    The research aims to evaluate the financial performance of Putra Jaya Store interms of the operating cash flow ratio. The research method used is a quantitativedescriptive method. The data used to assess the financial performance of PutraJaya Store is in the form of a profit and loss report, comparative balance sheet,and cash flow statement for the periode 2022 an 2023.The research results incalculating teh ratio of operating cash flow to net sales produce a value of -0.10< 1, the ratio of operating cash flow to capital expenditure produces a value of -0.56 < 1, the ratio of operating cash flow to total debt produces a value of -7.41 <1, the ratio of operating cash flow to net profit produces a value of 0.63.     The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the working hours set by theCompany and the working environment on the performance of employees in thegrapari branch of yogyakarta, to analyze the influence of the working hours set bythe company on the performance of employees, and to analyze the influence of thework environment on the performance of employees in the grapari branch ofyogyakarta,. This type of research is quantitative in the form of primary data obtainedthrough questionnaires or questionnaires filled by employees in particular thecustomer service department grapari branch of yogyakarta, and secondary data dataare obtained from various library materials, whether in the form of journals, books,articles and theses obtained from Internet media related to research materials. Datacollection uses a census sampling method by distributing questionnaires to 40respondents. This study used the method of Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Thedata collection technique in this study used questionnaires. The data analysistechniques in this study used Classical Assumptions Test, Multiple Regression, Testt and F Test, and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used theSPSS software program (version 25.00). Partly the work environment has asignificant influence on the performance of employees.     This research aims to investigate the influence of the promotional mix and servicequality on purchase intention, especially in the context of the Shopee Application Feature,known as Shopeefood. In collecting data, this research used a purposive sampling method,where respondents were selected based on certain criteria that were relevant to theresearch objectives. After the data was collected, the analysis was carried out throughseveral stages, including testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, hypotheses, andanalysis of determinant coefficients.The results of this research indicate that the promotional mix and service qualitypartially have a significant influence on purchase intention. This means that the promotionalelements contained in the Shopeefood application, such as discounts, promotions andspecial offers, together with the quality of service provided, influence consumer buyinginterest. In addition, when these two variables are combined, they together also have astrong influence on purchase intention, indicating that the combination of effectivepromotions and quality service can increase consumer purchase interest.The dominant variable from this research is that service quality turns out to have adominant influence on purchase intention. This highlights the importance of good servicein attracting consumer buying interest on e-commerce platforms such as Shopeefood.Factors such as speed of delivery, ease of the purchasing process, responsiveness toconsumer complaints, and the quality of the products sold can be one of the main factorsthat influence consumer purchasing decisions.The results of this research provide insight. It is hoped that entrepreneurs,especially in the food and beverage sector, can use these findings to improve theirpromotional strategies and improve the quality of their services in order to increaseconsumer buying interest and ultimately improve their overall business performance

    The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of job training onemployee performance, to know and analyze the effect of leadership style on employeeperformance and to find out and analyze the effect of job training and leadership style onemployee performance at the Putra Maju Jaya Cigarette Factory, Sidoarjo Regency. Thistype of research is quantitative research. The population and sample in this study were allemployees of the Putra Maju Jaya Cigarette Factory production section, totaling 40people. Data collection techniques in this study by distributing questionnaires torespondents. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive statistical tests,classical assumption tests, instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t tests, ftests, and the coefficient of determination. This study obtained the results thatsimultaneously job training and leadership style had a positive and significant effect onthe performance of the Putra Maju Jaya Cigarette Factory employees. These results wereobtained through the results of the F test, namely sig 0.00 F table 3.24. In addition, based on this research, it can be seen that jobtraining partially has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at thePutra Maju Jaya Cigarette Factory, namely the t test result of 0.037 t table 1.687. And for leadership style partially has a positive andsignificant impact on the performance of employees of the Putra Maju Jaya CigaretteFactory with a t test result of 0.00 t table 1.687.Through this research it can be seen that job training and leadership style have aninfluence on employee performance at the Putra Maju Jaya Cigarette Factory bothsimultaneously and not. So to improve the performance of the employees of the PutraMaju Jaya Cigarette Factory, it is necessary to improve and maintain job training andleadership styles in their company

    Interaction and Knowledge Management on Job Satisfaction through OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior) at BCA Bank in East Java in 2024. The method in this research uses quantitative methods with primary data obtained from questionnaires created online via the media -google-form in the form of a questionnaire. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The sample used was BCA company employees in East Java in 2024, consisting of KCU and KCP totaling 36 company branches. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with validity and reliability tests, variable discriminant tests and model fit with the help of the PLS application and there are several manual measurements. From the results of calculations using the PLS application, analysis and determination of construct significance were carried out. The results show that not all have a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. The Knowledge Management variable does not have a significant direct effect on job satisfaction and the indirect effect of Social Interaction on Job Satisfaction with OCB as a mediating variable also has no effect/is not significant. A more accurate model fit method used is to use SRMR

    The aim of this research is to assess the influence of service quality, price andpromotion on purchasing decisions to purchase Nelongso fried chicken. 96 Managementstudents from the Merdeka University of Malang class of 2020 were used as the researchsample. Multiple linear regression was the data analysis method used, along with apurposive sampling strategy for sampling. The research conclusions show that price, promotions, and service quality all significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. Additionally, the three factors of service quality, price and promotion all work together toinfluence the purchasing decision to purchase Nelongso fried chicken in a profitable andnoteworthy manner.     This study aims to determine and test the effect of credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk on banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2022. This study is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is all financial reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for seven years, from 2015 to 2022. The purposive sampling method was used to determine the research and four samples. In this study, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out using the IBM SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that (1) simultaneously credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk have a significant effect on profitability., (2) credit risk has a significant effect on profitability, (3) liquidity risk has a significant effect on profitability, (4) market risk has a significant and positive effect on profitability
