Innovation is considered a crucial aspect that allows companies to determine innovation strategies suitable for uncertain consumer demand, thus aiming to optimize organizational performance. In this context, food businesses have significant opportunities to develop by focusing on product quality to support product sales. However, the limited number of entrepreneurs implementing innovation indicates the need for increased innovation strategies in companies to effectively compete in an increasingly competitive market. Various factors such as technology usage and product development are key to business success, as seen in the popular chicken geprek business among students. Ayam Geprek Sai, a fast-food restaurant that has rapidly expanded by opening numerous branches throughout Indonesia. Through product and process innovation, Ayam Geprek Sai continuously strives to improve the quality and variety of their menu offerings, including providing other dishes such as burgers, fried noodles, and chicken steak. Technological support also plays a crucial role in enhancing operational performance, such as the use of electronic cash registers, product processing machines, and other facilities that facilitate their business processes. The research findings indicate that product innovation, process innovation, and technology have a positive and significant impact on Ayam Geprek Sai's operational performance. Product innovation adds value to consumers and enhances the company's competitiveness, while process innovation, such as the implementation of SOPs, helps improve operational efficiency. The use of technology, such as machines and electronic cashier systems, assists in increasing productivity and effective business management. In conclusion, the development of product innovation, process innovation, and the utilization of technology can be effective strategies in enhancing the operational performance of food companies. Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to investigate the information content disclosure of VAIC influence on firm value through firm performance, and leverage, to obtain a robust integrated model that can reveal the information content of intellectual capital. The research population is 709 companies listed on the Indonesian capital market. Using purposive sampling, 159 manufacturing companies were identified from 2017 to 2019, with N = 507 observations, by using path analysis and panel regressions. The research finding is a robust integrated model in which capital employee efficiency (CEE) and human capital efficiency (HCE) affect firm value when using (Tobin’s Q) fully mediated through firm performance (ROI) and leverage (DER). The results obtained highlight the importance of the integrated model that places firm performance (ROI) and leverage as an intervening variable between the information content of VAIC and its effect on firm value, become a model for disclosing the information content of multidimensional intellectual capital

This study made geopolymer mortar based on silica fume-quicklime as a substitute for cement with 27 cube-shaped test objects measuring 5cm x 5cm x 5cm with independent variables, namely the ratio of fine aggregate-binder 40%: 60%, 60%: 40%, and 25%: 75%. For the hospitality industry, the use of effective information systems is very important to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
This study uses a case study method using a qualitative and quantitative approach where data collection is carried out using surveys using questionnaires and interviews with IT staff of Bintang Flores Hotel. The analysis was carried out by comparing the results of the questionnaire data processing and interviews with the controls and objectives suggested by COBIT 2019. The results of the research show that the information system used by Hotel Bintang
Flores Labuan Bajo has met most of the controls and objectives recommended by COBIT, but there are some areas that need improvement, especially for risk management, information security and system performance monitoring.
Recommendations for improvement are made based on the results of the research and are expected to help the hotel in improving the governance and efficiency of their information system. The application of the COBIT framework as an analysis tool is expected to be a reference for similar researchers in the future

No full textThis study aims to recognize the effect of the USD / IDR Exchange Rate, Inflation, BI Rate, KOSPI Index, SCI Index, and S&P500 Index on the JCI on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2023. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this study are weekly time series secondary data obtained through the official IDX website, Bank Indonesia and other foreign stock price index websites. This study uses a causality research design and uses parametic statistical test analysis tools to test and analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data analysis used in this research is multiple regression. The findings of this study are that the USD / IDR exchange rate has a significant and negative effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Inflation has a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, BI Rate has a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Korea Composite Stock Price Index has a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index has a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index, Standard and Poors 500 Index Inflation has a significant and positive effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. The results of this study indicate that the weakening of the USD/IDR exchange rate variable has the potential to increase export competitiveness, encourage foreign capital inflows, and increase the profits of exporting companies, thus having a positive impact on the JCI
