コロナ禍における遠隔医療に関する一考察 : ペイシェント・セントリシティの評価を手掛かりに
Get PDF新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の流行は、各国の経済や社会生活、医療のあり方に甚大な影響を及ぼした。わが国の医療現場についていえば、感染者への医療提供体制の逼迫、通常医療における「受診控え」等が挙げられる。「受診控え」は、感染を過度に恐れるあまり、医療機関の受診を極力回避したい、という患者らの受療傾向であり、この事例が増えるにつれ、通常医療の現場では、遠隔医療という代替手段に注目が集まるようになり、その適用例のひとつ、オンライン診療を中心に各地の医療機関が本医療を導入するようになった。遠隔医療については、政府主導の取り組みが進められていることから、COVID-19感染収束後も本医療に対するニーズの増加傾向は変わらないと予測されている。ところが、遠隔医療をとりまく状況については、マスメディアによる報道が決して十分とはいえず、また利用者の視点にたった情報も非常に乏しく、全体像の把握が容易ではない。このような中、患者（家族）が確かな情報をもたないまま遠隔医療に臨んだ場合、ペイシェント・セントリシティ（患者中心性）は正しく満たされるのか、疑問である。COVID-19感染拡大収束への道筋が不明瞭な現状を踏まえると、ニーズの高まりが予測される遠隔医療の知見を幅広く収集・整理し、わかりやすい情報として利用者に提供することは急務である。本稿では、その一端を担うことを目的として遠隔医療に関する文献調査を行い、概念、取組みの軌跡、現状、有益性と課題を論じる。最後に、遠隔医療を代表するオンライン診療の有益性および課題についてペイシェント・セントリシティという観点から考察を行う。The COVID-19 pandemic has made a devastating impact not only on economies and social lives but on healthcare systems of countries around the world. Those, corresponding to the healthcare system in Japan, are stringency of the medical delivery system and the peopleʼs tendency to avoid physician visits due to their excessive resistance to infection. With the increasing cases of avoidance of face-to-face medical practice in the Japanese ordinary medical front, the telemedicine has been drawing attention as an alternate means of it. And in consequence, medical facilities around the country have come to introduce “telecare”, a major application of telemedicine. One estimate shows that the needs of telemedicine would continuously be on the increase even after the COVID-19 outbreak comes to an end. However, the current status of telemedicine has not been adequately covered by media, thereʼs not enough patient-friendly information on it, and therefore, obtaining its complete view is not straightforward. Under the circumstances, it is doubtful that patient-centricity would be prioritized throughout all phases of the treatment when a patient takes telemedicine without being well-informed of the objectives, methods or pros-cons of it. Considering the current situation in which any path for ending the COVID-19 pandemic is not in sight, it is imperative for us to collect sufficient knowledge and information on telemedicine, and to organize them in an easily understandable form while the needs of it are predicted to rise hereafter. Playing a part in doing these tasks, this paper first describes the concept, history of efforts, actual condition, and benefits / disadvantages of telecare that is a typical method of telemedicine. And next, this paper examines the benefits and disadvantages of telecare from viewpoints of patientcentricity
初等教育段階における創造的思考力の育成 : システム・デザイン思考モデルに基づくクロスカリキュラムの開発を通して
Get PDF本論文は，今後社会で必要なAI を使いこなせる力として創造的思考力に着眼点を置き，学校教育における創造的思考力育成に向けた教育方法を提示する。最初に，創造性の概念の移り変わりから，創造的思考を捉える。次に，創造的思考力の育成を検討する上で，システム思考とデザイン思考を融合した新たな課題解決手法であり，創造的かつ実現可能な問題解決へと導くシステム・デザイン思考の方略を挙げる。その上で，創造的思考力がシステム・デザイン思考の学習プロセス内のどこに位置付くか，いかにして身につくのかを明確化させる。最終には，教科横断的な課題解決を図るクロスカリキュラム形態の授業開発を行う中で，具体的な授業テーマを設定・想定し，初等教育段階における創造的思考力育成を促す教育方法について具体化していく
