Efisiensi Penggunaan Input Produksi Usaha Tani Padi (Studi Kasus pada Usaha Tani Padi Mitra PT. Wilmar Padi Indonesia di Kecamatan Paron Kabupaten Ngawi Provinsi Jawa Timur)
Input for rice farming that does not comply with the recommended dosage is inefficient because it causes farming productivity to not be optimal. This research is based on a partnership between farmers and PT. WPI in an effort to increase the productivity of rice farming to support the realization of food security. Based on the background of this problem, the aim of this research is to analyze (1) the characteristics of farmers (2) the use of production inputs for rice farming partners of PT. WPI, and independent farming businesses, (3) efficient use of production inputs from PT partner farming businesses. WPI, and independent. The method used is mixed method research with primary and secondary data. Respondents were determined using proportional random sampling. Conclusion of the research results: a) Judging from the aspects of age, education, experience, family size and main occupation, the characteristics of PT. WPI partner farmers are not significantly different from the characteristics of independent farmers. b) Input from partner and independent farming businesses, consisting of land, seeds, urea fertilizer, SP36, NPK, organic and the amount of labor has a significant effect on farming production. c) The use of production inputs in partner and independent farming businesses is not/is not yet efficient. Use of organic fertilizer in partner farming businesses of PT. WPI still needs to be added, MR > MC. Meanwhile, the volume of seeds, Urea fertilizer, SP36, NPK and labor usage does not have to be increased because MR < MC. The use of independent farming inputs has not yet reached optimal levels. To achieve an efficient level of input use, Urea, SP36, NPK, Organic fertilizer and labor are farming inputs whose volume of use must be increased. Input seeds whose usage rate does not have to be increased
Analisis Risiko Produksi Sorgum (Sorghum bicolor) sebagai Pakan Alternatif di PT Juang Jaya Abdi Alam
Global warming is increasingly impacting the agricultural sector. Climate change such as prolonged drought affects crop production and productivity. PT Juang Jaya Abdi Alam is a company engaged in cattle fattening, facing challenges in providing quality green fodder. The impact of lack of green fodder on livestock health can result in slow weight gain. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risks in sorghum production used as an alternative feed for livestock at PT Juang Jaya Abdi Alam. This research method uses a descriptive method with data and information obtained processed qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis and coefficient of variation (CV) production risk analysis. The results of the study showed that the sources of sorghum production risk include; the influence of weather and climate, pest and disease attacks, selection of agricultural inputs, and technical errors of workers. The results of the production analysis showed a CV value of 0.41 where the resulting CV value is smaller than 0.5, meaning that the risk of sorghum production at PT JJAA is in the low category. The lower limit of production is 2,093.35, which means that the lowest possible production risk of sorghum cultivation per farm per planting season is 2,093.35 kg/farm
Analisis Beberapa Faktor yang Memengaruhi Volume Impor Jeruk di Indonesia
This study aims to analyze the impact of the Consumer Price Index (CPI), international prices, and import tariffs on the import volume of oranges in Indonesia. The increasing volume of orange imports in recent years indicates that external factors play a role in determining import levels. The variables examined in this study include CPI as an indicator of domestic purchasing power, international orange prices as a reflection of global market dynamics, and import tariffs as a government policy affecting international trade. The data used in this study is annual data from 2010 to 2023. The analysis method employed is multiple linear regression to observe the effects of each independent variable on the volume of orange imports. The results show that CPI has a positive and significant impact on the volume of orange imports, indicating that higher CPI levels lead to an increase in imports. International prices have a significant negative effect, implying that an increase in global orange prices reduces the import volume of oranges in Indonesia. Import tariffs also have a negative and significant impact on orange import volumes, meaning that higher import tariffs decrease the number of oranges imported. The multiple linear regression model has a coefficient of determination (RΒ²) of 0.85, indicating that 85% of the variation in the orange import volume can be explained by these three independent variables. These findings highlight the importance of controlling import tariffs and monitoring international prices to effectively manage the volume of orange imports in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Consumer Price Index (CPI), international prices, and import tariffs on the import volume of oranges in Indonesia. Analisis Faktor Kendala Penerapan Wajib Bersertifikasi Halal di Paguyuban UMKM Kecamatan Jatirogo Kabupaten Tuban
Halal food is food that is permitted in Islam with the criteria of not containing haram ingredients such as pork and alcohol and is processed according to Islamic law. Halal food has many advantages, especially regarding cleanliness and food safety. The availability of halal labels becomes a regulation that aims to protect consumers and show the superiority of the products produced, with this development, the halal food industry not only focuses on Muslim consumers but also attracts the attention of non-Muslim consumers who prioritize quality and health in food. However, there are still many food business actors who have not carried out halal certification. The purpose of this study was to formulate several factors causing the slow processing of halal certification for members of the MSME association in Jatirogo District. The study was conducted on all members of the MSME association in Jatirogo District who had not carried out halal certification on the products produced by filling out a questionnaire containing a list of questions assessed using a Likert scale. The data obtained were ordinal data which were then transformed into interval data using the Successive Interval Method (MSI) which was then analyzed by "confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) " using SPSS 26.0. The results of the analysis showed that the factors constraining the slow processing of halal certification for MSME members in Jatirogo District in sequence were: 1) Knowledge of MSME actors, 2) Belief in the halalness of the products produced, 3) The assumption that consumers are less concerned about halal certification, 4) Differences in sales of halal-certified products, and 5) Halal certification processing procedures

Peran Subsektor Peternakan dalam Perekonomian Jawa Tengah
The livestock subsector is one of the main sectors in Indonesia's economy, contributing significantly to economic growth. Livestock farming in Central Java Province has experienced the fastest growth compared to other subsectors under the agricultural sector, such as food crops, horticulture, plantations, and agricultural services and hunting. The workforce involved in the livestock subsector also plays an important role in supporting economic growth. Business investment in a subsector is positively correlated with the labor absorbed in that subsector, making it essential for the government to implement strategic efforts and plans to enhance the region's potential for significant investment growth. This study aims to analyze the role of the livestock subsector in the economy of Central Java. The method used includes basic statistical analysis techniques, such as percentages, growth rates or trends, and comparisons. The statistical analysis results are described descriptively to provide explanations for the findings. The production of meat and milk in Central Java Province has shown a significant decrease, which is caused by PMK and LSD diseases as well as the economic impact of the post-COVID-19 pandemic. The population of beef cattle has experienced stable growth, but the population of other livestock such as goats and sheep has declined. The number of workers has also significantly decreased, possibly due to the PMK outbreak and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although the value of domestic investment (PMDN) experienced a drastic decrease in 2020, it has significantly increased in 2021 and 2022
