PENTINGNYA PEMBIASAAN KOMUNIKASI POSITIF DALAM KELUARGA DI MASA PANDEMIK COVID 19
Artikel ini membahas tentang pentingnya komunikasi positif dalam lingkungan keluarga. Anak akan dapat memahmi apa yang diinginkan oleh orang tuanya apa bila komunikasi positif yang digunakan terlaksana dengan baik, begitu juga sebaliknya. keadaan wabah yang melanda dunia saat ini sangatlah berimbas pada segala aspek kehidupan individu tak luput juga hubungan anak dan orang tua dalam satu keluarga oleh sebab itu sangatlah dibutuhkan ritme komunikasi yang baik dalam menjalani dan beradaptasi dengan keadaan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan literature teori atau kepustakaan (library research). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat dibuktikan bahwa dibutukan komunikasi yang positif serta efektif dalam menumbuhkan rasa aman dalam keluarga dimasa pandemic covi 19. Dengan adanya komunikasi yang baik maka kebutuhan individu akan adanya rasa aman dalam situasi yang serba tidak menentu ini dapat terpenuhi, keluarga merupakan masayarakat kecil dalam diri individu yang mana tempat bersandar dan mendapatkan perlindungan
IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SMP NEGERI 5 MATARAM TAHUN PELAJARAN 2019/2020
This study aims to describe the implementation of education character policy at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram, the proponent and the resistor factors, and the effect of education character policy implementation on students. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this study involved: the principal, the student head deputy, the homeroom teacher, the religion teacher, and the counseling teacher. The observation, interview, and documentation are used as data collection methods. Furthermore, the result of this study showed that (1) the implementation of education character policy at SMP Negeri 5 Mataram was implemented by school residents with teaching and learning activities.(2) the proponent factors were an internal factor (student awareness) and an external factor (the cooperation among teachers, employees, conducive neighborhood, and programmed activities). (3) the resistor factors were an internal factor (the student character diversity, the teacher limitedness on education character implementation), the external factor was (the lack of parent supervision on problematic children). ENHANCING ORAL PROFICIENCY USING THREE STEPS INTERVIEW TECHNIQUE FOR ELEVENTH GRADERS
Enhancing students' abilities and potential is an important thing that every teacher must do gradually. The ability to speak in a foreign language is one of the skills that must be developed, which will benefit students in their learning process. The aim of this study is to enhance students' oral proficiency using Three steps interview technique for eleventh-grade students. Quasi-Experimental research design as a method applied in this study, to determine whether students are learning to use the technique Three Steps Interview has the ability to speak that better than the students who are taught using the technique of group discussion. This research involves two classes divided into an experimental class and a control class with 32 students in each class. Students received special treatment in the experimental class, namely, using the Three Steps Interview technique, while in the control class, the researcher applied the Group Discussion technique. The instrument used in testing students' oral proficiency was using a pretest before implementing learning techniques in each class and doing a posttest after applying learning techniques. The data analysis results showed that p(0.000)< significance level (0.05), which means that Three Steps Interview has significant effect as cooperative learning on oral proficiency, motivation and enthusiasm during the learning process. MORAL VALUE AND CHARACTER BUILDING EDUCATION IN FOLKLORE FROM CENTRAL JAVA “TIMUN MAS”
Folklore is a story that originated in society and developed in society in the past which played an important role in the development of children's character learning in the form of moral values. The purpose of this study was to explain the moral values contained in folklore to improve character education. This study used a qualitative descriptive research design. Where all the data collected is based on books and other supporting document data. From the discussion of the Timun Mas folklore, there are eight prominent moral values, namely religious values, independent values, curiosity values, hard work values, responsibility values, honesty values, creativity, the value of the spirit of hard work. And from the research results, it can be concluded that the folklore of Timun Mas has many moral values that can be applied in the world of Education to shape character
THE VALUE AND CHARACTER BUILDING EDUCATION IN FOLKLORE FROM BATAKNESE "SIGALE-GALE"
Education is the learning of knowledge, the skills of every person that are passed down from generation to generation for one generation. But in education, it is also essential to learn the formation of good character. In this relevant research, especially those that raise Folklore as the object of study, only a few people know about it. Folklore is a medium that can use as a means of forming positive characters in children through moral values and character education contained in the story. This type of research is qualitative descriptive obtained, analyzed, and analyzed in writing to describe the moral values and character building contained in the Toba Batak folklore "Sigale-gale." Data collection was carried out by reading the Sigale-gale folklore text repeatedly and identifying the data in the form of keywords related to the values forming the characters in the story. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results showed that there were four character-forming values in the Sigale-gale Folklore; namely hard work, curious, friendly, and wise.
Analisis Kondisi Psikologis Anak dari Keluarga Tidak Utuh pada Siswa SMA PGRI Kupang
This study aims to describe the psychological condition of children from incomplete families who study at SMA PGRI Kupang. The research used a quantitative approach with a total sample size of 45 students. The sample selection used purposive sampling method. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire on the psychological condition of children from incomplete families. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative with the percentage to measure the psychological condition of the children. The results of the research show that there were some effects on the psychological condition of children from incomplete families such as divorce from their parents, death of family members, living separately, empty families, alcoholic families and quarrelsome parents which reached 63%. It means that the family which was not intact was categorized as having a high effect on the students’ psychological condition, such as feeling sad, rejected, angry, hurt, lonely, guilty and blaming themselves, anxious, depressed, shutting down, embarrassed, stressed, feeling insecure and losing affection. Therefore, the supervising teachers can provide motivation and provide Counseling Guidance services for every student, especially those who live in the intact families for their achievement and their improvement at the Middle Education level
Pemanfaatan Aplikasi WPS dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa pada Materi Dongeng Bermuatan Bahasa Inggris di Era New Normal
This study aimed to increase students’ interest in learning in English-filled fairy tale material using the WPS application. The research method used was the research and development method from Borg and Gall. The population in the study amounted to 72 students of grade 2 SD Amalyatul Huda. The samples specified in this study were 32 students and 2 teachers. Data analysis techniques were obtained from a team of material experts, design experts, Indonesian language teachers, and grade 2 students of SD Amalyatul Huda. The product produced from this research was in the form of a learning module. The results showed 1) validation from material experts including the feasibility of the content on average obtained 89.85% with good criteria, the average presentation feasibility was obtained 90.3% with very good criteria, and the assessment of linguistic aspects achieved on average 89.42 % with good criteria. (2) Validation of design experts with an average of 84.58% with good criteria. (3) the teacher's response got an average of 85.83% with good criteria. (4) student responses through individual trials obtained an average of 75% with sufficient criteria. (5) small group trials reached an average of 83.56% with good criteria. (6) limited test reaches an average of 94.92% with very good criteria. This proves that learning English-filled fairy tales using the WPS application has increased
Rolling Ball - Learning Cell dalam Pembelajaran untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Menulis Bahasa Inggris Siswa
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Rolling Ball - Learning Cell in learning to improve students' English writing skills. This research method used experimental methods. The subjects of this study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 27 Surakarta. The research instrument used observation and tests. The data analysis technique of this research used statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Rolling Ball-Learning Cell in learning English in class VII A SMP Negeri 27 Surakarta includes: the planning stage, preparing the media, and the implementation stage. Rolling Ball-Learning Cell can improve students' English writing skills from the initial conditions with an average score of 75.3 with 43.3% completeness to the condition after treatment an average score of 88 with 90% completeness in class VII A students of SMP Negeri 27 Surakarta

This study aims to describe the implementation of the character education of students' courtesy through beautiful media at SD Negeri 11 Mataram. This research method using descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of beautiful media in improving the character of courtesy of students at SD Negeri 11 Mataram shows the results and can provide concrete experiences for students in being polite in everyday life, especially at school
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Materi Cahaya dan Sifat-Sifatnya di SD Negeri 2 Uebone
This study aims to improve student motivation and learning outcomes through the application of inquiry learning models. The research method used was classroom action research that adapted the Kemmis & Mc. Model. Taggart with two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of grade IV SD Negeri 2 Uebone, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques using tests, observation and documentation. The data validation used source triangulation and method triangulation techniques. The data analysis technique was processed by descriptive analysis. The results of research using the inquiry method showed that the motivation and learning outcomes of students had increased. The increase in student learning motivation from the initial conditions of 30% or 35.71% or 10 students increased to 18 students or 64.29% and reached 100% of the 85% minimum limit that had been determined in the success criteria of the learning improvement process in the second cycle, and the increase in student learning outcomes from the average in the initial conditions of 57.50 increased to 64.64 in the first cycle and at the end of the second cycle increased to 77.86 and the completeness of learning in the initial conditions was 6 students (21.43%), After the improvement was carried out by the application of the inquiry method in the first cycle it increased to 15 students or 53.57% and in the second cycle it increased again to 26 students or 92.86%
