ANALISIS KEDISIPLINAN KARYAWAN PADA PT. XYZ GRESIK
Get PDFTujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan karyawan pada PT. XYZ Gresik. Selama 2021 PT. XYZ Gresik tercatat ada 962 pelanggaran indisipliner karyawan dan 421 izin keluar yang melebihi batas waktu yang ditentukan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara semiterstruktur kepada 6 Informan untuk mendapatkan suatu data, kemudian menggunakan analisis data model Miles & Huberman dan menggunakan member checksebagai data keabsahan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dampak indisipliner karyawan dapat merugikan karyawan sendiri, karyawan lainnya, dan perusahaan. Upayakan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawannya dengan menerapkan jenis-jenis pelanggaran (teguran lisan, teguran tertulis, sampai pemutusan hubungan kerja), memperbarui peraturan, dan tindakan dari pimpinan. Penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai literatur tambahan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan hanya sebagian karyawan pada PT. XYZ Gresik yang dijadikan informan
Analisis Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Perdagangan, Jasa Dan Investasi Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2020
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, cash turnover and sales growth on profitability in trading, service and investment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study are trading, service and investment companies listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 20 trading, service and investment companies that match the predetermined criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the partial calculation of the hypothesis of the capital structure variable has a significant negative effect and sales growth has a significant positive effect on profitability in trading, service and investment companies. The variables of liquidity and cash turnover have no effect on profitability in trading, service and investment companies. The results of the study simultaneously variable capital structure, liquidity, cash turnover and sales growth have a significant effect on profitability. The results of this study also obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) with a value of 0.245 which means that 24.5% of disclosure is explained by the variables between capital structure, liquidity, cash turnover and sales growth, while the remaining 75.5% is explained by other variables outside the model. This article describes the scaffolding strategy and the stages in the learning process. PEMETAAN GAYA BELAJAR DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BERDIFERENSIASI PESERTA DIDIK KELAS IVB SD NEGERI SAWAH BESAR 01 SEMARANG
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to describe and map the learning styles of students in class IVB SDN Sawah Besar 01 Semarang. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The credibility checking technique uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis through data reduction, data display, and verification processes. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The results of the study of student learning styles, the researcher at the time of the research distributed the student learning style questionnaire with a total of 28 students and the number of questions in the questionnaire 30 items. The results of this study indicate that based on filling out the student learning style questionnaire it can be concluded that the learning styles of class students IVB SD Negeri Sawah Besar 01 Semarang has 53% which means 15 students have a visual learning style, then 36% means 10 students have an auditory learning style and 11% which means 3 students have a kinesthetic learning style. Various learning styles in one class can be used as a guide by the teacher in implementing differentiated learning
EFEKTIVITAS KEBERADAAN KAMPUNG CYBER TERHADAP SIKAP NASIONALISME, PATRIOTISME, DAN BELA NEGARA MASYARAKAT
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of Cyber Village for nationalism, patriotism, and for defending the community. The method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis used the SPSS 20 program used univariate analysis and simple linear analysis formulas. The research sample is the people of Cyber Village, Yogyakarta. The results of a simple linear analysis study conducted in the SPSS 20 program, from the results of the effectiveness test of Cyber Village on nationalism, a significance value of 0.398 was obtained, namely p> 0.05 and the t value was -0.856, which is smaller than the t table value of 1.670. Furthermore, for patriotism, a significance value of 0.686 was obtained, namely p> 0.05 and the calculated t value was 0.407, smaller than the t table value of 1.670. Then, the significance value is 0.202, namely p> 0.05 and the calculated t value is -1.291, which is smaller than the t table value of 1.670 in community defense. It can be concluded that the results of research on the effectiveness of Cyber Village ineffectiveness on each of the 3 attitudes, namely nationalism, patriotism, and defending the country in society
PENGARUH MEDIA TIKTOK TERHADAP DAYA TARIK PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Get PDFThe difficulty of students in digesting mathematics learning given by the teacher, so that it has an impact on students' calculating ability difficulties. Students who have problems in terms of calculations are usually caused by a lack of use of innovative media applied by the teacher in supporting the success of learning. One alternative learning media that can be used is TikTok media. Research through online surveys with a qualitative descriptive research design was used to determine the influence of TikTok media to overcome these problems. As for the entire research sample, there were 32 class VI students who represented the data in the study. The collected data will be analyzed descriptively. Prior to the analysis stage, the data collected will first be recapitulated based on each question, then presented in tabular form. From the results of data processing, it shows that this media can attract the attention of students in learning because of the style and songs that accompany the short video. This relates to the understanding of students in studying the material provided. Moreover, TikTok is an application that students never miss to watch every day, so they can use it as a learning medium

Parents anda teachers need to carry out their roles in early childhood character education. The formation of good character from an early age will affect the character of children as adults. Thus, there needs to be good cooperation between parents of students and teachers in early childhood character education. This study uses the method of literature study. The results of this study are the role of parents in religious character education, namely by using exemplary methods and giving good advice, parents also take their children to Al-Qur'an Study Place. In addition, parents also provide firm action to children so that children can hear advice from parents. Meanwhile, the role of the teacher ini character education is as a role model, facilitatorm and also a motivator. With this, it is hope that parents and teachers will be more aware of their role and the importance of character education in early childhood

Get PDFThis research aims to explore the correlation between the implementation of the Research-Based Independent Curriculum and students' creative thinking abilities at SALAM (Sanggar Anak Alam) as a reference for contextual learning innovation. The research employs a literature review method to gather data. The results of the study elucidate the views of Toto Rahardjo and Sri Wahyaningsih regarding the interpretation of the concept of the independent curriculum in accordance with the teachings of Ki Hajar Dewantara. It emphasizes that punishments and coercion towards students can stifle their independence and creativity. The research findings indicate that the research-based independent curriculum implemented at SALAM can be a solution in shaping students' creative thinking abilities. Education that emancipates students needs to be integrated into the independent curriculum so that students can enjoy their learning experiences. The implementation of this curriculum is based on the concept of student freedom to choose their own research topics based on their interests. SALAM uses the idiom "seeing, then forgetting; hearing, then remembering; doing, then understanding; discovering on your own, then mastering" in the application of the research-based independent curriculum. This approach is adopted by SALAM to encourage students to seek knowledge independently and apply it in their lives. In the application of the independent research-based curriculum, learning is designed to connect the taught material with real-life situations. Klasifikasi Sentimen Support Vector Machine Berbasis Optimasi Menyambut Pemilu 2024
Get PDFAjang pesta demokrasi di tahun 2024 yang disertai dengan narasi politik akan kembali diadakan. Beragam komentar negatif dan isu hoaks mulai bermunculan di media sosial untuk menjatuhkan pihak oposisi. Hal ini menimbulkan ketidakpercayaan masyarakat hingga muncul golongan putih. Oleh karena itu, klasifikasi sentimen berdasarkan opini di Twitter dilakukan agar mengetahui bagaimana pandangan masyarakat mengenai fenomena ini. Algoritma yang dipakai adalah Support Vector Machine dan Particle Swarm Optimization dengan metode tambahan seperti Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency dalam pembuatan vektor dan Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique untuk menyeimbangkan data pada setiap kelas. Karena algoritma machine learning tersebut bersifat supervised learning, maka pelabelan otomatis dilakukan menggunakan Valence Aware Dictionary sEntiment Reasoner sebagai data latih. WordCloud sebagai sarana pendukung dalam mempersiapkan pemilu tahun depan juga diterapkan. Hasil pelabelan otomatis mendapatkan 1000 data sentimen positif dan 400 data sentimen negatif. Perolehan akurasi Support Vector Machine tanpa optimasi dengan metode pengujian split 70% data latih dan 30% data uji adalah sebesar 87.33%. Sedangkan persentase akurasi Support Vector Machine (Particle Swarm Optimization) adalah 87.50%. WordCloud sentimen positif dan negatif menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mendukung adanya pemilu 2024 meskipun ada yang kurang menyukai publik figur atau partai politik tertentu
