Evaluation of Madrasah Based Management Programs in Private Aliyah Madrasah in Central Lombok Regency
The objectives of this research are to understand, explain and improve Madrasah based Management Program (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic High School Jonggat sub-district. Instruments used were observation and deep interview technique. The results were that some weaknesses of programs in the effort of increasing teacher’s human resources that were not mastering learning model media (coul not operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need and low cost. Recommendations; it is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later
Pengaruh Media Pembelajaran E-Modul Berbasis Sigil Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Desain Grafis
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of sigil-based e-module learning media on student learning motivation in graphic design subjects in class X Multimedia at SMKN 1 Lingsar. The research method used was experimental. This study used a population of 36 students. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with the chi square formula. The results of the analysis obtained the value = 12.462 while the chi square value in the table with db = 4 with a significance level of 5% = 9.488 so that the value of the chi square analysis is greater than the value of the chi square table (12.462> 9.488). So it can be concluded that there is an effect of sigil-based e-module learning media on student learning motivation in graphic design subjects in class X Multimedia at SMKN 1 Lingsar
ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM BERBASIS KOMPETENSI DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Implementasi kurikulum 2013 berbasis kompetensi telah dikembangkan di sekolah dasar negeri 1 semparu, kecamatan kopang, tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Di kelas 1,2,4 dan 5 menggunakan kurikulum 2013 Sedangkan di kelas 3 dan 6 belum menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Atas dasar tersebut penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menemukan implementasi kurikulum berbasis kompetensi dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar negeri 1 semparu. Kecamatan kopang, kabupaten Lombok tengah. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan tiga tahap pengumpulan data yaitu, (1) pralapangan, (2) kegiatan lapangan, (3) analisis intensif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data dianalisis dengan menggunakan (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data dan (3) verifikasi data. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh adalah (1) Persentasi pengimplementasian kurikulum 2013 dari kelas 1-6 yaitu ada yang belum mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 sebesar 24 % dan yang sudah mengimplementasikan kurikulum 2013 sebesar 76 %. (2) Implementasi berbasis kompetensi pendekatan Pembelajaran kontekstual (Contextual Teaching and learning, Bermain peran (rolle playing), Belajar Tuntas (Mastery learning), Pembelajaran partisipatif ada sebagian guru yang belum menggunakan pendekatan tersebut. Dikarenakan pada Sekolah dasar negeri 1 semparu masih ada guru yang menggunakan metode lama yaitu hanya mentransfer pengetahuan tanpa menggunakan metode dan media dalam proses pembelajarannya.Kata Kunci: implimentasi, kompetensi., kurikulum 2013, Sekolah Dasar
MANAJEMEN PERKANTORAN MODERN
Seiring perubahan zaman yang mengglobal pada abad ke 21, kehidupan perkantoran pun ikut berubah. Perubahan itu terjadi hampir pada semua unsur perkantoran mulai dari bentuk organisasi, pola komunikasi, mekanisme kerja, manajemen data dan informasi, pengawasan, dan pengembangan kerja, perlengkapan dan fasilitas kantor, hingga tata ruang perkantoran. Dalam pengelolaan perkantoran dewasa ini, perubahan-perubahan tersebut tentu tidak dapat diabaikan. Manajemen perkantoran modern berkenaan dengan penyelenggaraan semua kegiatan yang bertalian dengan pelaksanaan pekerjaan kantor yang modern dan serba otomatis. Otomatisasi perkantoran tidak bisa dipisahkan dari teknologi perkantoran sebab otomatisasi merupakan bentuk pengembangan teknologi.Kata kunci: manajemen, perkantoran modern
Pengaruh Fraud Diamond Terhadap Perilaku Fraud Academic dengan Student Behavior Sebagai Variabel Moderating
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Diamond Fraud on academic fraud with student behavior as a moderating variable. The research method used was a quantitative research method by using questionnaire as data collection technique. The population of this study was all active students at Polytechnic LP3I Medan as many as 559 students. The sampling technique used saturated samples, which obtained a sample of 418 students. The gathered data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, multiple regression and moderating regression analysis. The result of this study showed that Diamond Fraud simultaneously affected academic fraud. However, partially the component of diamond fraud such as pressure, opportunity and rationalization had a significant effect on academic fraud, while the capability had no effect on fraud academic. Furthermore, the result of the moderating test were known that student behavior becomes a moderating variable between the influence of diamond fraud on academic fraud
The Effect of Talking Chips Towards Students’ Self-Assurance in Speaking Skill
This research is aimed to find out whether Talking Chips has positive effect or not toward students’ self-assurance in speaking of the second grade students at SMAN 4 Mataram. The research was experimental research and the design used was Pre Experimental with one group without control group and used one group pre-test post-test design only. The population of the study was the second grade students of SMAN 4 Mataram which consisted of one class (19 students). One class was chosen by using accidental sampling technique and the result was XI IPS 1. In collecting the data pre-test and post-test were done. And then, the data analyzed by using SPSS. The result of data analysis showed that t-test was 3.457 and t-table was 2.109, it means that t-test was higher than t-table as the level of significance level 0,05. It can be concluded that teaching self-assurance in speaking skill at SMAN 4 Mataram using talking chips produce much greater change in the students’ self-assurance in speaking. On the other words, talking chips technique is effective in teaching self-assurance in speaking at SMAN 4 Mataram
Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa dengan Menggunakan Metode Kerja Kelompok pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SMP Negeri I Totikum Sulawesi Tengah
This study aims to increase student learning motivation by using group work methods in Christian religious education subjects. This research method uses classroom action research. Subjects in this study were 18 grade students of SMP Negeri I Totikum. The research instrument used tests and observations. While the data analysis technique used qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the learning process using work methods can increase student motivation so that it has a positive impact on the final grades obtained by students. Based on the results of observations in cycle I and cycle II through observing student activity in the learning process and student learning outcomes, it was obtained data that all students liked the way of learning and were motivated to learn using the group work method on the grounds that the learning process was fun and did not make it saturated
Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Melalui Pembelajaran Portofolio pada Mata Pelajaran PKN di SD Negeri 2 Uekuli Sulawesi Tengah
This study aims to improve student learning outcomes through portfolio learning in Class II PKN subjects SDN 2 Uekuli. The research method used was classroom action research with 15 students of class II SDN 2 Uekuli as the research subjects. The research instrument used observation sheets, questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in student activity and teacher performance in the learning process. The increase in the learning process has a positive effect on student learning outcomes, student outcomes have increased each cycle. Cycle I shows that classically students who have completed learning reached 25.58%, cycle II increased to 81.39%, then increased again in cycle III to 97.67%. The average learning outcomes also increased, in the first cycle was 53.05; cycle II increased to 73.49; and increased again in cycle III to 86.51. This shows an increase in students' understanding of learning material on children's rights at home and at school
UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS SISWA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN ACTIVE LEARNING
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of the English language by applying the active learning model at SMPN 14 Mataram. The research method used is classroom action research with research subjects, namely students of class IX-E totaling 25 students. Data collection tools used were observation and assessment sheets. Analysis of research data using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the lecture or conventional method is less effective in increasing student achievement in understanding the material of the report text on English subjects. By applying this method students appear to be more active in learning and enthusiastic in learning increases, the classroom atmosphere becomes lively and there is The increase in learning outcomes is quite good. From the results of each cycle obtained in the first cycle the class average value obtained by students was 64.87, in the second cycle it was 78.12
PERANAN PIMPINAN PERGURUAN TINGGI DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU DOSEN
The implementation of higher education cannot be separated from national education as a continuing higher education from the previous education level. The 2012 Higher Education Law stipulates in article 1 point 18 that: Higher Education Standards are standard units which include national education standards, plus research standards and community service standards. Therefore, it is determined that lecturers are professional educators and scientists which has the main task of transforming, developing, distributing knowledge and technology including: education, research, and community service, which is known as the Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi. As a professional worker, lecturers should always be able to develop themselves, improve quality, both themselves and leaders. One of the integrated characteristics of higher education leadership is an educator. Lecturers who act as leaders must always maintain efforts to empower members of the organization such as lecturers who are an investment in higher education. The higher the lecturer's achievement, the higher the level of quality of higher education
