Get PDFIn connection with the learning process of class V students at SDN 03 Madiun Lor, it concerns the phenomenon of the concept of "introduction" which shows that 'school' is the first place to introduce the biodiversity of flora and fauna typical of Indonesia. In implementing learning models in class, the model that is often used is Snowball Trowing. The teacher is used as the only source of information so that teaching and learning activities only occur in one direction, and the one who plays an active role is the teacher while the students only hear the teacher's explanation, then take notes and students are not actively involved in teaching and learning activities and this causes student learning activities to be less maximum. A solution needs to be found for this problem, namely by developing learning models and media aimed at improving learning outcomes on the interrelated concepts of nature and social life in the context of diversity through the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model in class V at SDN 03 Madiun Lor. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this research show that the application of the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model succeeded in achieving a significant increase in student learning outcomes, the average cycle of student activity increased to 82%. It can be concluded that the TGT (Team Games Tournament) learning model can improve learning outcome

No full textThe decision to choose a school in the current era is a crucial step for parents and students. Choosing the right school will help maximize a child's potential and intelligence, because school is not only a place for learning but also for the formation of a child's personality and character. Public awareness of the importance of education makes parents and students compete to choose schools that will provide the expected results in the future. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang. This study use a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 198 parents of students, the sample taken was 132 parents of students using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, using probability sampling using simple random sampling techniques. This research has the objectives, (1) to find out whether there is an influence of school image on the decision to choose a school at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang, (2) to find out whether there is an influence of service marketing strategies on the decision to choose a school at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang, and (3) To find out whether there is a simultaneous influence of school image and service marketing strategy on the decision to choose a school at MTs Negeri 6 Jombang

Get PDFThe manufacturing process is still being developed. The injection molding process is a manufacturing process that is often used in the production of plastic products. Using software with predetermined parameters, injection mold simulation of a predetermined product is carried out on the carabiner design. The parameters used are then assessed with quality prediction based on the best simulation results. If there is a product that does not meet the quality prediction value given (i.e. the value is less than optimal), improvements are made by changing the injection mold design or mold design. Three runner layout designs were made in such a way as to assess which of the runner layout designs for the carabiner mold had the highest quality prediction value. Then, from each runner layout design, variations in gate diameter sizes of 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm were made. Based on the simulation results that have been carried out, the best runner and gate layout is obtained in Design 1 with a gate diameter of 4 mm, whose quality prediction value reaches 100%. Then, the lowest quality prediction was obtained in Design 1 with a gate diameter of 6 mm

No full textThis research aims to analyze the P5 Program as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of the use of performance-based evaluation carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Batang. The case study method was used to collect information related to the implementation of performance-based evaluations identified in the implementation of the P5 Program. Observations and interviews with school principals, deputy principals, assessment teams and students regarding the implementation of the P5 Program. Based on the results of observations, data was found that the performance-based evaluation process implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Batang was carried out in several stages, namely determining project activities and objectives, designing performance tasks, determining assessment criteria, collecting performance data, assessment and analysis, as well as reflection and follow-up. It is important to emphasize to students that the main goal of this project is character education based on Pancasila. Don't let educators and students focus on the products produced and forget the process of Pancasila character education. Apart from the product being the goal, it is much more important to emphasize the Pancasila character for students so that this series of project activities can produce student characters that are based on Pancasila and can apply their knowledge and understanding in the real world in society

Effectiveness of Papaya (Carica papaya L.) Seed Extract and Alum on Aedes aegypti Larvae Death
Get PDFPeople generally use larvicide to kill mosquito larvae. Synthetic chemical larvicides leave residues that have a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, research on natural larvicides has been developed to suppress the negative effects of chemical larvicides. Microparticle preparations can speed up the compound delivery system so that it will be effective in its use as a larvicide. The important composition in making microparticle preparations is polymer. The polymer used in this research is chitosan. The formulation of papaya seed extract and alum microparticles using chitosan polymer with the spray drying method was made into three formulas with different concentrations of extract and alum, namely formula 1 (0.1% : 0.05%), formula 2 (0.15% : 0.075%). %), and formula 3 (0.2% : 0.1%). The results obtained show that formula 3 with a concentration of 0.2% papaya seed extract and 0.1% alum has the best quality characteristics based on the polydispersity index parameters, namely 0.181, particle size 1233.67 nm, zeta potential value 72.6 mV. The number of samples was 500 test larvae consisting of 5 treatment groups. Each group contained 25 larvae and 4 replicates. The test larvae were observed after 24 hours and then analyzed. The test analysis carried out was the Probit test. The LC50 value obtained in this study was 95.5 ppm. These results indicate that the microparticle powder preparation has larvicidal efficacy against third/IV instar Aedes aegypti larvae
Analisis Faktor Risiko Kejadian Adverse Drug Reaction Obat Anti Inflamasi Non Steroid Pada Pasien Gout
Get PDFGout artritis adalah bentuk radang sendi parah yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan kristal di persendian akibat kadar asam urat yang berlebihan di dalam tubuh. Menurut Riset Kesehatan Dasar, prevalensi artritis gout di Indonesia adalah 11,9% pada tahun 2013, dan meningkat menjadi 18,9% pada tahun 2018. Obat antiinflamasi nonsteroid dapat meredakan gejala gout artritis. Penggunaan obat ini dalam jangka panjang dapat menimbulkan efek samping berupa nyeri gastrointestinal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kejadian adverse drug reaction penggunaan obat antiinflamasi non steroid pada pasien gout dan mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian adverse drug reaction penggunaan obat antiinflamasi non steroid pada pasien gout. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasional dan cross-sectional dengan pengumpulan data secara prospektif menggunakan formulir monitoring efek samping obat dan juga algoritma naranjo yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara pasien. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS uji Fisher. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa profil kejadian adverse drug reaction penggunaan obat antiinflamasi non steroid pada pasien gout didapatkan Jenis obat yang paling banyak menyebabkan adverse drug reaction yaitu natrium diklofenak sebanyak 70% dan asam mefenamat sebanyak 30%. Kejadian adverse drug reaction yang paling sering dikeluhkan yaitu perih pada perut sebanyak 56,3%. Berdasarkan hasil uji fisher’s, jenis kelamin dan Riwayat penyakit lambung memiliki nilai P<0,05 hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa jenis kelamin dan riwayat penyakit lambung merupakan faktor risiko kejadian Adverse Drug Reaction penggunaan obat anti inflamasi non steroid
Politeness strategies used in “Taylor Swift's songwriting process on Evermore" interview
Get PDFThe objective of this study was to find out the types of politeness strategies and the factors that influence their use in a video interview between Zane Lowe and Taylor Swift entitled “Taylor Swift’s Songwriting Process on evermore”. The theory used to answer the two research problems was Brown & Levinson (1987), and the qualitative method was used as the research method. The result indicates that there are 41 utterances containing politeness strategies, which are divided into 1 bald on record, 30 positive politeness, 9 negative politeness, and 1 off record. The strategy found in bald on record is no face threat minimization. Furthermore, it was found that Zane and Taylor used various sub-strategies of positive politeness, which consist of 6 exaggerating, 8 giving gifts to the hearer, 8 presupposing, raising, and asserting common ground, 1 including S and H in the activity, 1 be optimistic, 1 intensifying interest to the hearer, 2 joking, 2 noticing, attending to the hearer, and 1 seeking agreement. For negative politeness, the sub-strategies used are 7 questions and hedge and 2 apologize. Finally, for off record, use contradictions. Therefore, the most dominant strategy is positive politeness with the sub-strategy of giving gifts to the hearer and presupposing, raising, and asserting common ground. Furthermore, it was found that payoff and social distance are two factors that influence the use of politeness strategies. The payoff factor appears in 40 utterances and social distance 4 utterances. Thus, it can be stated that Zane and Taylor want to establish a friendly, relaxed, and positive conversation and strengthen closeness. The payoff factor also implies that both want to satisfy each other’s face
