    This research is motivated by many students who have extraordinary potential and talents, naturally, coaching has not been optimally touched. Limited access to information, costs, and attention so that this potential is simply eroded by increasing age. The purpose of this research is to want to know the potential of sports talents possessed by students of Public Elementary Schools in Aikmel District in 2020. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this research was 64 students of 5 public elementary schools in Aikmel District using random sampling technique. The test instrument measures height, sitting height, weighing, throwing a tennis ball, jumping upright, running agility, running 40 meters, running multi-stages. The data analysis technique was done by using sports search software. The results showed that the sports search data ranking for the percentage of the first rank in the diving sport was 43 students with a percentage of 67.2%, in the second rank Table Tennis was 9 students with a percentage of 14%, in the third rank Athletics high jump was 5. students with a percentage of 7.8%, in rank IV cricket as many as 4 students with a percentage of 4.7%, in rank V Gymnastics as many as 3 people with a percentage of 4.7%. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that 64 students from 5 State SDs in Aikmel District, so from all SD Negeri students in Aikmel District who dominate the sports talents of Public Elementary School students in Aikmel District in 2020, namely the diving sport

    The background of this research is that the implementation of Physical Education, Sports and Health learning at SD Inpres Waiwadan, especially in the Long Jump material, is still far from expectations, this is evidenced by the results of students' long jump learning at this time who still do not meet the KKM. This study aims to describe the process of improving long jump learning outcomes through the jumping rope approach to fourth grade students of SD Inpres Waiwadan, West Adonara Subdistrict, East Flores Regency in 2018/2019. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SD Inpres Waiwadan, West Adonara District, East Flores Regency with a total of 20 people consisting of 11 male students and 9 female students. The instrument used was the long jump performance test. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the increase in long jump results through playing rope jumping in the fourth grade students of SD Inpres Waiwadan, West Adonara District, East Flores Regency in 2018/2019 was marked by an increase in the average score of students' daily tests. The average score of students' daily tests in pre-action activities was 72.65 with a completeness percentage of 65%. This condition experienced an increase in the average score of students' daily tests in the first cycle, which was 79.45 and the percentage of completeness was 85%. However, this increase has not yet reached the target previously set. Then after continuing to cycle II the average score of the students' daily long jump tests again increased by 81.45 with a completeness percentage of 90%. This shows that the targets that have been previously set have been achieved so that the research was stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process using the jumping rope approach is dynamic and fun. Students actively carry out tasks and observe long jump technique movements and discuss mutual discussions with friends. All aspects of the assessment are controlled by students. The long jump ability of students increases marked by all students completing the KKM (Minimum Completion Criteria), namely 75.

    The basic problem of the authors in conducting this research is that the playing tactics of the players are still not optimal or any strategy that relies on the speed of early age players is still feeling overwhelmed, so that an initiative appears to train the player's speed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ladder drill on running speed in soccer athletes aged 15-17 in 2020. The research method used in this study was the experimental method. The sampling technique in this study was to use all SSB leaders aged 15-17 years. The instrument used in this study was a speed test with a distance of 30 meters. The data analysis used to process the test result data in the field was using the t-test formula. And the results of this study are that there is an increase due to ladder drill training on running speed in soccer athletes aged 15-1

    The background of this research is the development of swimming clubs, especially in Indonesia, is also increasing, with the existence of PRSI as a center for swimming sports organizations, so that all provinces must have many clubs with outstanding athletes. In Indonesia, there have been many major championships so that many clubs have participated and shown their athletes to win. So that there is a very tight competition here. In NTB, swimming clubs have started to develop rapidly, with evidence that many championships are being held with many new clubs registering their athletes for each event. We can see this from the number of participants who took part in the existing championships and this development resulted in several NTB athletes who could compete at the national level. One of them, with a record time entered into the top 5 National, namely Nagata Exelian Yuva Harsono from Club Dragon Swimming Club Rebond in the 100 m style in the East Java Open Cup 2019 in Indonesia, the record time has entered in the top 5, namely 1.16.52 seconds . The same thing happened to NTB athletes with backstroke and freestyle specialists, namely Ricky Alexander and Haris Raynor. However, only butterfly style, no athlete has ever entered the top 10 of the National record. And this problem makes researchers want to offer an alternative solution in the form of Total Body Resistance Exercise (TRX) to athletes who are in KU II by providing an Exercise Program for 6 weeks

    Konseling kelompok adalah upaya pemberian bantuan yang bersifat pencegahan dan pengembangan kemampuan pribadi sebagai pemecahan masalah secara kelompok. Konseling kelompok bertujuan untuk membantu masalah interaksi khususnya meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji penerapan konseling kelompok dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal pada siswa kelas XI Akomodasi Perhotelan .Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket sebagai metode pokok dan metode observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 1.059 siswa dengan focus penelitian pada kelas XI jurusan Akomodasi Perhotelan sebanyak tiga kelas sejumlah 76 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data adalah 8 siswa yang memiliki skor kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal rendah.  Untuk menganalisa data menggunakan rumus t-test, berdasarkan analisis data t hitung sebesar 5,401 dengan nilai t tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5 %  dengan db (N-1) = 7  sebesar2,365. Dengan demikian nilait  hitung lebih besar dari pada nilai t pada tabel (5,401> 2,365), sehingga dapat di simpulkan Ada Pengaruh konseling kelompok terhadap kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas XI akomodasi perhotelan di SMKN 4 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 dinyatakan Signifikan.Kata Kunci          : Konseling Kelompok, Kemampuan Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa

    The purpose of this study is to increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This research method using descriptive method. The subjects in this study were 31 students of class VIID SMP Negeri 13 Tegal. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the activeness and learning outcomes of students through the Wide Game learning model in economic activity material. This is evidenced by the data in the first cycle with an average value of 70.97 and those who completed 58.04% increased the average value of 81.23 and those who completed were 87.10% in the second cycle. This increase is also accompanied by changes in behavior, students are more active, and respect others in doing tasks

    This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes of Audio Video System Planning and Installation by applying the Team Games Tournament learning model in class XI TAV 1 SMK Negeri 4 Gowa. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK), using the Kemmis & McTaggart research model which consists of four stages: planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The four stages are carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 33 people in class XI TAV 1. The instrument used was a test of learning outcomes and student observation sheet instruments. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the application of the Team Games Tournament learning model could improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the increasing learning outcomes of students. Of the 33 students the initial test results with an average score of 47.15 with learning completeness as many as 6 students with a percentage of 18.18%, while what is expected is that 85% of all students achieve the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) with a value of ≥75. Then the learning outcomes increased by 30.30% in the learning outcomes of the first cycle test after applying the Team Games Tournament learning model, with an average value of 57.15, namely 16 students with a percentage of 48.48% learning completeness. In the second cycle test results increased 42.43% from cycle I, with an average score of students reaching 78.82, namely the completeness of learning as many as 30 students with a percentage of 90.91%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that of the 33 students, more than 85% have completed their studies in the subject of Planning and Installation of Audio Video Systems with the KKM standard, namely 75

    This study aimed to analyze the influence of the model of learning science society technology to the learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 3 Batukliang. This research uses experimental methods. The sample in this study were 24 students of class VIIIC. This research data collection using tests, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique of this study used the t-test. These results indicate that the value t count bigger than t-table at significance level of 5% with db = 24-1 = 23 (7.768> 2,069), so this research can be concluded that there is influence of science learning model community technology on learning outcomes students in biology class VIII at SMP Negeri 3 Batukliang

    USING MOBILE-BASED FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT IN ESL/EFL SPEAKING

    With the widespread application of smartphones in and outside the classroom, mobile-based teaching and learning is drawing much attention and hence being extensively practised nowadays across the globe. Recently, using smartphones for assessment purposes has been a new phenomenon and the researchers are still examining what processes the use of mobile-based assessment tools may include and what outcomes and challenges they can cause to teachers and students in terms of learning/teaching performance, motivation and attitudes. There have been a good number of research studies on the use of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) or Mobile Learning (ML) in EFL or ESL classroom but not much literature is known about the mobile-based language assessment, especially mobile-based formative assessment (MBFA). Hence, this study attempts to shed light on MBFA and review the recent literature available on it and its effective utilization in developing ESL/EFL speaking skill. This paper uses a qualitative research method that exclusively uses the relevant secondary references/works available on the topic. The literature revealed that MBFA practices in ESL/EFL speaking classes are effective to a certain extent and some tools and procedures seem to be more effective than others depending on the design principles and strategies used by teachers or app developers

    Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Kuliner Etnis Sulawesi Selatan bagi Mahasiswa Program Studi Vokasi Perhotelan

    The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility of learning media of Indonesian Gastronomy and Culinary Studies and to describe the responses of media and material experts on learning media developed. This research method used research and development with a 4-D model including define, design, develop and disseminate. Data collection techniques used observation, interview and questionnaire involving media experts, material experts and hospitality study program students. The data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative analysis which described the quality of the media and material based on the questionnaire assessment of the expert team. The results of the study showed that the media expert produced an average value of 4.31 with an average validation result of the material expert of 4.73 and an average value for the results of the feasibility test questionnaire of 4.06. These results indicated that the value of the validation test from media and material experts stated that it was feasible and there was no need for a temporary revision of the feasibility test conducted on students in the Indonesian Gastronomy and Culinary class, showing a significant increase in terms of understanding the learning. These results were obtained after carrying out the second test. It can be concluded that the use of more varied learning media such as videos can improve learning outcomes
