Persepsi Ibu Terhadap Iklan Vaksin Measles Rubella (MR)
Measles and Rubella (MR) is a disease that is highly contagious and usually occurs in children aged 9 months until the age of 15 years. One effort that can be done to reduce the incidence of the disease is through health promotion about the importance of immunization. Purpose the promotion was packaged in the form of advertisements on electronic media with the aim of building perceptions that the importance of immunization for public health. Methods this research was a qualitative study with a method of collecting in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. The number of informants in this study was 19 mothers who had children aged 0.9 to 15 years in one of the Puskesmas work areas in Merangin District, Jambi Province. Before the data collection process, all informants were asked to see two MR immunization advertisements. Results that immunization advertisements are interesting and contain humor. Meanwhile, informants who did not give MR immunization to their children tended to be negative towards MR immunization advertisements and tended to ignore the effects that arose if they did not give immunizations to their children. The recommendation that MR immunization advertisements should avoid using the fear arousal method and use the pay off idea method in those ad
Pengaruh Latihan Fisik Terhadap Risiko Kardiometabolik (Trigliserida) pada Wanita Usia Reproduktif
Cardiometabolic or metabolic syndromes are a group of risk factors that are directly related to the occurrence of heart disease, including diabetes and elevated levels of plasma glucose, obesity, cholesterol, triglycerides, and high blood pressure. The research aimed to investigate the effect of the physical exercise on the cardiometabolic risk factor (triglyceride) of reproductive-aged women in the coastal area. The research used the quasi-experimental method with one-group pre-test and post-test design. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling technique. The blood was taken on 117 reproductive age women (61 coastal area samples and 56 non-coastal area samples) before and after the physical exercise to check the blood triglyceride level using the spectrophotometer. The comparison of the triglyceride level between the samples dwelling in the coastal area and the noncoastal area was only carried out before the physical exercise.  The type of physical exercise was the aerobics gymnastic which was conducted 3 times a week for 8 weeks with a duration of 60 minutes. The research results indicate that there is no significant difference in the triglyceride level based on the respondents domicile with the value of p = 0.154 that mean is the significant correlation between the triglyceride level category before and after the physical exercise (the normal category from 94 subjects to become 114 subjects, high limit category from 16 subjects to become 3 subjects, high category from 6 subjects to become none, and very high category from 1 subject to become none with the value of p = 0.001). There is a significant decrease on the triglyceride level after the physical exercise (122.83 mg/dL ± 75.99 to become 106.19 mg/dL ± 29.86, p=0.003). Therefore, physical exercise can decrease the triglyceride level, whereas the coastal and noncoastal domiciles do not have an effect on the triglyceride level

The Right of Privacy and Freedom of the Press: The Concept of Legal Justice in Indonesia
This study aims to describe the problems faced by the party who feels aggrieved or impaired by his personal rights due to media coverage. The dilemma arises because based on the legal system of the press, the media are given protection from lawsuits. This is to guarantee the position of freedom of the press in a democratic system. However, the impact that has been caused due to defamation cannot be resolved simply by using the right of reply. This study aims to explore how legal mechanisms provide justice for victims due to media behavior in line with the principle of press freedom in Indonesia. The results show that the Indonesian Press Law does not have a clear system of legal liability. The rule of conduct in the Press Law is absolutely not regulated. Thus, the right of reply that is contained in the media consciousness or "order" of the Press Council is not a binding and final decision because the Press Council's body only gives an opinion. Violation of the ethics of the press should not only have a moral sanction but also a legal sanction with all its consequences
Reconciliation of Humanitarian Law and Human Rights Law in Armed Conflict
A common insight on human rights law as an instrument that aimed to protect the human dignity and values are often regarded to be separate from international humanitarian law. In relation to the norms, the difference between the two concepts related to the current conflict arise many debates. This paper reviews the common thread of the two international legal instruments. The connection between the two can be elaborated by explaining the concept; similarities and dissimilarities; and linking the basis for the establishment of legal instruments between human rights law and international humanitarian law. The results of research indicated that between international humanitarian law and human rights law have relevant rules applied in conflict situations. International humanitarian law as an instrument of international law is specifically applied in situations of armed conflict, whereas human rights law as a general instrument can be applied both in peace or conflict conditions. In a condition of armed conflict, international humanitarian law as a lex specialist is not widely interpreted to set aside human rights law. Human rights law is applied if facts or incidents exist in armed conflict that is contrary to human values
Lessons Learned from the British Exit from the European Union for Indonesia and the ASEAN Economic Community
A soft Brexit scenario will include an implementation period from the day the UK formally leaves the EU to 31 December 2020. During the implementation period, the UK will continue to be functionally treated as an EU member state and remain a party to EU international agreement. Associated with the ASEAN single market, should be considered the readiness of Indonesian regulations and legislations that in sectorial concerns at least three aforementioned legal instruments to be harmonized with the laws of the ASEAN countries. Important findings were shown by the research from the perspectives of business law, especially, capital investment law, intellectual property and international trade law that Brexit has significant impact for  EU itself, Indonesia and also AEC
Problematic Policy: Environmental Impacts of Traditional Mining in Papua
Mining without permits has changed land cover in the mining area. The activities of people mining without permits have violated the principle of sustainable development, where the economic aspects take precedence over ecological and social aspects. The research is a normative-legal research using a statute, case and conceptual approaches. The research conducted in Nabire Regency, Papua, Indonesia. The results show that The activities of gold mining in Nabire regency which have been going on for decades have not been well-organized. The implementation of people mining has caused environmental damage, especially in the mining area. The environmental damage due to the weak role of Nabire government in terms of structuring efforts that began with the permitting process for the miners. The local government has the authority to establish regional regulations concerning people mining, so through this authority the management of people mining must be managed through permitting instruments. The authority of the permit only serves the local community as a participant after determining the rights and obligations of miners so that the implementation of people mining can be controlled by the local government by following the principles of sustainable development
Treatment of Cr6+ using phytoremediation method in Rante Pond of PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk.
PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk is one of the companies that’s included in nickel’s mining industry in Sorowako village, Nuha District, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The mining method used is an open pit method which in its application is inseparable from water problems. One of its problems is the wastewater of mining activity acquired was not in accordance with the standard of wastewater in the Indonesian regulation number 32 of 2009 regarding environmental protect and management. The amount of Chromium Hexavalent is not less than 0.1 ppm. It will cause the toxic in the body and damage the environment. In Rante pond’s research area, the initial concentration of Cr6+ is so high, that is 0.88 ppm. So, the treatment is needed to reduce the concentration of Cr6+. In this study, researcher used phytoremediation method to reduce pollutants of water that utilize plants to transfer, stabilize, or degrade the existing pollutants of water. The plant media used was water-hyacinth. So that, the phytoremediation method had been able to reduce the concentration of Cr6+ for 7 days from the initial concentration is 0.88 ppm to 0.28 ppm
OVERPRESSURE PETROLEUM SYSTEM ANALYSIS
The understanding of pore pressure prediction is really useful to defined drilling strategy for efficiency timing and cost. Drilling phase, mud weight program, drilling bit are simply example will be helpful by this application method. However more data were taken already from existing well drilled, sometime this method is missed to reduce hazard from well due to reservoir pressure unpredictable.Optimized this method will be great full to apply in Mahakam Delta with highly uncertainty of reservoir existing. By calculate Normal Compaction trend, Overburden Gradient which are generate from existing well logging data around this area research, such as log gamma ray, resistivity, density and rare of sonic also drilling parameter are commonly used. Those are will be related with this method’s application. Pore prediction value can be justified from direct measurement from reservoir which is come from MDT and production well. Both are included post mortem data and will figure out characteristic of reservoir. More phenomena can be founded while drilling at Mahakam Delta, one of the most phenomena is high pressure zone that can be found at particular area. Now days before drilled a well on drilling program must be there is a pressure profile, it used to be a guiding on drilling strategy. Thesis was made to analysis pressure distribution in northern area of research area compared with drilling event. By known direction of each of well nearby candidate well to drilled, geologist can be make analysis for geological prognosis well. Filtered surrounding well will be done after a geological analysis was made.Keyword: pore pressure, normal compaction trend, overburden gradient, overpressur
