POST-DISASTER CITY RECONSTRUCTION EFFORTS AND FISHING VILLAGES TRANSFORMATION: OVER TSUNAMI DISASTER HERITAGES
The objective of this study is to clarify significance and the value of the disaster remains for suffering residents from social structure. I adopt Yoshikawa’s notion (2007) of post-disaster phases which is based on the analysis by Barton (1969); emergency phase →temporary phase →recovery and reconstruction phase →prevention phase. The study was conducted at AK district in Otsuchi Town, Iwate Prefecture. The data collection methods used were ethnography primarily participation observation and interviews. Participation observation was performed at the district meetings, board member meetings of various resident organizations, and community events held in the district. Interview sessions were conducted to obtain detailed responses from interviewees. The target were 50 people from the community including residents and residents directly affected by tsunami. The interview sessions were held from January 2014 to December 2017. In addition, I collected and referenced materials provided by the town council, documents on regional history, and fishery-related materials. After the disaster of 3.11, opposing opinions regarding tsunami remains became evident between community-based organizations, one of which is the management body of the community historically and the other is a newly emerged group after the disaster through a new leadership. Of these, community-based organization which is a newly emerged group insisted requiem. However, the women’s association was made the purpose which uses the disaster remains as tourist attractions and produced the employment, not requiem. Through this opposition, the unique structure of the fishing village in AK district was revealed

EFFECTS OF FOREIGN LOANS, INTEREST RATE, AND EXPORT FOR THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES IN INDONESIA 2002-2016
The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of foreign loans, interest rate, and export for the foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia during 2002-2016. This research used secondary data which tends the time-series published by Bank Indonesia, The Ministry of Trade Republic of Indonesia, Central Agency on Statistics Indonesia in the year of 2002-2016. The result of the regression by using ordinary least squares (OLS) method showed that the foreign loans and export take effect positively to the foreign exchange reserves. It indicates that the increase of foreign loans and export could affect the foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia during 2002-2016. Otherwise, the interest rate could not affect the foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia during 2002-2016
Peranan Jajanan Sekolah dan Orang Tua terhadap Karies Gigi Siswa SD di Banda Aceh
Elementary school students (elementary school) is a group prone to dental caries occurrence. Some of the main causes are the kind of food consumed and the role of parents towards the child's behavior in maintaining oral health. As for the purpose of doing research is to know the types of food consumed and the role of parents against oral health students. This study uses cross-sectional on the latitude of the month of February 2016 with the subject of research on the students of the country 48 Deah Glumpang, Banda Aceh. The results showed more than half of the students (60%) have problems with dental caries. These types of food consumed by students are mostly amateurish (68.6%). So it is with the role of parents against her son's mouth and dental health is most unfavorable (65.7%). Statistically, the incidence of dental caries in students have relationships with different types of food (p = 0.001) and the role of parents (p = 0.005). Therefore, the type of food and the role of parents of students still need to be advised to maintain oral health students
Aktivitas Fisik Masyarakat Urban di Jakarta Selatan
Lack of physical activity is one of the risk factors that cause death in the world. The risk of heart disease, diabetes mellitus and hypertension can be reduced by performing regular physical activity. In addition, the positive impact is on energy balance and weight control. The aim of this study was to obtain the overview of physical activity of the population within urban areas and its relation to their age. This study used a cross-sectional design and data collection was conducted in May - June 2018, located in urban and densely populated areas in Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta Administrative City, Jakarta Province with a sample of 123 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling and data collection employed questionnaire interviews. This study found that the average age of respondents in this study indicated 41.8 years old and the most common physical activity carried out was walking (67%). Only jogging activity has a significant relationship with age (p-value = 0.003) and gymnastics exercise time (p-value = 0.036). An effort needs to be made to improve sports facilities and infrastructure in accordance to age groups, and to promote and educate regarding physical activities in order to increase community knowledge and participation
Enhance content of leaf chlorophylls and the primary root diameter of shallot (Allium cepa L.) with seed coating by rot fungi
Shallot production is affected by the cultivation techniques, one of them is seed coating. The technique is a practice by covering seeds by using particular substances such as growth regulators, micronutrients, fungicides, or antioxidants that increase seed vigor in the field.  Micro nutrients and growth regulators can be collected from rot fungi. This study aimed to determine the leaf chlorophyll content and root diameter of shallot plants with seed coating used 4 superior rot fungi isolates that applied using single and combination isolates. The research was arranged in an experiment using a Randomized Block Design consisting of 11 treatments repeated 3 times so that there were 99 experimental units. Leaf chlorophyll content was measured by SPAD-502 plus chlorophyll meter, while the length and width of the leaf was measured by Leaf Area Meter. The results showed that seed coating with combination of Tramella sp + Pleurotus sp isolates gave the best response to the leaf chlorophyll content and the primary root diameter of the shallot. The highest content of leaf chlorophyll was 0.029 nm with a primary root diameter of 1.33 nm. Seed coating with a combination of rot fungi isolates is likely one of the techniques to increasing plant growth and chlorophylls content
Farming in Fishing Communities in Japan: Case Study in the Sanriku Region
Farming in fishing communities has been little investigated in Japan up to now. Agriculture and fisheries are sectionalized and treated as different industries, and the farming situations in fishing households have not been studied statistically since 2003. This paper investigates farming in fishing communities (fishing-cum-farming households). Two methods used in the study. They are census analysis and survey analysis by picking up Sanriku Region, Japan. The results show that, fishing-cum- farming households were more than 80% of farming households in 1968. By 2003, the percentages had decreased to 15% and below. For fishing-cum-farming households, whether one owns paddy fields or not is significant because rice has been the dominant staple food in Japan. It was fortunate for fishermen to live in communities where paddies could be cultivated, but paddy fields were owned by a limited number of households. The total area of paddy fields increased as the northern limit of paddy production was extended
Molecular Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Local Rice and Growth Test on Several Types of Culture Media
Local rice is rice that has been cultivated for generations by the community and commonly cultivated without using chemical inputs. Endophytic fungi are fungi that live in the plant tissue and does not cause disease symptoms in the host plants. This study aimed to molecular identifying isolates of MDTA and MDTB endophytic fungi which have been isolated from the local Pulu Mandoti rice plant tissue and growth test on the four types of culture media those were synthetic PDA, natural PDA, MPA, and MEA. The fungi DNA isolation using DNesay Kit. DNA sequencing analysis using the mega BLAST program showed that the MDTB fungus has similarities to Podoscypha bolleana strain 32034 no accession JQ675334 and Podoscypha bolleana strain 32032 no accession JQ675332, whereas the MDTA fungus has similarities to Coprinopsis cinerea A2S3-5 isolate and Coprinopsis cinerea strain CNRMA / F 07-32. The best culture media and sporulation of endophytic fungi is MPA media. This research is the first study to molecular identifying with endophytic fungi from local rice and viability test on the four types of culture media. The results of this study contribute to the diversity of local rice endophytic fungi in Sulawesi
The Role of Indonesian Constitutional Court in Resolving Disputes among the State Organs
The paper attempts to assess the role of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia in the process of consolidating democracy in the country. Examinations are made on the court’s decisions regarding dispute concerning jurisdiction among state organs. This paper argues that the Constitutional Court has not made a significant impact on the promotion of democracy. It is believed that the failure of the Court to consolidate democracy through its decisions regarding dispute concerning jurisdiction among state organs could be attributed to two main reasons. The first is due to the unclear concept of subjectum litis of the petitioners to have legal standing in the Constitutional Court, and the second is the lack of understanding of the subject matter jurisdiction of the Court. Due to uncertainties only, small numbers cases registered and heard by the Constitutional Court. Furthermore, most of the cases registered in the Court either been rejected or not been accepted by the judges. Despite the misgivings, the Court is still relevant and have certain contributions towards democracy. It has to a certain extent that enhances the working of checks and balances mechanisms among state organs. It is believed that the court could be more reliable and enhance its function in promoting democracy in the country by defining clearly classification of the subjectum litis as well as the objectum litis of the dispute that it may hear
