Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terkait Konsumsi Makanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Nilai Pelanggan dalam Menggunakan Layanan Pesan Antar Makanan Online pada Generasi Z
The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in various aspects of life, including food consumption patterns, particularly among Generation Z. One rapidly growing innovation is Online Food Delivery (OFD) services. Lifestyle changes and technological convenience require culinary business actors to understand consumer segmentation accurately in order to remain competitive. This research was conducted at three universities in the Jatinangor District, namely Padjadjaran University, Bandung Institute of Technology (Jatinangor Campus), and the Indonesian Cooperative University (IKOPIN). The aim is to identify the characteristics of Generation Z users of OFD services. This study adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with a sample size of 196 respondents. The results show that the concepts of food-related lifestyle, purchasing decisions, and customer value are perceived positively by respondents, making them relevant in the context of online food delivery usage among Generation Z. This research provides a theoretical contribution by enriching the literature on the Food-Related Lifestyle (FRL) concept in the digital context, as well as a practical contribution for food industry players and OFD service providers in designing marketing strategies that align with the characteristics of Generation Z consumers
Perhitungan Value at Risk (VaR) pada Saham Sub Sektor Pertanian dengan Metode Simulasi Historis dan Monte Carlo
Making investment decisions requires the right approach in measuring potential losses, one of which is investing in agricultural sub-sector shares. Potential losses can be seen from the Value at Risk (VaR) value. The aims of this research are 1) to calculate the VaR value of single assets and portfolios in the agricultural sub-sector using two methods; 2) to determine which method is more accurate and reliable in estimating losses in agricultural sub-sector shares; and 3) to provide the best investment alternative for investors to invest in one or both shares. The research uses time series data from two agricultural sub-sector shares, namely PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk (SGRO) and PT. Perusahaan Perkebunan London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP) for the period November 30, 2020-November 30, 2024 totaling 970 data. Data were analyzed using Historical Simulation and Monte Carlo methods with the help of Microsoft Excel (Ms. Excel) software. The research results show 1) with a confidence level of 95%, the estimated loss value of SGRO, LSIP and portfolio shares (50:50) using the Historical Simulation method is Rp9,742,547.43, Rp14,810,924.37 and Rp10,336,139.64 respectively, while using the Monte Carlo method is Rp12,493,847.11, Rp15,996,384.77 and Rp11,257,991.86; 2) based on the results of the VaR analysis, a more accurate and reliable method for estimating losses in agricultural sub-sector shares is the Monte Carlo method because it provides a greater estimate of the value of losses through repeated iterations; and 3) based on VaR calculations, it is recommended for investors to invest in both shares in a 50:50 proportion because it can reduce the estimated value of losses received compared to investing in just one share

Model Teaching Factory (TEFA) Sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Peternak Sapi Perah di Jember
The potential of dairy farming in Jember Regency is enormous, but the added value of milk products is still low because farmers sell raw milk without further processing. This study aims to analyze the potential replication of the Teaching Factory (TEFA) model of Jember State Polytechnic to increase the added value of dairy farmers. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with direct observation to TEFA, literature studies, and secondary data analysis. The results showed that the TEFA model integrates dairy cattle breeding with independent feed production, waste utilization into biogas, and market-oriented milk product diversification. Bestcow Farm Jember data shows farming business has R/C Ratio of 1.09 with profit of Rp. 88,084,392.86 per year, but vulnerable to 15% feed cost increases. TEFA model replication has potential to increase added value through processed milk product diversification (30-70% margin), feed efficiency (20-30%), and waste utilization. Challenges of limited capital, human resources, and technology can be overcome through training, mentoring, and strategic partnerships. The TEFA model shows ideal agroindustrial integration with potential to increase farmer income by 100-180%

Kehilangan Pasca Panen Berdasarkan Perbedaan Tata Kelola pada Rantai Pasok Paprika
Post-harvest losses remain a major challenge in the paprika supply chain, particularly in agricultural regions such as West Bandung Regency. Variations in supply chain governance practices across different types of suppliers are suspected to contribute to differing levels of post-harvest losses. This study aims to identify and estimate post-harvest losses in paprika under different supply chain management systems. A multi-case study approach was employed, focusing on three types of suppliers in West Bandung: farmer groups, cooperatives, and independent collectors. A qualitative method was used, with descriptive analysis of post-harvest loss estimations based on data collected through interviews and field observations. The results indicate that the highest total post-harvest loss occurred in farmer groups (3.55%), followed by cooperatives (1.82%), and the lowest in independent collectors (1.12%). These findings suggest that differences in supply chain governance significantly influence post-harvest loss levels. Losses are predominantly caused by technical issues such as improper harvesting methods, overproduction, prolonged storage, and damage during transportation. The implementation of contractual systems and strong relational ties between buyers and sellers facilitates more secure product off-take, thereby reducing losses. Meanwhile, the spot market serves as an alternative sales channel for downgraded paprika with declining quality

The business earned total revenue of IDR 57,750,000.00 and a profit of IDR 17.001.563,00. The final product value was IDR 30.000,00, and the value of other inputs was IDR 1.720,00. The Revenue-Cost Ratio (RCR) of 1.4 indicates that the business is financially feasible. The added value per unit of tofu production was IDR 16.780, with a value-added ratio of 56%. Marketing is carried out through a single channel: zero-level marketing, where products are sold directly to consumers. The recommended marketing strategy for Mr. Kuswardi's tofu agro-industry is to collaborate with local shops or stalls so that product distribution is more stable and even and to utilize social media as a means of promotion to expand market reach
