Persepsi Pelaku Usaha Terhadap Kewajiban Registrasi Pangan Segar Asal Tumbuhan (Beras) di Kabupaten Tuban
Registration of Fresh Food of Plant Origin in Domestic Production of Small Businesses (PSAT-PDUK) to maintain food safety of rice products that will be sold by business actors to the community of Tuban Regency because the issue of food safety is an important issue as the main prerequisite that must be met because it will greatly affect the acceptance of a PSAT product in the market including rice. The total sample in this study was 30 respondents for business actors, 5 respondents for consumers and 10 key informant respondents. Data analysis used in this study was perception analysis using a Likert scale tool and SWOT analysis. The perception of business actors regarding the obligation to register PSAT in Tuban Regency is included in the very good category indicating that they support and feel benefited by the obligation to register PSAT. Efforts to Improve Business Actors Regarding the Obligation to Register Fresh Food of Plant Origin (Rice) in Tuban Regency, namely Utilizing easy registration procedures and government subsidies to increase the participation of business actors and expand the certified rice market and Increase certified rice products with clear information regarding food safety standards, and utilize new market access such as e-commerce and supermarkets
Analisis Efisiensi Ekonomis Usahatani Padi Sawah di Desa Tebing Tinggi Kecamatan Benai Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
Tebing Tinggi Village in Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the rice farming centers in the region. In 2023, rice production in this village decreased to 480.00 kg from 589.26 kg in 2022. This study was conducted on 30 farmers who cultivated the Cisokan rice variety, using the Cobb-Douglas analytical model processed with SPSS version 23. The objectives of the study were to identify the characteristics of rice farmers, and evaluate the economic efficiency of rice farming in Tebing Tinggi Village. The results showed that most farmers were aged between 40 and 60 years (96.7%), had farming experience ranging from 15 to 27.5 years (66.7%), had an elementary school level of education (53.4%), and an average household size of three members (43.4%). Furthermore, the efficiency analysis showed that all production factors used were not yet economically efficient, as indicated by an efficiency index value greater than 1. Therefore, the use of improved seeds, urea fertilizer, and labor needs to be increased to achieve economic efficiency. Technical efficiency is achieved when input use maximizes output, while allocative efficiency is reached when the marginal value product equals the input price. Economic efficiency is attained when both technical and allocative efficiencies are met
Analisis Pengaruh Produk, Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Melon Hidroponik di Indigen Farm Yogyakarta
Market competition between conventional melons and hydroponic melons is increasingly becoming a challenge for Indigen Farm in achieving a larger market share because the level of market competition will influence consumers to choose a variety of choices and alternative products that can meet their needs in accordance with consumer desires and satisfaction. This research aims to analyze simultaneously or partially the influence of product, price, promotion and service quality on consumer satisfaction of hydroponic melons at Indigen Farm Yogyakarta. The research method used is a survey. The research was carried out at Indigen Farm during the melon picking tour. Respondents were determined using accidental sampling. The number of respondents taken was 100 respondents with the criteria being that the respondent was at least 17 years old and had previously purchased Indigen Farm hydroponic melons. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis which was analyzed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) For Windows program. The research results show that simultaneous multiple linear regression analysis of product, price, promotion and service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Partially, products and promotions have an effect, while price and service quality do not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination is 0.583, meaning that the independent is able to explain 58.3% of the dependent variable while the remaining 41.7% is explained by other variables outside the model
Strategi Adaptasi Petani Cabai Terhadap Dampak Perubahan Iklim di Sekitar Danau Tempe
This study aims to analyze the adaptation strategies of chili farmers to climate change around Lake Tempe, focusing on the influence of climate change perception and livelihood capital. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to chili farmers in the study area. The results indicate that chili farmers experience significant impacts of climate change, such as shifts in planting seasons, increased pest and disease attacks, and reduced water availability. In response, farmers adopt various adaptation strategies, including crop diversification, the use of agricultural technology, and adjustments in planting schedules. The SEM-PLS model shows that climate change perception has a positive and significant effect on adaptation strategies, with a path coefficient of 0.421 (p < 0.001). Livelihood capital—which includes natural, human, physical, social, and financial assets—has a stronger influence with a path coefficient of 0.512 (p < 0.001). The R-square value of 0.612 indicates that both independent variables explain 61.2% of the variance in farmers’ adaptation strategies. In conclusion, the adaptation strategies of chili farmers around Lake Tempe are significantly influenced by their perception of climate change and the strength of their livelihood capital. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing climate literacy and improving access to productive resources to strengthen farmers’ resilience to climate change
Faktor Sosial Ekonomi dan Profitabilitas Usahatani Padi Sawah Tadah Hujan Kabupaten Maros
Increases and decreases in production affect the income or profitability of farmers and welfare related to socio-economic conditions. The purpose of this study was to analyze socio-economic factors that affect profitability and the profitability of rainfed lowland rice farming. This research was conducted in Bontocabu Village, Lau District, and Bontobahari Village, Bontoa District, Maros Regency. The study was conducted in September - October 2024. The population of the study was 317 people, while the number of farmer samples used as respondents was 50 people. Sampling using multi-stage cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were observation, and interviews, while data sources were primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used multiple regression and quantitative description. The results of this study are socio-economic factors that affect the profitability of rainfed lowland rice farming are age, area of cultivation, and farming experience. Profitability was obtained at 62.18%. This shows that the profitability of rice farming is greater than the bank deposit interest rate (BRI 3%), meaning that rice farming is viable or profitable. As for the Break Event Point (BEP), a result of IDR. 367,589.18 was obtained. This shows that the value of BEP is smaller than the average revenue, which is IDR 8,087,580.00. This means that rice farming on rainfed rice fields is worth cultivating
Analisis Perilaku Konsumen Cokelat Vicco di Kabupaten Jember
One of the main commodities that become the superior of the plantation sector is cocoa. The Covid-19 outbreak has an impact on Vicco's chocolate sales turnover at the Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. This study aims to analyze: (1) the profile of respondents and the purchasing decision-making process; (2) the level of consumer satisfaction with Vicco Chocolate.. This research was conducted in Indonesian Coffee and Cocoa Research Center. The selection of this location was done purposively with the consideration that Vicco Chocolate is one of the Counverture chocolate products produced in Jember Regency. The type of research method chosen is descriptive analytical. Determination of sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula with 96 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results show that (1) the majority of Vicco Chocolate consumers are female with an age range of 17-25 years, domiciled in Jember, the last education level they have is High School (SMA), works as a student, and has an average income average per month < Rp 1.500.000,-; (2) the consumer satisfaction index as measured by CSI is 77.86%, meaning that the majority of consumers are satisfied with the overall performance of the outlet
Karakteristik Petani Padi dan Struktur Biaya Usahatani Padi di Kecamatan Buahdua, Kabupaten Sumedang, Jawa Barat
This study aims to determine the characteristics of current rice farmers in Buahdua Sub-district, Sumedang Regency, how rice farming costs are structured, and how farmer characteristics are associated with land area and income. This research is a quantitative study with a survey research method that uses questionnaires for its research instruments. The population in this study was rice farmers in Buahdua Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency with a sample size used in this study of 65 respondents. The analytical tools used included descriptive statistics and cross tabulation. The results showed that the cost structure of rice farming in Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency consisted of the largest portion of fertilizer costs, followed by seed costs, pesticide costs and labour costs. In the results of cross tabulation analysis, it is known that male rice farmers tend to manage larger land and dominate the higher income group compared to women. The age group of 40-60 years dominates the highest income and most are classified as smallholders with land under 0.5 hectares
Analisis Determinan Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HATNI di Desa Tlogo Sadang, Paciran, Kabupaten Lamongan
In the competitive fishing industry, employee performance is the main factor in maintaining the productivity and competitiveness of the company. PT. HATNI, a fishery product processing company in Tlogo Sadang, Paciran, Lamongan, faces challenges in maintaining the quality and quantity of its production. This study aims to analyze factors that affect employee performance, including work ability, education level, work motivation, leadership style, job satisfaction, work environment, work loyalty, and work discipline. The method used was a quantitative approach with a survey of 60 employees selected using the purposive sampling technique, and data analysis was carried out by multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that all of these factors have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, with work loyalty and work discipline as the most dominant variables. In addition, a conducive work environment and an effective leadership style also increase employee motivation and satisfaction. The F test shows that independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with an Adjusted R Square value of 77.6%, which means that most of the variations in employee performance can be explained by these factors. Therefore, PT. HATNI is advised to improve training programs, improve the motivation system, and create a better work environment to encourage employee productivity in a sustainable manner
Pendapatan Usahatani Kembang Kol Musim Kemarau dan Musim Hujan di Kabupaten Tanggamus
Low cauliflower productivity in Tanggamus Regency not only reduces farm income but also has an impact on farmers' household income. The purpose of this study was to analyze farm income in the dry and rainy seasons and the share of cauliflower farming income to household income. The location of the study was in the cauliflower production center, namely Gisting District and Gunung Alip District. The population of cauliflower farmers was 82 people, and all of them were taken as samples in this study. The research data were taken from October to December 2024. The analysis method used was quantitative descriptive analysis, namely farm income analysis and household income analysis. The results of this study indicate that cauliflower farming in both seasons is profitable, but the rainy season is lower than the dry season. The total income of farmer households is IDR 62,201,587.76/year and the share of cauliflower farming income to the total income of farmer households is 22.55%
Kesiapan Finansial Petani Kelapa Sawit dalam Peremajaan Kebun (Replanting) (Studi Kasus di Desa Sukamulya, Kecamatan Singkup, Kabupaten Ketapang)
The purpose of this study is to analyze the income of oil palm farming, as well as to analyze the level of economic ability of oil palm farmer households in replanting. The sample in this study was farmers taken from Sukamulya Village as many as 64 respondents. The data analysis method used is quantitative analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the study show that oil palm farmers are economically able to finance oil palm replantation. However, 21 year-old oil palm farmers have not been able to meet the needs of their farmers until the crop produces with 54% economic capacity. This is because 24 year-old Swiss coconut farmers have a higher income outside of agriculture (Non-Farm), which is 49% compared to income from oil palm. Thus, it can be concluded that the income outside of agriculture of oil palm farmers is very helpful for farmers to meet household needs
