Improving Students’ Vocabulary Mastery Through Bingo Games
No full textThis research was aimed to improve the vocabulary mastery of students through Bingo Game. This research was an action research study. The place of the research was at SDK Petra Madiun, East Java, Indonesia. The subject of the research was fourth grade students of SDK Petra Madiun, consisting 30 students. It was done in two cycles. The researcher did some steps for each cycle. They were planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected by using test, observation, and interview. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. It was compared between the scores of pre test (before implementing Bingo game) and post test (after implementing Bingo game). The research findings showed that vocabulary mastery of most students improved after Bingo Game was used in the teaching and learning process. It was indicated by the increase of the mean of students’ vocabulary score in the pre-test and post-test (67.22 to 80.57). The students’ involvement and classroom interaction during the implementation of the game improved. It was showed by students’ enthusiasm during the game. They tried to be the first winner and raised their competitiveness among them. In addition, the implementation of Bingo Game and the complementary actions were successful to help the students memorize and understand new words easily. In conclusion, the students’ vocabulary mastery improved through the implementation of Bingo Game

This research method uses research and development. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and tests for each learning activity. The data analysis technique of this research uses descriptive statistical analysis. In this research, five modules have been developed, namely Module I (Structure of the Lithosphere Layer), Module 2 (Endogenous Energy), Module 3 (Exogenous Energy), Module 4 (Pedosphere), and Module 5 (Soil Erosion). Studi Validitas dan Reliabilitas Mindfulness in Teaching Scale Indonesia
No full textThis study was aimed to examine the validity and reliability of the Mindfulness in Teaching Scale in Indonesia (MTS-I). This research was a quantitative research. Data were collected from teachers of elementary, secondary, and high school in Bandung (n=244) using convenience sampling. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was conducted to test the two factor structures of MTS-I, Pearson product moment to test concurrent validity, and Cronbach’s alpha to test the internal consistency. Results confirmed the validity and reliability of the model. MTS-I had the same structure with the original one. MTS-I had 13 valid and reliable items which were divided into two dimensions, interpersonal mindfulness and intrapersonal mindfulness. MTS-I demonstrated construct validity with good-fit index. Furthermore, regarding concurrent validity, positive correlations were obtained between MTS-I subscales with teacher efficacy, and negative correlations were obtained between MTS-I subscales with teacher stress

This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression.The population in this study were all students of XI TKJ, totaling 60 students. Researchers used a questionnaire in the form of google form as an instrument to facilitate data collection. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that (1) pedagogical competence has an effect on student achievement; (2) learning motivation affects student achievement, (3) pedagogical competence and student motivation affect student achievement
Implementasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika di SD Negeri Pinedapa
No full textThe purpose of this study was to improve mathematics learning outcomes with the subject of calculating the area of a flat shape using a project-based learning model for grade VI students of SD Negeri Pinedapa. This research uses classroom action research which is carried out in 3 cycles. Each cycle is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The instruments used in this research were tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research results from each cycle increased. Based on the results of the cycle III test, it was found that the average learning outcome was 80.31 out of 32 students who scored 70-85 there were 21 students, and the range 86-100 had 11 students. The conclusion of this study is that through the use of a project-based learning model it can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes on the subject of calculating the area of a flat shape in class VI SD Negeri Pinedapa

No full textThis study aims to provide assistance to improve quality in accordance with national education standards or to exceed national education standards so that the formation of a quality culture in SMK Negeri 1 Pujut. This research was conducted using descriptive methods. The stages in the implementation of quality supervision, namely; (1) Mapping and validating school conditions, (2) Formulating future recommendations for solutions, (3) Assisting in implementing solutions, and (4) Evaluating their impacts and changes. The data analysis technique of this research is using descriptive analysis. The results of this study include; (1) The understanding of the quality standards at SMKN 1 Pujut is already good, indicated by the quality report cards that have reached SNP 4 with an achievement value of 5.74; (2) Implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been carried out well, starting from quality mapping, planning, implementation, evaluation and standard setting; (3) Implementation of K13 at SMKN 1 Pujut is in accordance with the provisions; (4) Strengthening Character Education (PPK) at SMKN 1 Pujut has been running well, indicated by the results of PPK report cards reaching 6.48 towards SNP 4; (5) The School Literacy Movement (GLS) at SMKN 1 Pujut has achieved SNP with a score of 6.69; and (6) Implementation of UKS at SMKN 1 Pujut reaches 5.8 towards SNP 4

No full textThis study aimed to describe the implementation of character education management and to find out the barrier factors in implementing the character education at Universitas Pamulang. This research applied qualitative approach. The subjects of this research involved the foundation, rector, team of vice rector III, lecturers, and students of Universitas Pamulang. The technique of data collection was observation, document analyses, and interviews. The technique of data analysis referred to interactive model data analysis, which is triangulation. The findings of the implementation of character education management were as follow: First, the planning to grow shared awareness and to equalize the perception on the importance of value or character integration. Second, organizing the distributions of tasks, authorities, and responsibilities to the whole lecturers, especially the lecturers of religion subject and the team of Vice Rector III. Third, mobilizing the academic, non-academic activities; ways and processes to improve the activities. Fourth, controlling; observing what have been achieved and felt by the implementation of character education by the foundation, rector, all lecturers, team of Vice Rector III, religion subject lecturers, and students. Meanwhile, there was a barrier in implementing the character education management at Universitas Pamulang. This barrier regarding limited human resources that actively implemented the existing programs
Tiga Aspek dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19
No full textThis study aims to analyze the aspects of safety, immunity, and faith in physical education learning at IAIN Salatiga. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and used a case study design. The subjects of this study were lecturers and students of IAIN Salatiga who carried out physical education lectures in the odd semester of 2020/2021. The research instrument is the researcher himself using observation and documentation techniques in data collection. The data validity test in this study is utilizing data credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of physical education lectures was carried out online during the Covid-19 Pandemic in IAIN Salatiga by utilizing youtube, whatsapp, and google classroom media. Furthermore, students are given physical fitness exercises independently by the lecturer. Besides, praying together before and after physical education lectures are held. This research concludes that the safety aspect has been carried out during the Physical Education lectures at IAIN Salatiga by implementing online lectures, the immune aspect is carried out through an independent fitness program, and the faith aspect is carried out by carrying out joint prayers
Penggunaan Media Aplikasi Duolingo Dalam Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kosakata Bahasa Inggris Siswa Kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Agrabinta Cianjur
No full textPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Agrabinta Cianjur, yang dikarenakan kurang kreatifnya guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut penulis mencoba menggunakan media aplikasi duolingo dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata bahasa Inggris siswa kelas VII dengan metode drill. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 22 orang. Jenis tindakan yang diterapkan adalah penggunaan media aplikasi duolingo yang mengusung kegiatan belajar samabil bermain. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes hasil belajar, dan unjuk kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media aplikasi duolingo dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Agrabinta Cianjur. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan siswa dalam penguasaan kosakata aspek mengartikan kata pada siklus II ini mencapai 91% dibandingkan dengan saat siklus I, yang hanya mencapai 55%. Peningkatan yang diperoleh sekitar 36%; Pada aspek membaca pada siklus II ini mencapai 100%, dibandingkan dengan saat siklus I, yang hanya mencapai 82%. Peningkatan yang diperoleh sekitar 18%. Dan aspek menulis pada siklus II ini mencapai 95,5%, dibandingkan dengan saat siklus I, yang hanya menyampai 72,7%. Peningkatan yang diperoleh sekitar 23,3%
PENGARUH LATIHAN SHOULDER PRESS TERHADAP KETEPATAN LOB DALAM PERMAINAN BULUTANGKIS PADA SISWA PUTRA SMPN 1 LABUAPI
No full textBased on the initial observations at SMPN 1 Labuapi, some of students physical strength has not been maximal in performing accuracy Lob which has an impact on low badminton achievement. However, to almost all sports concept, especially badminton game of each physical component is needed, so the priority of emphasis depends on the dominant characteristics of the sport that is fostered. Based on the explanation, the problem can be formulated, such as Is there any influence of shoulder press exercises on The Accuracy of Lob in badminton games for VIII grade students of SMPN 1 Labuapi Period 2019/2020?. Based on the problems that have been found, the purpose of this study was wanted to know the influence of shoulder press exercises on The Accuracy of Lob in badminton games for VIII grade students of SMPN 1 Labuapi. This research design was using experimental. In this research, the data collection method used is the action test, documentation and observation method. In this study, the subjects that used as a population were all students of VIII grade SMPN 1 Labuapi Period 2019/2020 which amounts to 115 people. Sampling technique used is Random Sampling technique that is sampling by group. The number of samples taken was 20% x 115 as for 23 students. Data analysis techniques was used statistical analysis using One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. From the results of data analysis and research observations during this research was carried out, and the calculations and statistics, it can be concluded that the t-count of 6,564 > t-table of 2,074 at the level of significance of 5%. In other words, the final results were very significant testing, so as a conclusion that "There is an influence of shoulder press exercises on The Accuracy of Lob in badminton games for VIII grade students of SMPN 1 Labuapi Period 2019/2020" was accepte
