This thesis is entitled: "(The Influence of Leadership Style, Competence and Work Culture on Employee Performance at PT.Gren Mitra Bangunan)" Background of the author In a leadership style has a major influence on employee performance if employee performance increases, if the leadership regulates the leadership style in a good and vice versa through the Research Concept "How does the influence of leadership style, competency and employee performance culture at PT.GREN MITRA BANGUNAN?" which aims to understand the impact of leadership style, competency on employee performance, also to understand how work culture affects employee performance. researchers used several methods including questionnaires. While in the discussion used the SPSS application,from the results of research conducted by researchers at PT.Gren Mitra Bangunan it can be concluded that: the test results show that the variables of leadership style, competence and work culture affect employee performance.So to improve the performance of company or organization employees must first increase the value of leadership as a mentor and motivator, in the test. The results of the coefficient test reveal that the leadership style variable is the dominant variable and influences employee performance so that it can be interpreted that leadership style is a more significant variable in influencing employee performance because leadership style is a very important variable for a company or organization. Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang Terdaftar di BEI
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of capital structure,profitability and company size on company value in food and beverage companies listedon the IDXThe method in this research uses quantitative methods with data obtained from theIndonesian Stock Exchange. The type of data in this research uses quantitative data andthe data source used is secondary data consisting of financial reports on 20 food andbeverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data collectiontechnique is a documentation technique. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistics,classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation),multiple linear regression analysis, determination tests, and hypothesis testing (f test and ttest) with the help of SPSS. Sample selection using the purposive sampling method,namely selecting samples using certain criteria.The results of this research show that the profitability variable has no influence oncompany value, while capital structure has a significant negative effect on company valueand company size has a significant positive effect on company value. All independentvariables in this research simultaneously have a significant effect on company value
Analisis Pengaruh Pertumbuhan Aset, Struktur Aset dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Food And Beverage yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of asset growth, assetstructure and company size on capital structure. This research takes objects in food andbeverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022. The population in this study were 35 food and beverage companies, while thesample was obtained using purposive sampling method based on predetermined criteria,so that a sample of 15 food and beverage companies was obtained. The dependentvariable in this study is capital structure, while the independent variables are assetgrowth, asset structure, and company size. The data analysis method uses multiple linearregression analysis, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination which is tested usingthe classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously assetgrowth, asset structure and company size have a significant effect on capital structure infood and beverage companies for the period 2018-2022. Partially, asset growth and assetstructure have a significant positive effect on capital structure while company size has nosignificant effect on capital structure
Pengaruh Promosi dan Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian White Coffee pada Mahasiswa FEB Universitas Merdeka Malang
Purchase decisions are a crucial process in consumer behavior with broad implications not only on a local scale but also on the global economy. These decisions determine the success or failure of products and services in the market, influence the welfare of companies, and impact overall economic growth. In an era of globalization and increasingly intense business competition, promotion and brand image have become critical factors influencing consumer purchase decisions. The increasing number of white coffee brands emerging in the market shows that competition in this industry is becoming tighter. Companies must formulate effective marketing strategies to win the competition and attract consumer interest, especially among students who are a potential target market. One important factor that can influence consumer purchase decisions is promotion and brand image. Promotion is a marketing tool used to inform, persuade, and remind consumers about the products or services offered. The influence of promotion becomes increasingly important in discussions about purchase decisions. Additionally, brand image reflects the extrinsic qualities of products or services, including how they strive to meet the psychological or social needs of customers. Coffee brands that cancreate positive associations and communicate their unique values have a competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and brand image on the purchase decisions of White Coffee among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Merdeka Malang. The population of this study consists of 3,091 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Merdeka Malang. Using probability sampling techniques and the Slovin formula, a sample of 97 respondents was obtained. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online using Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests ofthe research instruments, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of promotion and brand image on purchase decisions. The results of the study indicate that promotion and brand image have a significant influence on the purchase decisions of White Coffee. Effective promotion can increase consumer awareness and purchase interest, while a positive brand image can strengthen consumer loyalty and trust in the product. This research provides insights for companies in designing more effective marketing strategies and contributes academically to the field of marketing
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Kabupaten Malang
This research aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan Malang Regency. The population in this study consisted of 130 people who worked at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, with a sample of 98 people and using the Slovin formula, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the description ofthis research description state that the independent variable Work Environment has the highest average (mean) score on all indicators of the other independent variables with more strongly agree answers. Thus, Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency is very good. The research results show that Leadership Style and Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda TirtaKanjuruhan Malang Regency. Partially, Leadership Style has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency, and the Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan, Malang Regency
Komparasi Metode Mean dan KNN Imputation dalam Mengatasi Missing Value pada Dataset Kecil
Missing value pada dataset yang kecil akan mengakibatkan berkurangnya data yang dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran sehingga prediksi hasil klasifikasi dari data tersebut akan berkurang. Metode Imputasi sebagai solusi metode yang paling umum digunakan untuk menangani masalah dataset yang tidak lengkap. Metode Imputasi proses di mana beberapa teknik statistik digunakan untuk mengganti data yang hilang dengan nilai pengganti. Tujuan penelitian ini dengan kinerja klasifikasi yang dapat dipertahankan dengan metode imputasi missing value, karena metode ini dapat menghindari berkurangnya jumlah dataset yang digunakan dalam proses klasifikasi pada dataset dan meningkatkan kinerja klasifikasi pada dataset yang tidak ideal terutama untuk jumlah dataset yang kecil. Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen yang telah dilakukan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pengujian metode imputasi Mean dan KNN Imputation dengan metode klasifikasi mampu menangani data kosong dengan jumlah missing value sedikit maupun banyak dengan menghasilkan nilai accuracy mencapai kinerja prediksi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan menggunakan missing value nilai 0. Kemudian untuk dataset Hepatitis nilai Accuracy tinggi menggunakan metode imputasi KNN Imputasi dengan nilai 0,79 menggunakan metode Logistic Regression dan dataset Ginjal Kronis nilai Accuracy tinggi menggunakan metode imputasi Mean dengan nilai 0,97 dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proses metode imputasi terhadap nilai kosong di setiap column dataset kecil pada tahap data preprocessing memberikan pengaruh terhadap nilai Accuracy metode Mean dan KNN Imputation pada metode klasifikasi
Pengaruh Tata Ruang, Komunikasi, dan Work Life Balance pada Kinerja Karyawan Rumah Sakit Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang
The purpose of this research is to analyze how Layout, Communication, and Work Life Balance affect employee performance at Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital. This research uses quantitative methods by involving 69 employees from Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital as the population and sample, and uses the slovin method in the process. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, F test, t test, and multiple coefficients. The results confirmed that Layout, Communication, and Work Life Balance together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hasta Husada Kepanjen Malang Hospital. However, partially, communication and work life balance have a positive and significant effect on performance, but layout has no significant effect on performance. There is also a dominant influence given by Work Life Balance on Performance with the results in the form of a regression coefficient that is greater than the other independent variables on the dependent variable
Pengaruh Live Shopping dan Content Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen: Studi Kasus Konsumen Tiktok Shop Kota Malang
The development of digital technology has brought changes in consumer behavior andbusiness practices, which is a change in consumer behavior from traditional purchases toonline purchases through digital media. TikTok has a role in the world of businesspractices, especially in the development of marketing or advertising that is more modernand follows existing trends called TikTok Shop. This study discusses how live shoppingand content marketing can influence consumer purchasing decisions, a case study ofTikTok Shop consumers in Malang City. The focus of this research is to determine andanalyze the effect of live shopping and content marketing partially and simultaneously. Inaddition, to determine and analyze which of live shopping and content marketing has adominant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for TikTok Shop consumers in MalangCity. The population in this study was TikTok Shop consumers in Malang City with asample of 100 respondents. The sampling method used is probability sampling with arandom sampling method. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires onlinevia Google Forms. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS v 4.0.9.6 with the PLS (PartialLeast Square) method. The results of this study indicate that live shopping has asignificant and positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop inMalang City. Similarly, content marketing has a significant and positive influence onconsumer purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop in Malang City. In addition, live shoppingand content marketing can influence consumer purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop inMalang City. Live shopping has a dominant effect on consumer purchasing decisions atTikTok Shop in Malang City
Analisis Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang Go Public Periode 2018 – 2021
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns. The object of this research is Property and Real Estate Companies that Go Public for the period 2018 – 2021. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, which means that the companies taken must meet certain criteria. So that out of 81 companiesonly 11 companies met the sample criteria. Statistical analysis of the dataused multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, analysisof the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing used the F test for simultaneous hypotheses and partial t test. The results of this study indicate that the variable Return On Assets (ROA) has an effect on stock returns, while Return On Equity (ROE) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have no effect on stock returns. Taken together Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) affect stock returns in Property and Real Estate Companies that GoPublic for the 2018 – 2021 period
Fostering employee performance of civil servants in Indonesia: The mediating role of organisational citizenship behaviour
Orientation: The failure of an organisation to achieve the goals has become a main challenge that can influence public impressions. One of the strategies to ensure the organisation goal and reputation is performing impression management. Research purpose: This study aims to investigate the effect of transformational leadership, organisational commitment to employee performance, and to analyse the role of organisational citizenship behaviour (OCB) in mediating the interconnectedness between variables. Motivation for the study: Investigating the relationship between transformational leadership, organisational commitment and employee performance can shed light on strategies to enhance performance among civil servants in Indonesia. Research approach/design and method: This research involved a quantitative approach using a self-administered survey method. The population in this study were employees of the Pamekasan District Civil Service Agency in Indonesia, with a total of 6843 employees. Main findings: Using structural equation modelling, the findings of this research indicate that transformational leadership and organisational commitment both have a positive effect on OCB and employee performance. Additionally, OCB was found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, as well as between organisational commitment and employee performance. Practical/managerial implications: The study presents novel empirical insights into the managerial and practical matters in considering these variables for supporting employee
performance and organisational goals. Contribution/value-add: Taking a study at Pamekasan District Civil Service Agency is unique as it has characteristics and ethnics that make it interesting for research, contributing to the enhancement of civil servant performance in Indonesia
