PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DAN LATAR BELAKANG PENDIDIKAN SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR ILMU FARA’ID
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran dan latar belakang pendidikan siswa terhadap hasil belajar fara’id. Penelitian ini menemukan: (1)belajar dengan Slideshow Lebih baik dibandingkan belajar dengan Video; (2) latar belakang MTs lebih baik dibandingkan latar belakang SMP; (3)terdapat interaksi media pembelajaran dengan latar belakang pendidikan; (4)latar belakang MTs yang belajar dengan video lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang belajar dengan Slideshow; (5)latar belakang SMP yang belajar dengan video lebih rendah dibandingkan yang belajar dengan Slideshow; (6) penggunaan video pada siswa berlatar belakang MTs lebih tinggi dibandingkan berlatar belakang SMP; (7) penggunaan Slideshow pada siswa berlatar belakang MTs lebih rendah dibandingkan berlatar belakang SMP
STRATEGI TATA KELOLA ADMINISTRASI PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI BERBASIS ELECTRONIC RECORDS
Governance administration referred to in this research is how institutions organize, manage, and store data/records relating to the implementation of the administrative activities of Higher Education institutions, starting from the leadership down to the student level. The corporate governance is an activity that needs to be done effectively and efficiently in order to support productivity college. So far, the administration at the College still done conventionally. This is evident from the number of files and archives college piled up in the room and a filing cabinet. Thus, to find back the document that has been stored in cabinets require considerable time, besides that it must dismantle all the documents that have been previously arranged. The research method uses a qualitative approach, Draft Action Research utilizes quantitative data with qualitative data such as method mix focused on applied technology. Based on the research results obtained by the collected records in IKIP Mataram records are divided into several groups. By performing data reduction, grouping the records contained in the IKIP Mataram look that good governance based administration of electronic records has been applied properly. There are nine groups of records obtained in this study in which each group of records managed by each institution and the IKIP Mataram. Use of Electronic Records in the administration and other administrative activities at the IKIP Mataram very effective. All data on their activities and archives stored neatly in the respective chambers, structured data classification, and search data is quite efficient.Use of Electronic Records that can be controlled systematically to records from the time of creation or receipt, processing, distribution, organization, storage, retrieval up to destruction. Application of Electronic Records in higher education is relevant to the development and advancement of Science and Technology today, the program is a major concern so as to form a permanent administrative governance, especially at the IKIP Mataram.Keywords: Strategy, Governance, Electronic Record
PERSEPSI SISWA MENGENAI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER YANG COCOK UNTUK GENERASI MUSLIM MILENIAL DI KOTA MATARAM
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi siswa mengenai pendidikan karakter yang cocok untuk generasi muslim milenial di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuanitatif dengan teknik survey. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin. terpilih 25 sekolah tingkat menengah atas. Jumlah responden sebanyak 325 orang yang dipilih secara acak (random sampling). Hasil survey menemukan bahwa (1) sebanyak 95% siswa menegah atas di Kota Mataram adalah muslim milenialis.(2) ada sembilan karakter siswa muslim milenial; (3) ada tujuh prinsip pendidikan karakter yang cocok untuk siswa muslim milenial; (4)menemukan manajemen pendidikan karkter yang cocok dengan siswa muslim milenial; (5) Budayasekolah yang cocok dengan generasli muslim milenial; (6) Kepemimpinan sekolah yang cocok untuk generasi muslim milenial. Survey merekomendasikan agar (1) ke depan sekolah perlu merancang pendidikan karakter yang sesuai dengan karakter generasi muslim milenial dan prinsip pendidikan karakter muslim milenial. (2) ke depan sekolah perlu merancang budaya sekolah yang sesuai prinsip dan karakter generasi muslim milenial; (3) menyiapkan kepemimpinan sekolah yang cocok dengan karakter dan prinsip pendidikan karakter generasi muslim milenial. ANALISIS RASIO PERMODALAN BMT AL IQ-TISHODY MATARAM
This study is entitled "Capital Analysis Ratio of BMT Al Iq-Tishody Mataram" The purpose of this study is to determine the level of sharia health and compliance in the AL-Iqtishody Mataram BMT 2019 on aspects of capital based on cooperative classification standards according to the cooperative ministerial decree and small business and intermediate number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. Analyze cooperative financial statements based on the Decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016, Evaluate the financial performance of cooperatives. This study uses 1 type of assessment of health aspects and components in the form of: Capital. The assessment will find out how healthy Al Iq-tishody BMT is in terms of finance, and how obedient in predetermined sharia principles. From these calculations the BMT Al Iq-tishody was classified as "Fairly Healthy" Cooperative. This is because it has an unfavorable value because BMT AL-Iqtishody does not yet have a sharia supervisory board, does not yet have equity participation and financing originating from Islamic financial institutions and also cooperative management does not yet have an educational certificate for management of Islamic financial institutions issued by competent parties. HUBUNGAN PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH SEBAGAI KONSELOR DENGAN ETOS KERJA GURU
Etos kerja guru yang masih kurang baik terlihat dari kurangnya kedisiplinan, kehadiran, dan ketepatan waktu guru pada saat menjalankan tugasnya dan hal ini berdampak pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan peran kepala sekolah sebagai konselor dengan etos kerja guru di SMP Negeri 6 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian, penentuan subjek yang digunakan adalah teknik populasi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket.Selanjutnya analisis data yang digunakan dalah metode analisis statistic dengan rumus Korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai rhitung sebesar 0.510, selanjutnya nilai tersebut dikonsultasikan dengan nilai rtabel product moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan N=50 diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.279. Kenyataan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rhitung lebih besar dari rtabel atau 0.510> 0.279, maka hasil analisa data dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan signifikan. Hal ini berarti (H0) ditolak sedangkan (Ha) diterima. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah “Ada hubungan peran kepala sekolah sebagai konselor dengan etos kerja guru di SMP Negeri 6 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.Kata Kunci: Konselor, Etos Kerj
Evaluasi Keterampilan Menulis Makalah Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar
This study aims to evaluate the writing paper skills of students majoring in Elementary School teacher education study program. The research method used descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 90 groups of students who programmed the Learning Outcomes Evaluation course. The sample consisted of 10 groups of students selected by purposive sampling based on the theme of their papers. The data were collected from the papers they compiled. Aspects that were evaluated are the systematics, introduction, discussion, conclusions, and references used. Additional data collected were the students’ assessment data on other group papers. The results of the analysis show that the degree of mastery of students in compiling papers was in a sufficient category. The ability to assess papers was still low. The difficulty lied in conformity to the template, writing the background, using sources, and presenting data in the form of tables or figures. All of these aspects were categorized as very low. This information can be used as a reference in developing a lecture system that can facilitate students to develop their skills in compiling papers
PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN DAN KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIKA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR AKUNTANSI
This study aims to determine the effect of learning strategies and math skills on student accounting learning outcomes. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 treatment by level design. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics with hypothesis testing through two-way ANOVA analysis. The results showed: (1) The group of students who followed the inquiry learning strategy was higher than the group of students who took the CTL learning strategy. (2) There is an interaction between learning strategies and mathematical skills on accounting learning outcomes. (3) The accounting learning outcomes of students who have high math abilities who follow the inquiry learning strategy are higher than the CTL learning strategy. (4) The accounting learning outcomes of the group of students with low math abilities who took the inquiry learning strategy were lower than those who took the CTL learning strategy
PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ADVANCE ORGANIZER PADA SISWA SMAN 7 MATARAM
This study aims to obtain objective descriptions of learning with the advance organizer model in class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Mataram to improve their short story writing skills. This type of research is classroom action research. The implementation consists of two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The data were collected by using the literature method and the method of observation, while the data were analyzed using the mastery learning formula. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the ability to write short stories using the advance organizer learning model in class XI students of SMA Negeri 7 Mataram has increased, both in terms of process and results. The process improvement is indicated by almost all indicators of action that have been implemented by all students. While the increase in results can be seen from the average value of each aspect has increased: (1) aspects of the theme, from an average of 79.16 in the first cycle to 87.90 in the second cycle; (2) the opening aspect of the story has increased from the first cycle with an average value of 65.83 to 73.38 in the second cycle; (3) Character aspect, from cycle I 70.83 to 72.58 in cycle II; (4) the background aspect of the average value in the first cycle of 68.33 to 72.58 in the second cycle; (5) plot aspects, from an average value of 69.16 to 78.22 in the second cycle; (6) impression aspect, the average value from 62.5 to 69.35 in cycle II
Penerapan Media Permainan Sosiology Shot Traditional (SOSIS –T) untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Sosiologi Siswa MAN 1 Lombok Timur
This study aims to increase student motivation in sociology subjects through the application of the Sosis-T game media. This research method used classroom action research methods with research subjects namely students of class XII IPS 2 MAN 1 East Lombok. The research instrument used observation and tests. The research data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results showed that the learning media Sosiology Shot Traditional (SOSIS-T) was more effective in increasing the learning motivation and grades of students in the classroom. Through the application of the Sosiology Shot Traditional (SOSIS-T) media it is very fun for students when used during learning. Students are very motivated and enthusiastic to follow it. Students actively move, ask, answer, and respond so that class conditions become more dynamic
Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Melalui Pendampingan Sistem Daring, Luring, atau Kombinasi pada Masa New Normal Covid-19
The purpose of this study was to improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in online, offline and combined distance learning in the Assisted Primary Schools of Segugus 05 Kopang, Central Lombok Regency. This research method used classroom action research. The data collection technique uses classroom observation techniques using the observation sheet instrument of teacher competency assessment in implementing distance learning programs (PJJ). The data analysis technique in this study used a comparative descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that PJJ with BDR (Learning From Home) with the Online, Offline or Combination system was able to improve teacher competence in learning. In Cycle-1, there was an increase in teacher competence in PJJ by 3.9%. However, this increase was successful when compared with the research success criteria with an increase of 5%. In Cycle-2, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 4.2%. In Cycle-3, the increase in teacher competence in PJJ was 14.1%. This study was successful because there was an increase in the research success criteria of 5%
