In the management of zakat which is described by Islam, it can be read in the management built by Rasulullah SAW, the Apostle has delegated the task by appointing amil zakat. The appointment of amil provides an understanding that zakat is not managed by individuals, but is managed professionally and organized. EVALUASI STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK BAGI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA SELAMA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19 DI STADION BANGKALAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran produk bagi pedagang kaki lima selama masa pandemi cvid 19 di stadion Bangkalan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data yang gunakan ialah data primer dan sekunder, Selanjutnya analisis data yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pedagang Kaki Lima yang ada di Stadion Kota Bangkalan menggunakan konsep strategi Bauran Pemasaran untuk menarik minat beli konsumen diantaranya penerapan strategi Produk, Harga, Tempat, dan Promosi, dengan penerapan starategi tersebut mereka mampu menarik sabagian besar masyarakat yang ada di wilayah Kota Bangkalan atau pun masyarakat yang ada di luar Kota Bangkalan agar mereka datang berbelanja di Stadion Kota Bangkalan. Minat Beli atau kemauan konsumen untuk berbelanja di Pedagang Kaki Lima yang ada di stadion kota Bangkalan dipengaruhi beberapa alasan seperti, konsumen lebih memperhatikan kualitas produk yang dijual, harga yang tawarkan, suatu tempat yang strategis dan nyaman, serta pelayanan yang di berikan oleh Pedagang Kaki Lima Itulah mengapa konsumen tidak akan bosan untuk datang berbelanja di Stadion Kota Bangkalan
PENGEMBANGAN E-LKPD VIRTUAL LABORATORIUM MENGGUNAKA PJBL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS
Pada masa ini, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memiliki kontribusi cukup baik dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam pembelajaran fisika, penggunaan virtual laboratorium merupakan solusi bagi sekolah yang belum bisa melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum secara langsung. Penggunaan virtual laboratorium harus disertai dengan panduan guna memudahkan siswa dalam pelaksanaannya, oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan e-LKPD virtual laboratorium dengan dilengkapi PjBL (project based learning) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada materi hukum faraday. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode research and development (R D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluate). subjek penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 30 siswa kelas XII IPA yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data terdiri dari lembar validasi ahli, angket respon siswa, serta tes kemampuan berpikir kritis (pretest dan posttest). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah skala likert dan analisis n-gain. Penilaian kelayakan e-LKPD oleh ahli mendapatkan persentase rata-rata sebesar 85,41% dengan kategori sangat valid, hasil tes siswa mendapatkan nilai n-gain sebesar 0,38 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang, dan hasil respon siswa mendapatkan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 91,35% pada kategori sangat baik. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa e-LKPD layak untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran fisika
STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PETUGAS BADAN PENYELENGGARA JAMINAN SOSIAL (BPJS) KESEHATAN CABANG PADANG MENUJU PELAYANAN PRIMA
One of the basic human needs that is guaranteed by the government of a country is health insurance. In Indonesia, the state business entity designated to provide health services for all Indonesians is the Health Social Security Administration (BPJS) which has spread throughout the regions. In providing services to participants, a communication strategy is needed that is in accordance with the needs of the participants. This study will provide a description of the communication strategies used by BPJS Kesehatan Padang Branch in providing public services to JKN-KIS participants. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection using interview methods and documentation sources. The results of this study show that the services provided are in accordance with Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services which is then developed through trainings provided to service officers (frontliners) who directly face JKN-KIS participants so that the expected services are in accordance with participant needs. Dakwah Digital Nahdlatul Ulama Dalam Memahami Nilai-Nilai Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah
This study aims to analyze the Nahdlatul Ulama digital da'wah in understanding the aswaja An-Nahdliyyah values and find out whether or not the digital da'wah of Nahdlatul Ulama can provide understanding to the public related to Ahlussunah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah by posting the related contents through the Nahdlatul Ulama social media accounts. This research used a descriptive-qualitative method with the mass communication theory. The data in this study were obtained from the Nahdlatul Ulama official accounts and literatures appropriate with the research context. The results showed that the Nahdlatul Ulama digital da'wah in understanding aswaja An-Nahdliyyah with the formation of Nahdlatul Ulama cyber team and management of Nahdlatul Ulama social media accounts was emphasized in accordance with the Aswaja An-Nahdliyah concept based on Khittoh Nahdlatul Ulama as stated in the existing da'wah typology. Thus, it can be concluded that the Nahdlatul Ulama Digital da'wah is indeed used to provide understanding to public to behave in accordance with the Aswaja An-Nahdliyyah values.Keywords: Da’wah, Digital, Aswaj
HEGEMONI PLURALITAS HUKUM TERHADAP UU NO. 01 TAHUN 1974 (Studi Supremasi dan Legalitas Hukum Perkawinan di Indonesia)
Legal plurality is an indisputable part of the concept of Indonesian statehood, including the construction of marriage law. The pluralism of marriage law in Law No. 01 of 1974 is proof that the marriage law adhered to in the Indonesian legal system still refers to the pluralism and diversity system. This research will examine the plurality of marriage law from the legality aspect which has implications for its legal status, between imperative and facultative. This study uses a statute approach with an emphasis on the concept of law and legal legislation. This research concludes that the plurality of kwainan law in Law Number 01 of 1974 is a necessity in a multicultural country, because the existence of this law aims to accommodate and integrate existing laws on this Bhineka earth
PELAKSANAAN BADAL HAJI SEBAGAI PROFIT DITINJAU DARI HUKUM ISLAM (The Implementation of The Badal Hajj As Profit In Terms Of Islamic Law)
Badal haji merupakan ibadah haji yang dilakukan seorang muslim untuk menggantikan pelaksanaan ibadah haji orang lain. Badal haji identik dengan upah karena ibadah haji yang digantikan itu memerlukan biaya sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan oleh orang yang digantikan (badil). Ketika badil tidak menetapkan berapa biayanya, maka membuka peluang bagi yang menggantikan (mubdil) untuk menetapkan biaya pelaksanaan badal haji tersebut. Sebagian upah ini merupakan suatu profit dari pelaksananaan badal haji. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan badal haji sebagai profit ditinjau dari hukum Islam. Penulis menggunakan metode lapangan (field research) dengan mewawancara informan yang pernah melakukan badal haji, yakni mahasiswa Indonesia yang tengah melakukan studi di Mesir dan Arab Saudi, dan muqimin Indonesia yang tinggal di Arab Saudi.Menurut Ulama Hanafi, tidak membolehkan pembayaran upah untuk haji, adzan, mengajar al-Qur’an dan fiqih, serta ibadah-ibadah sejenisnya, sebab ibadah-ibadah tersebut dikhususkan bagi pelakunya. Sementara itu jumhur fuqaha dan kalangan mutha’akhirin (generasi baru) madzhab Hanafi membolehkan pemberian upah atas haji dan ibadah-ibadah lain. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan badal haji yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Al-Azhar Mesir dan Universitas Islam Madinah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam. Sedangkan badal haji yang dilakukan oleh muqimin di Mekah ada yang sesuai dengan hukum haji ada juga yang tidak, hal ini dikarenakan banyaknya pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dilakukan selama melakukan badal haji tersebut, karena tujuan utamanya hanya untuk mencari keuntungan/profit/komersial bukan mengutamakan kemabruran dari pelaksanaan badal haji tersebut. Secara hukum Islam, komersialisasi yang dilakukan itu dibolehkan selama tidak bertentangan dengan syarat dan rukun haji yang berlaku. Namun, komersialisasi yang bersifat ekspoitasi tentu dilarang menurut hukum Islam.Badal hajj is the hajj that a muslim asked to replace the implementation of another person's hajj. Badal hajj is synonymous with wages because of the hajj, which replaced that require a fee in accordance with that specified by the person who replaced (badil).When badil does not determine how much it costs, then open up opportunities for those who replace (mubdil) to set cost of the implementation of the badal hajj. Some of the wages is kind of profit of badal hajj implementation. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the hajj as a profit terms of Islamic law. The authors used the field (field research) method by interviewing informants who have done badal hajj, namely Indonesian students who are currently studying in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and Indonesian muqimin who live in Saudi Arabia. According to the Hanafi Scholars, it does not allow the payment of wages for the hajj, the call to prayer, teaching the Qur'an and fiqh, as well as other types of worship, because these services are reserved for the performer. Meanwhile, the majority of the fuqaha and among mutha'akhirin (new generation) Hanafi madhhab allows the granting of wages on the other’s hajj and worship.The results of this study show that the implementation of the hajj performed by the students of Al-Azhar University of Egypt and the Islamic University of Madinah in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. While the hajj by the muqimin in Mecca there is that in accordance with the laws of hajj there are not, this is because the number of violations committed during the hajj, because its main purpose is only to seek profit/profit/commercial not prioritize of “mabrur” of hajj implementation. In Islamic law, commercialization, which made it permissible for is not in conflict with the terms and pillars of hajj applicable. However, the commercialization of the nature of the exploitation that is forbidden according to Islamic law.
Kepercayaan Diri dan Penyesuaian Sosial dengan Employability pada Siswa SMK
Abstract. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and social adjustment with employability in vocational students. The research population was 184 class XI students, with a sample of 109 students using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data through the self-confidence scale proposed by Lauster (2012), the social adjustment scale proposed by Hurlock (1978), and the employability scale proposed by Super (2006). Data analysis used multiple regression and correlation techniques. The results of the research on the regression test obtained Fcount 121.74 with a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that there is a very significant positive relationship between self-confidence and social adjustment and student employability. Keywords: Employability, Confidence, Social Adjustment Abstrak. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan diri dan penyesuaian sosial dengan employability pada siswa SMK. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI sebanyak 184 siswa, dengan sampel 109 siswa mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui skala kepercayaan diri yang dikemukakan lauster (2012), skala penyesuaian sosial yang dikemukakan Hurlock (1978), dan skala employability yang dikemukakan oleh Super (2006). Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi ganda dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian pada uji regresi diperoleh Fhitung 121,74 dengan signifikansi 0,000, dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dan penyesuian sosial dengan employability siswa.Kata Kunci : Employability, Kepercayaan Diri, Penyesuaian Sosia
