Optimalisasi Ruang Terbuka Hijau dalam Mewujudkan Tata Ruang Kota yang Berkelanjutan
Rapid urbanization and ecological pressures in urban areas demand more sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive city planning. Green Open Space (GOS) is seen as a strategic green infrastructure that not only functions ecologically as a microclimate balancer and provider of environmental services, but also plays a socio-cultural role as a public space that encourages social cohesion, expression of local identity, and improving the quality of life of city residents. This study reviews 30 national and international articles discussing GOS from five main sub-themes: policy and governance, spatial and design aspects, socio-cultural and ecological functions, roles in strengthening public space and social cohesion, and economic and ecological valuation. The results of the review show that various challenges are still faced in the implementation of GOS, ranging from weak integration of cross-sector policies, spatial inequality, to the lack of a participatory approach in planning. On the other hand, a number of studies also show the great potential of GOS as a means of mitigating climate change, a medium for citizen participation, and a symbol of the city's collective identity. Thus, the planning and management of GOS need to be carried out with a multidisciplinary approach, based on evidence, and in favor of social justice and ecological sustainability. Analisis Profitabilitas Usahatani Padi (Oryza sativa L) di Kecamatan Pucakwangi Kabupaten Pati
This research aimed (1) to analyze the income of rice farmers in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency, (2) to analyze the profitability of rice farming in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency, and (3) to analyze the influence of land cost factors, labor wages, seed prices, fertilizer prices, pesticide prices, production quantities, and selling prices on the income gained by farmers in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency. This research was held in May – June 2024 in Pucakwangi District, Pati Regency. The selection of research locations was based on data from Badan Pusat Statistik (2023) which showed that Pucakwangi District is the second largest rice producer among districts in Pati Regency. The research method used was a survey method with a sample size of 100 farmers. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to be filled in by respondent farmers and by conducting direct interviews. The data analysis methods used include income analysis, profitability analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed; (1) the average production costs incurred by rice ,farmers was equal to IDR2.963.631/0,28 ha/MT or IDR10.691.023/ha/MT, (2) the average revenue obtained by rice farmers was equal to IDR12.105.214/0,28 ha/MT or IDR44.050.314/ha/MT, (3) the average net income obtained by rice farmers was equal to IDR9.141.583/0,28 ha/MT or IDR33.359.291/ha/MT, (4) the average profitability of rice farming was equal to 308% (5) there were significant differences between the income of rice farmers and the MSEs of Pati Regency, (6) there were a significant difference between the profitability of rice farming and the BRI credit interest rate, (7) land costs, labor wages, seed costs, fertilizer costs, pesticide costs, selling prices, and the amount of production simultaneously influenced farmers' income, and (8) land costs, fertilizer costs, production quantities, and selling prices partially significally influenced farmers' income, and (9) labor wages, seed cost, and pesticide costs partially did not significally influence farmers’ income
Analisis Tren Penjualan serta Faktor yang Memengaruhi Penjualan Karet pada PT. XYZ
This study aimed to: 1) analyze the sales trend of rubber at PT XYZ; and 2) analyze the factors that influenced rubber sales at PT XYZ. The research was conducted from December 2024 to January 2025 at PT XYZ. The method used was a case study, considering that the rubber industry was facing challenges such as global market price fluctuations, climate change, and increasing competition. Analyzing sales trends and the influencing factors was important to formulate appropriate business strategies. The data used included rubber product prices, cost of goods sold, and marketing expenses. The data analysis methods employed were quantitative analysis, including trend analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables of cost of goods sold and marketing expenses had a significant effect on the rubber sales volume, while the variable of product price did not have a significant effect. The forecasting result using the quadratic trend method indicated that the rubber sales volume for the next 18 months was estimated to reach 457,751.31 kg. The conclusion of this study highlighted the importance of cost control and marketing strategies in maintaining sales volume amid the challenges in the rubber industry
Pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tanaman Hias Sukulen di Cactiae Kota Semarang
ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in September-October 2024 at Cactiae, Semarang City. The objective of this research is to determine the characteristics of succulent plant consumers and to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, including product, price, distribution, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence, on the purchasing decisions of succulent plants at Cactiae, Semarang City. The research location was purposively selected due to the declining sales problem at Cactiae, Semarang City. The research method used was a case study. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with a total of 208 respondents. The respondents' criteria were consumers who had purchased succulent plants at Cactiae, Semarang City at least once online. Data collection was conducted online by distributing QR codes that directed respondents to fill out a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0. The results of this study show that the majority of consumers at Cactiae, Semarang City are female, have a bachelor's degree, are aged 21-30 years, work as private employees, and have 4-6 family members. The marketing mix aspects, including product, price, distribution, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence, have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. The marketing mix aspects, including distribution, process, and people, have a partial influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination is 28.6%
Analisis Trend dan Faktor-faktor yang Memengaruhi Volume Penjualan Produk Benih Kubis Green Nova di PT. Tani Murni Indonesia
PT. Tani Murni Indonesia is a company engaged in the production, research, breeding, and distribution of high-quality vegetable seeds in Indonesia. The company produces its own hybrid seeds through a Research and Development process, resulting in unique varieties with superior quality. This study aimed to analyze the sales trend of Green Nova cabbage seeds at PT. Tani Murni Indonesia and to examine the influence of selling price, production volume, promotional costs, transportation costs, and planting season on the sales volume of Green Nova cabbage seed products. The research was conducted from January 2025 to February 2025 using a case study method at PT. Tani Murni Indonesia. Primary data were collected through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained through literature studies relevant to the research topic. The time series data used in this study covered a period of five years and included data on selling prices, production volumes, promotional costs, transportation costs, and planting seasons. The analytical methods employed in this research were trend analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the trend analysis, using linear trend analysis, showed a sales forecast of 66,804.366 packs over 24 months, from January 2025 to December 2026. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis indicated that selling price, production volume, transportation costs, and promotional costs had a significant effect on sales volume, while the dummy variable for planting season had no significant effect on sales volume
Penerapan Bauran Pemasaran Agrowisata Jeruk Dekopon di Mupu Jeruk Kota Bandung
Agrotourism is an alternative form of tourism that utilizes Indonesia’s natural wealth, such as agriculture, plantations, livestock, and forestry, as attractions for tourists. The number of visitors to Mupu Jeruk agrotourism has fluctuated, tending to stagnate with an average value of 0.0006%. This indicates the need for an effective marketing strategy, especially through the application of marketing mix models. This study aims to describe the implementation of the 7P marketing mix and to identify the 7P marketing mix variables which need improvement. In this study, the researcher used descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach and a case study method. The result shows that (1) The product strategy includes the availability of an orange-picking attraction for visitors and two additional facilities, namely a restaurant and a café. (2) The cost-based pricing strategy applied is still quite affordable for visitors. (3) The location strategy is good because of strategic location and easy access. (4) Promotional strategies via social media still need to be improved and promotional discounts on tourist prices must be consistently carried out. (5) By having a training process and providing appropriate SOPs to employees, the services and employee skills are rated well by visitors. (6) The service process planning consumer convenience, with various payment methods. (7) Mupu Jeruk supports consumer activities well, as seen from the physical facilities including toilets and mushola, but Mupu Jeruk needs to improve their parking area and also add signs in the entrance.
Analisis Nilai Tambah dan Strategi Pengembangan Produk Mi Mocaf di UMKM Mekarsari Kabupaten Boyolali
The massive development of the mocaf noodle industry has increased the competitiveness of alternative food products with wheat flour products. This research aims to analyze costs and revenue, product added value, and identify internal and external factors to formulate a strategy for the development of Mie Hend's products in UMKM Mekarsari. The research was conducted in February – March 2025 at UMKM Mekarsari, Boyolali. The location determination is based on the consideration that UMKM Mekarsari are a producer of gluten-free mocaf noodles in Central Java. The research method uses the case study method. Sampling was done using purposive techniques and accidental techniques. Purposive technique to UMKM Mekarsari owners and representatives of the Central Java Provincial Food Security Office. Accidental technique to 20 consumers of Mie Hend's. Data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is descriptive quantitatively, including cost, revenue, and revenue analysis, Hayami method value-added analysis, and SWOT and QSPM methods for product development strategies. The results were obtained that UMKM Mekarsari incurred an average production cost of IDR 1,181,778/month and an average income of IDR 1,224,472/month throughout 2024. The added value of Mie Hend's products is relatively high, namely IDR 97,700/kg with a ratio of 81.42% for retail packaging and IDR 73,533/kg with a ratio of 81.70% for bulk packaging. Internal and external analysis through IFAS and EFAS matrices resulted in that Mie Hend's products are in quadrant I of the SWOT diagram which is ideal for implementing SO or aggressive strategies. The resulting alternative strategies are 1) regularly refreshing products to maintain product quality and consumer trust, 2) penetrating digital markets and partnerships, and 3) submitting cooperation with health institutions, especially related to autism. Analisis Fluktuasi Harga Daging Sapi di Provinsi Jawa Timur Periode 2019-2023
Fenomena naik dan turunnya harga daging sapi di pasar lokal tidak terlepas dari berbagai faktor, sehingga diperlukan upaya identifikasi faktor-faktor tersebut sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan kebijakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat fluktuasi harga daging sapi dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap fluktuasi harga daging sapi di Provinsi Jawa Timur pada periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis model ARCH/GARCH dan VAR/VECM. Analisis model ARCH/GARCH digunakan untuk menganalisis fluktuasi harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur, sedangkan VAR/VECM digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap perubahan harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur. Variabel yang diuji meliputi harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur, harga daging ayam (sebagai barang substitusi), harga beras (sebagai barang komplementer), indeks harga daging dunia, inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar rupiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur pada periode 2019-2023 termasuk dalam kategori low volatility. Faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur secara signifikan pada jangka pendek adalah harga daging ayam, indeks harga daging dunia, dan inflasi; sedangkan pada jangka panjang yang signifikan memengaruhi perubahan harga daging sapi di Jawa Timur adalah harga daging ayam dan inflasi
Analisa Dampak Kemitraan Contract Farming Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Ubi Kayu (Studi Kasus) di Desa Sampecita Kecamatan Kutalimbaru Kabupaten Deli Serdang
Cassava is one of the food crops widely cultivated by farmers in Glugur Rimbun, Sampecita Village. This plant is a secondary crop with the largest harvest area in Kutalimbaru District. Partnerships between farmers and suppliers are certainly a breakthrough in developing farming businesses. This is because in addition to the uncertainty of marketing and prices, farmers will also be able to adopt the science and technology set by the supplier in an effort to increase production and quality. This study aims to analyze the partnership pattern of farmers with cassava processing companies, the influence of production factors (seedling area, labor and fertilizer) and farmer income analysis, to determine the feasibility of farming businesses. The partnership pattern carried out between farmers/landowners and UD. Kreasi Lutvi is structured in a cooperation contract, where the partner UD. Kreasi Lutvi is responsible for cultivating cassava, providing production facilities ranging from seeds, herbicides, fertilizers, agricultural tools and labor and buying cassava harvests at an agreed price. Farmers provide land and supervisors in cassava cultivation activities until harvest. The feasibility analysis of cassava business is as follows: production costs incurred per ha of Rp 14,500,000.00,- the amount of cassava production per ha is 23,405 kg, the selling price is Rp. 1,450 / kg, the total income is Rp33,937,250/ha and the income is Rp19,437,250.00/ha The R/C value is 2.34, the BEP unit value is 10,000/kg and the BEP price is Rp619.5/kg. This shows that the cassava business in the Glugur Rimbun land is feasible to be run.
Analisis Keberlanjutan Usahatani Andaliman di Kabupaten Toba
Andaliman as a typical biodiversity of North Sumatra that grows wild in the Toba and Tapanuli lake areas and is widely found in Toba Regency. Toba Regency is the largest producer of andaliman in North Sumatra with a planting area of 274 Ha and a production of 110.17 tons per year. Andaliman plants experience price fluctuations throughout the year ranging from Rp. 10,000 to Rp. 400,000. Andaliman plants are also quite difficult to cultivate so that Andaliman farming needs to be analyzed for Andaliman farming desires by lifting five dimensions of desire. The method used to analyze Andaliman is multidimensional scaling or MDS in a tool called Rapfish with the output of sensitive attribute data and the value of the desire index of each dimension. The results of the study showed that the value of the desire index for Andaliman farming and cultivation in the fairly sustainable category with a desire ordination value of 54.44 and 51.54. Sensitive attributes that affect the sustainability of andaliman farming are Planting materials for regeneration, Crop rotation, Sales system, Income/harvest, Selling price of andaliman, Tradition of using andaliman, Family participation in farming, Cooperation between andaliman farmers and UMKM managers, Role of agricultural extension workers, Access to agricultural roads, Post-harvest technology.
