    Abestrak: Salah satu perkembangan kognitif pada anak usia dini yang cukup penting adalah perkembangan bahasa. Perkembangan bahasa ini tentunya berkaitan dengan kemampuan membaca anak usia dini. Membaca pada anak usia dini memiliki banyak tantangan, sehingga diperlukan metode yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh metode menyimak terhadap kemampuan membaca pada anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di PAUD Berseri Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2019/2020?. Kemudian tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan menyimak dengan kemampuan membaca pada anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di PAUD Berseri Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain One group Pre-Test and Post-Test Design. Kemudian data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi. Data skor observasi kemudian dianalisis dengan ujiPaired T-Test menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukan nilai thitung  sebesar 12,253, sedangkan nilai ttabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5% pada df 14 diperoleh 2,145. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel (12,253>2,145). Oleh karena itu dapat dikemukakan bahwa hipotesis Nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh metode menyimak terhadap kemampuan membaca pada anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di PAUD Berseri Kecamatan Kopang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Selain itu berdasarakan pengamatan observer, peserta didik lebih antusias ketika diminta menyimak dan mengulangi kata. Peserta didik juga menjadi lebih aktif serta terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Metode Menyimak, Kemampuan Menyima

    Teachers’ Confidence in Teaching English Using You*Tube Channel in Early Pandemic Covid-19

    This study aims to identify teachers' confidence in teaching English using a You*Tube channel in early pandemic. This study used a qualitative quantitative approach with a survey method. The data sources in this study were 50 teachers from both public and private primary schools in Denpasar who used You*Tube channel as the media in teaching English. The data were collected through questionnaires consisting of 30 closed and open statements which were grouped into four categories. Closed statements consisted of yes/no statements as well as agreement and frequency statements based on a Likert’s five-point scaling. Open statements were intended to provide additional information on the answers to the closed statements that had been given. The data were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively using narration supported by diagrams and tables. The result of analysis data showed that teachers' confidence in teaching English using a YouTube channel in the early  pandemic was supported by many factors, such as educational background, teaching experience and teacher perspective in online English learning using the You*Tube channel. However, teaching English through the You*Tube channel needs to be used frequently to improve teachers' skills and techniques in using this media for better teaching

    Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Sekolah Inklusi di Indonesia (Suatu Pendekatan Systematic Review)

    This study aimed to investigate the pedagogical competences of inclusive school teachers, especially in Indonesia. The research method used was a systematic review. The electronic data bases used were Wiley, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar. The initial search found 24 journals and were then selected based on exclusive criteria, in which there were seven journals identified using thematic data analysis techniques. The result of this study showed that the pedagogical competence of teachers in inclusive schools, especially in Indonesia, is relatively low. Several factors which inhibit teacher pedagogic competence, which are different teachers’ educational backgrounds, teachers do not understand students’ characteristics which cause difficulty to identify different student needs, and teachers have difficulty to evaluate student learning processes

    This study aimed to develop teaching materials in actuarial courses at FMIPA State University of Medan to support the learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research used research and development method. The samples of this study were 32 students of FMIPA State University of Medan who took actuarial courses. The research instrument used in this study was pre and post test and observation sheets. The results showed that the t test was 20.64, in which the t count value was greater than the t table value (20.64> 1.462). Thus, learning using actuarial mathematics teaching materials has an effect on students' analytical skills. Hence, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that there was significant influence of actuarial mathematics teaching materials on the students’ analytical skills at the State University of Medan

    This study aims to determine the strength of leg length and leg muscle strength, which are very important components in order to improve the overall physical condition. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between leg length and leg muscle power on long jump achievement in male students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Badas, Sumbawa Besar sub-district, academic year 2020/2021. The method used in this study was to use deed test method and documentation method. The action test method is carried out in accordance with a predetermined instrument, while the documentation method is used to strengthen the research. And the method for analyzing data uses multiple linear correlational methods. The results obtained are based on the results of data processing, namely the correlation value (r) is calculated = 0.108. And the results of the correlation (r) table = 0.44, then the meaning of the relationship between leg length and leg muscle power to long jump performance in male students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Badas Kecangkas Sumbawa Besar, is not significant or there is no relationship, this can be seen from correlation norm

    Group Counseling with Assertive Training Techniques to Self Confidence Adolescents

    This research aims to see the increase in students’ self-confidence by using group services with assertive training techniques. The method used in this study was a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The sample in this study were twelve students, aged 13-14 years at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Depok Yogyakarta. The instrument used in this study was a self-confidence scale. Analysis of the data used Wilcoxon test analysis and Mann-Whitney test. The results of the study showed that group guidance services with assertive training techniques had an effective effect on increasing student self-confidence. This can be seen from the increased self-confidence of students in the experimental group which has increased compared to the control group who was not treated with Assertive training techniques

    Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Cooperative Script untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa di SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I

    This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes through a cooperative script learning model in grade VI SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I. This research method uses classroom action research with a spiral model from Kemmis and Mc Taggart using 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were 22 students of grade VI SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I. The research instrument used item items and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive comparative. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student social studies learning outcomes after using the cooperative script learning model. This is based on the comparison of the average score, namely 70.62: 79.19: 87.48 which means that there is an increase from pre-cycle to cycle II. Classical learning completeness in the conditions of pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, namely 50%: 77.27%: 100%. While the comparison of the minimum score in the pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II is 50: 65: 76, and the comparison of the maximum score in the pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II is 82: 90: 100. From the results of this study it can encourage class VI teachers. SD Inpres Tumpu Jaya I should be inspired to apply the cooperative script learning model in social studies learning because it has been proven to improve student social studies learning outcomes

    This study aims to describe the increase in activeness and learning outcomes of writing explanatory text in Indonesian subjects by implementing the Discovery Learning model through the online-based Whatsapp Group assisted by Google Classroom during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used was classroom action research with a research design using the model of Kemmis and Mc Taggart which consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting stages. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 3 Bojong, Pekalongan Regency. The technique of collecting data by means of interviews, observation, questionnaires and tests. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research in the pre-cycle showed student activeness was 6.25%, in the first cycle it increased to 28.13%, and in the second cycle it increased by 15.62%. From the test results in the pre-cycle the average value was 69, in the first cycle it increased to 73, and in the second cycle it became 76. Students who achieved learning completeness in the pre-cycle 12,%, in the first cycle were 15.63, and in the second cycle it became 84.38%. It can be concluded that with the application of the Discovery Learning learning model through Google Classroom assisted by online-based Whatsapp Group during the Covid-19 pandemic, it can increase the activeness and learning outcomes of competency / explanatory text material for class VIII A students of SMP Negeri 3 Bojong

    This study aimed to describe the character values conveyed in batik, especially in the flora motifs of Ngawi batik. This research used descriptive qualitative method with a hermeneutic approach. The samples of this study were teak batik, melon motifs, rice motifs, and bamboo motifs. The four samples were taken through purposive sampling technique, because these motifs were the main motifs of Batik in Ngawi Regency. In addition, data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation, and literacy studies. The interview used in this study was free guided interview, so that data collection activities only used an interview guide that contained an outline of the things being asked. Data of the research obtained were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, which consisted of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study showed that the four flora motifs have various character values that can be used as a means of building the character of students

    Abstract: The ability of a fighter to perform a kick motion with a good frequency is one of the factors in conducting this research. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent to which hurdle training affects kick frequency, especially in the PSHT Rayon sikur fighter in 2020. This research is in the form of an experiment using a pretest treatment, and posttest to determine the difference in numbers before and after being given treatment. Subjects in this study amounted to 10 people. The design used in this study was one group pretest and postest design. The data analysis technique used was a similar sample t-test with 5% degrees of freedom in the N-1 number. The results showed that from statistical calculations, the t-count was 10.38, and the t-table was 1.883, or in other words 10.38> 1.883. So it can be concluded that the results of this study are that there is an effect of hurdle training on the frequency of kicks in the PSHT Rayon Sikur fighte
