    According to the initial observations of the researchers, this system still requires further study to evaluate its level of satisfaction. Various theories and models used by the researchers are available in this study. One commonly used to predict and explain user satisfaction with computer technology is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). This methodology was chose' n for its ability to offer accurate and comprehensive analysis in estimating user satisfaction with a particular application (Tjiptono, 2014). This type ofresearch employs a descriptive quantitative study with data collection conducted through online questionnaires filled out by the respective respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. This study also employs the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) research method to determine customer satisfaction with an information system by comparing user expectations with actual experiences using the aspects already present in the EUCS method. The hypothesis in this study indicates that the variables ofcontent and ease ofuse do not significantly affect customer satisfaction, while the variables ofaccuracy, format, and timeliness have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. From this study, it can be concluded that only three out ofjive aspects significantly influence user satisfaction, as two out ofthefive aspects did not meet the criteria because their values were lower than the standard values

    Along with the development of globalization and technological developments at this time have an impact on almost all human activities, one of which is the use of the E-Money payment system at E-Parking at Juanda International Airport Surabaya. This study aims to determine the acceptance of E-Money payment users on the E-Parking system with the implementation of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variable constructs. The sampling technique used purporsive sampling with a total of 66 samples. This study uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods, with questionnaire data collection techniques using Likert scale measurement instruments. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS 23 software. The results showed that Perceived Easy of Use (X1) or convenience partially had a significant positive effect on the variable Behavioral Intention To Use (Y), Perceived of Usefulness (X2) partially had a significant positive effect on the variable Behavioral Intention To Use (Y) or user acceptance, Security (X3) or security partially had a significant positive effect on the variable Behavioral Intention To Use (Y). Overall, the independent variables Perceived Easy of Use (X1), Perceived of Usefulness (X2), Security (X3) have a significant effect simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable Behavioral Intention To Use (Y) or user acceptance

    Implementation of Website-Based School Financial Applications Using the FAST Framework Method (Case Study: SMP Negeri 1 Tumpang). School financial applications are a system that regulates the recording of cash flows within an organization, institution, company, or agency. Financial activities are sensitive issues, if not carried out correctly, precisely and with transparency will cause problems in the future. Therefore, the system used as a school financial record has a function to minimize data loss, misappropriation of funds and accuracy in recording financial reports that are more systematic digitally. This study was conducted with the aim of implementing a website-based application system for school financial records at SMP Negeri 1 Tumpang using the FAST (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) method. System testing in this study uses a blackbox through a qualitative research approach by conducting interviews, observations and documentation in collecting data. The expected results are able to provide evaluation materials in order to achieve effective, transparent, and time-efficient school financial management at SMP Negeri 1 Tumpang

    Perbandingan Implementasi IPV4 & IPV6 Pada Jaringan Berbasis Router Mikrotik Menggunakan Metode PPDIOO

    This study aims to compare the performance of IPv4 and IPv6 on a MikroTik router- based network using the PPDIOO method. With the increasing use of the internet, the need for more efficient and secure protocols has become crucial. Although IPv4 has supported the internet for decades, it is now facing limitations in the number of available addresses. As a solution, IPv6 was introduced with a much larger address capacity and better security features. This research involves performance testing with parameters such as CPU load, data sent, and average speed on TCP and UDP protocols in the Information Technology Faculty laboratory at Universitas Merdeka Malang. The results show that IPv6 has a lower CPU load on the TCP protocol (2% compared to 6% on IPv4) and demonstrates better security with IPsec support as a standard. Although IPv4 has a slight advantage in average speed on the TCP protocol and data sent, the security advantages and CPU efficiency of IPv6 make it a better choice for future network implementations

    In the digital era and advances in information technology, there is a great opportunity to utilize mobile apps as a solution to overcome challenges in the current digital era. The food and beverage (F&B) industry market is increasingly competitive with the presence of various new cafes and restaurants. To maintain and increase market prey, effective product promotion becomes very important. In this context, mobile applications are a potential tool for connecting customers with the products and promotions offered by a cafe. The aim of this research is to design an interactive mobile application interface for Eatery Cafe which focuses on increasing promotions and sales of F&B products. The method used is User- Centered Design (UCD), where this method is able to place the user as the main focus in the design process. This design will then offer an intuitive and attractive User Experience. In this design, it allows users to explore the menu, view product promotions, order online, and interact with Eatery Cafe through the feedback feature. Apart from that, the application is also equipped with payment features that make transactions easier for customers. Evaluation of the prototype through user trials shows that this application is successful in increasing user engagement and increasing awareness of F&B product promotions. Thus, it is hoped that this application can become an effective tool in strengthening the relationship between Eatery Cafe and customers and increasing product sales

    This research aims to discuss the design of a website platform that aims to facilitate the process of booking venues at sports centers. The RAD (Rapid Application Development) method is applied in system development to ensure smoothness and speed in responding to user needs. This website is designed to meet the needs of venue owners and users by providing an intuitive interface, easy navigation, and integration of online payment systems. Through the application of the RAD method, development is carried out iteratively, enabling rapid adaptation to changing user needs and technical requirements. The final result is expected to increase the efficiency of sports center venue bookings and provide a satisfying user experience

    To meet people's needs, online shopping has become a popular choice for making sales and purchases. This is no longer considered taboo, especially in Indonesia, where 170 million people actively use the internet or social media. The study data management plan involves utilizing primary data collected through distributing AHP questionnaires and using a web scraping as a comparison of the best prices for online shops such as Shoppe, and Lazada. A purposive sampling technique was used for this study, which involves selecting respondents for a purposeful questionnaire. In total, 60 people were selected as population representatives to complete the survey. Respondents to this study were active students at Merdeka University Malang who had used or bought products in the three research applications online. This is due to find out the level of comparison of the best price values for online shopping from two applications, namely: Shoppe, and Lazada

    This research aims to develop a Web Application Based Product Tracking System that can increase efficiency and accuracy in tracking and managing product information at PT. Wahyu Manunggal Sejati, Pasuruan. Currently, companies face various challenges in managing product information manually, which often leads to data errors, complicated and inefficient processes and delays in decision making. The research method used in developing this system is the Agile method, which allows iterative and incremental system development. The development process includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and launch. This application was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is a web-based product search application which has main features such as recording product data, recording worker capacity, and searching for products to monitor quality and if there are any complaints related to the product. This system is designed to make it easier for users to access product information in real-time and accurately. Application testing is carried out using Trial & Error and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods. Test results show that all features function as expected and meet user needs. In addition, user satisfaction test results show that this application is well received by company staff, with an average satisfaction level of 90%. Thus, the development of this web application based product tracking system is expected to provide an effective solution in managing product information at PT.     This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence, and work environment on employee performance at the Secretariat of DPRD Kabupaten Malang. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 75 randomly selected employees from a total population of 95 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the contribution of each variable to employee performance. The results showed that competence did not have a significant effect, while work discipline and the work environment had a significant positive impact on employee performance. The work environment was found to be the most dominant factor influencing performance, followed by work discipline. These findings highlight the importance of improving work discipline, developing competence, and creating a conducive work environment to enhance employee performance in government organizations. The practical implications of this study suggest that management should focus on policies and programs that strengthen discipline, enhance competence, and improve the work environment to achieve optimalperformance
