白瀧幾之助の画業再考 : 肖像画家としての位置付け
Get PDFShirataki Ikunosuke（1873-1960）is one of leading Japanese Western-style painters in the late 19th to early 20th century. He worked on a variety of subjects such as genre painting, portrait, landscape and still-life. However, previous studies often recognized him as a painter of genre painting because of his most famous masterpiece Training in the collection of the University Art Museum, Tokyo University of the Arts. This essay tris to shed lights on his other career as a portraitist. He received the highest prize of his career for Portrait of Mr Nomura. at the national art competition（Bunten）in 1914. From such success, he was regarded as a leading portraitist of the time and received so many commission-works from nobles and politicians. In the history of Japanese Western-style painting, portrait is not much discussed subject, but this essay tries to reconsider the subject and works by Shirataki Ikunosuke
地域防災行動意図とコミュニティ意識の関連
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the intention of disaster prevention behavior and the consciousness of community in the community of university students. The subjects were 111 female university students aged 18 to 22. As a result of the factor analysis of community consciousness, three factors of “cooperation”, “dependence on others”, and “attachment” were extracted. As a result of multiple regression analysis of the three types of family disaster prevention preparation actions, when preparing disaster prevention supplies, etc. on a daily basis, the intention of regional disaster prevention action was significantly lower for “dependence on others” of community consciousness. When the safety confirmation method in the disaster was decided, the intention of the regional disaster prevention action was significantly lower about “Attachment” of the community consciousness. On the other hand, the intention of regional disaster prevention action was significantly higher for those with a high awareness of “cooperation” in community awareness

Get PDF2020年10月開催の中国共産党第19期中央委員会第5回全体会議（五中全会）において採択されたいわゆる「双循環」戦略、そして2020年11月に締結されたRCEP（Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement）に関する中国社会科学院世界経済・世界政治研究所国際金融研究センターの二人の研究者の所説について紹介し、中国の将来ビジョンがどのように語られているのか、またそこでの問題は何か示していく。This paper takes up the opinions of two researchers in international finance division, Institute of World Economics and Politics, Chinese Academy of Social Science, on both of ‘Dual Circulation’ strategy formulated in the fifth Plenum of the 19th Central Committee of CCP, Oct. 2020, and RCEP (Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) signed in Nov. 2019. We can see from their opinions how the Chinese government views their international economic position under the current international economic order and change it for the future
ケアリングの視点を組み込んだオンライン学習の実践に関する研究 : 「生徒指導論」の授業の取り組みから
Get PDF本稿は，2021年度前期に行われた「生徒指導論」において，新型コロナウイルスの流行下における大学生の学習状況を考慮し，オンデマンドによる配信型講義においても学生のニーズや学習環境を配慮するケアリングの視点に立って行われた教育実践の効果と課題を明らかとするものである。実践後，学生からのアンケートの分析によって，講義者による一方的な情報配信であっても，レポート課題や学習者へのアナウンス，フィードバックのコメントを工夫することで，教員と学生とのコミュニケーションが保たれ，学習者の意欲向上を促し，自律的に学習に取り組むことが明らかとなった。一方で，アンケート調査から学生が双方向での交流ができるように工夫することも課題となった
個人情報の取り扱いについて
Get PDF高度情報通信社会の進展に伴い，個人情報の利用が著しく拡大している。個人情報の有用性と同時に個人の権利や利益の保護とのバランスを図るための法律として，2005年（平成17年）「個人情報保護法」が施行され，その後2017年（平成29年）には「改正個人情報保護法」が施行された。この間，多くの個人情報を取り扱う保育教育施設では慎重な対応が求められ，職員への徹底と保護者への理解と協力を図ってきたが，ともすれば失念する場合がある。施設内において何が個人情報なのか，その取り扱いの基本的なルールを決めること，職員に対して定期的に会議や研修を行うことが重要である。2022年（令和4 年）に再び法律が改正されるということもあり，保育教育施設の従事者の責務として，今一度「個人情報の取り扱いについて」考えることにした。管理職が基本的な方向性を提示しながらも，一方的にマニュアルを職員におろすのではなく，職員とひとつひとつ内容と方法を確認し合うことで意識の向上とルールが保持される，以下はその実践報告である
音楽の授業におけるSTEAM教育の可能性についての一試論 : ブラームス作曲《ハンガリー舞曲 第5番》の演奏におけるテンポ測定を通じて
Get PDF小学校教科書掲載曲のブラームス作曲《ハンガリー舞曲 第5 番》のテンポ測定を行い，演奏を比較する授業内容を提案し，小学校の音楽の授業で展開できるSTEAM 教育の可能性について考察した。①演奏を聴きながら，小節の冒頭を，ストップウォッチ機能のあるソフトを用いてカウントして，各小節の経過時間を計測する。②テンポ変化の推移を視覚化できるグラフを作成する。③テンポと音楽構造との関係を考察するのに，一部を取り出して，区分の平均値やテンポ差を算出する。これらを行い，エビデンスに基づいて，演奏者の意図や効果を考察することができれば，音楽の本質的で深い学びが得られるSTEAM 教育が可能であると指摘した
