    Economic development in Indonesia has experienced many changes, especiallyin the era of globalization. Facing increasingly rapid global developments, a country mustbe able to face it and respond to it appropriately and quickly. To run a business, there areseveral important aspects of a business, including the financial aspect. The financial aspectis an aspect related to the financial condition of a business, both from the initial investmentof the business and the profits obtained from sales.This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of company size, salesgrowth and profitability (return on assets (ROA)) on the capital structure (debt to equity ratio(DER)) in pharmaceutical companies on the IDX for the 2019-2022 period. Sampling useda saturated sampling or census technique and 11 pharmaceutical companies weresampled in this research. Data management uses the statistical Product and ServiceSolutions (SPSS 24) program. The research results show that simultaneously the variablescompany size, sales growth and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure.Partially, the company size variable is not significant on capital structure, the sales growthand profitability variables have a significant effect on capital structure

    The main goal of every company is to increase productivity and maintain employeesafety. Many heavy equipment repair companies face high risks, especially related to fatalaccidents such as broken fingers due to a lack of personal protective equipment. Employees tend to violate company health standards, including doctor's recommendations, and pay less attention to the cleanliness of the work environment, increasing the risk of accidents. This research aims to analyze the influence of safety programs, occupational health and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Tri Difta Utama Job Site Adaro Pasar Panas Central Kalimantan. The population in this study were employees at PT Tri Difta Utama Job Site Adaro Pasar Panas Central Kalimantan, who were selected using the saturated sample or census method, so the total sample was 100 employees inthe mechanical field. This research is quantitative research by testing hypotheses. Hypothetical testing uses the Multiple Linear Regression test. The results of this research show that: Safety programs, occupational health and the work environment have asimultaneous and significant effect on employee productivity. The safety program has apartial and significant effect on employee productivity. Occupational health has a partial and significant effect on employee productivity. The work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee productivity

    This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, incentives and workenvironment on employee performance at PT. Magnum Attack Indonesia. The research was carried out using survey and questionnaire methods as data collection instruments. A total of 97 respondents consisting of employees of PT. Magnum Attack Indonesia is the subject of research. The results of data analysis using the multiple linear regression method show that leadership style has a significant positive influence on employee performance. Providing incentives has also been proven to have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the work environment has a significant positive influence on employee performance. These findings provide an important contribution in the context of improving employee performance in the PT industry. Magnum Attack Indonesia. The practical implication of this research is that company management needs to pay attention to effective leadership styles, develop incentive policies that motivate employees, and create a workenvironment that is conducive to improving employee performance. It is hoped that this research can be a guide for similar companies in optimizing their human resources. The oretically, this research can be a basis for developing knowledge in the field of human resource management, especially in the context of the influence of leadership style, incentives and work environment on employee performance

    This research aims to analyze the influence of Profitability, Capital Structure AndDividend Policy on Company Value. samples were taken using saturated samples. Thepopulation taken is manufacturing companies listed in the LQ45 index on the IndonesiaStock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period.     The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of price, brand image, and promotion on the purchasing decision of Telkomsel prepaid cards among the residents of Pakis sub-district. This study adopts a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and filled out by Telkomsel prepaid card consumers in the Pakis sub-district, with a total sample size of 100 respondents. The research employs the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. The population of this study consists of Telkomsel prepaid card consumers in the Pakis sub-district. Data analysis techniques include instrument testing, Classic Assumption Testing, Multiple Regression, ttest,F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing utilizes the SPSS software (version 26.00). The findings reveal that, partially, price has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, promotion has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, price, brand image, and promotion collectively have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of Telkomsel prepaid cards in the Pakis sub-district, with brand image being the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions

    This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, self efficacy and self esteem on employee performance Sukun District Office Malang. The sample in this study were 35 employees who worked at the Sukun Malang District Office, because all the population in this study were sampled, the sampling method was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that from the calculation of multiple linear regression equations it can be seen that X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem) have an influence on Performance (Y), with the results of the regression test: Y = 0.545 + 0.728X1 + 0.713 X2 + 0.860 X3 + e. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.815. This means that X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem) affect performance (Y) by 81.5% while the remaining 18.5% is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study. Based on the test results with the t test, the hypothesis made proves there is an influence. The variables X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem) show the t value greater than the t table and the significance value is less than 0.05. This means that X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem), have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance (Y) of employees of the Sukun Malang District Office. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the F test, the value of F count> F table (27.101> 3.29) and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a simultaneous influence of X1 (Locus of control), X2 (Self Efficacy) and X3 (Self Esteem), on the performance (Y) of employees of the Sukun Malang District Offic

    Willingness to Pay Analyse for Green Cosmetics Product in Malang City

    Purpose: This research aims to determine the characteristics of green cosmetics consumers in the city of Malang. Additionally, it seeks to analyze the estimates and percentage changes in prices of green cosmetics products that consumers are willing to pay. Design/Methodology/Approach: Descriptive analysis and the Contingent Valuation Method are employed in this research. The respondents consist of women in Malang who have used green cosmetics products. The total number of respondents for this study is 100. Findings: The characteristics of the respondents in this study are predominantly women aged 26 to 35, working in the private sector, with expenditures exceeding Rp. 6,000,000. Overall, the majority of respondents in this study are willing to pay more for green cosmetics products. They express no objection because the benefits of green cosmetics products are not only advantageous for users but also contribute to environmental sustainability. Green cosmetics products such as serum, facewash, and sunscreen are frequently used and preferred by consumers

    The location of this research was carried out in East Kalimantan Province at the company PT Sawit Sukses Sejahtera, using a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through chairs distributed to 55 respondents, which aimed to determine the influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Intention To Stay (intention to stay). for generation z employees of PT Sawit Sukses Sejahtera Human resource management in the form of a series of decisions then taken to manage the employment relationship of an organization, such as prospective employees, permanent or old employees, and retirement. When working, of course there are feelings of joy or displeasure, these emotional feelings can be positive or negative depending on the results of work experiences and the fulfillment of a job that has been done, so some people have different levels of job satisfaction. This work environment is all the things that exist around the person who works and then have an influence on the individual when carrying out their work, such as whether it is clean or not, lighting and the rhythm of the music. Organizational culture is related to the values believed by organizational members, which can influence individuals to decide on the behavior and actions accepted by the organization. The research results show that job satisfaction, work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant impact on Intention to Stay at PT Sawit Sukses Sejahtera. This means that the variables in this study have a partial effect and also jointly influence the dependent variable. In addition, the higher the level of job satisfaction of Generation Z employees, the greater the intention to stay in the company, a good work environment also influences the decision of Generation Z employees to stay with the company, and A good organizational culture supports employees to stay in a company These findings highlight the importance of companies paying attention to factors such as job satisfaction, work environment, and organizational culture to retain generation Z employees. This research contributes to the understanding of the factors that influence the intention to remain at work among generation Z employees and provides guidance for company management in developing effective retention strategies

    The construction of high-rise buildings requires planning that must meet strong security standards so it is necessary to implement a steel Frame tubestructural system with the addition of concentric bracing to prevent collapse due to earthquake Loads.The steel Frame tube structural system is modeled as a 20-story high-risebuilding, with several variations in the location of concentric bracing such as the Control Plan Model (MDK), the 4-Side Symmetrical Concentric Bracing Location Model-4 Angle-Center (MLBKSST), the 4-Side Concentric Bracing Location Model-Without Angle (MLBKSTT), and the 4-Side Concentric Bracing Location Model-4 Angle-2 Center (MLBKSSDT). The earthquake lateral force analysis used response spectrum analysis and the modeling and analysis of the structure was carried out in 3D with the SAP2000 program. The analysis results show that the recommended model is MLBKSTT becauset obtained the largest vibration period value with a value of 1.267 seconds, the smallest base earthquake force in the X direction of 3919.873 kN and the Y direction of 3727.299 kN, and the smallest inter-floor deviation in the X direction of 17.706 mm and the Y direction of 19.050 m
