang has successfully implemented IT in its operational processes, including department information management systems, user information systems and security systems. The implementation of information systems in business needs to be carefully considered and managed to ensure that the system is in line with organizational goals. Because research conducted at the Merdeka University Malang Library has never carried out an information system audit, the simplest way to verify this is to conduct an information system performance analysis with sub domains focusing on the DSS01 and DSS02 sub domains to review the extent of library services. has met standards in information system audits using COBIT 5. Sampling and population techniques using RACI Chart mapping in accordance with the Enabling Process book with a total of 21 samples. This research uses a descriptive quantitative analysis method and a questionnaire is used for data collection techniques with Likert scale measurements. In this research, it focuses on the DSS01 and DSS02 sub domains for library services. It is hoped that libraries will carry out research in terms of library readiness to implement information systems and information technology at the Merdeka Malang Library. The results of the research show that the capability level obtained from the DSS01, DSS02 sub domain processes obtained a maturity level of 2.58, which is at level 2 (Managed Process), with a GAP of 1.41 and the level targeted by the Merdeka University Malang Library is at level 4 (Precditable Process) which will be created recommendations for improving the Malang Merdeka Library information service system to be better in the future
Komparasi Metode SES dan DES Dalam Peramalan Jumlah Penduduk di Kota Pasuruan
This study aims to forecast the population of Pasuruan City using Single and Double Exponential Smoothing methods. Population forecasting is crucial for urban planning, economic development, and public services. Data from 2010 to 2022 provided by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Pasuruan City was utilized for this research. The Single Exponential Smoothing method demonstrated higher accuracy with lower Mean Squared Error (MSE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) values compared to the Double Exponential Smoothing method.
Specifically, the MSE for the Single Exponential Smoothing method was 623,986,327,670, while the Double Exponential Smoothing method recorded an MSE of 1,269,743,472,543. The corresponding RMSE values were 7,899,281 and 11,268,289, respectively. The results indicate that the Single Exponential Smoothing method is more reliable for predicting the population trends in Pasuruan City.The findings of this research can aid local governments and policymakers in making informed decisions regarding resource allocation, infrastructure development, and
social services. Future studies could consider incorporating external factors such as migration, birth rates, and government policies to enhance the accuracy of population forecast

This study aims to understand the extent of user experience when using the SMKN Ile Boleng website, as well as analyze usability aspects that can affect user experience and present recommendations or suggestions for improving the quality and user experience of the SMKN Ile Boleng website based on the results of usability and user experience analysis.
