Stone resin became one of the export commodities with the largest destination, namely India. Stone resin is used as the basic material for making incense. This study aims to determine the potential of stone resin and export prospects at PT. XYZ. This study used qualitative descriptive analysis by presenting tables and graphs. The types of data used are secondary data and primary data. The results showed that the potential of stone resin produced by West Kalimantan's forests is beneficial in export activities. Indian Hindu culture has an impact on increasing the export of stone resin every year at PT. XYZ. This research is expected to contribute to people who want to penetrate the international market in doing business

This study aims to analyze how the inventory management of green beans at KTH Giri Senang can be optimized. The methods used in this study include Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point, safety stock, and total inventory cost. This research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, the calculations are as follows: EOQ is 54,068 kg, optimal ordering frequency is 2 times per year, total inventory cost is Rp. 9,830,614, safety stock is 1,902 kg, and Reorder Point is 3,002 kg. However, KTH Giri Senang cannot directly implement the EOQ method calculations due to capital constraints. Therefore, KTH needs to improve cash flow, increase sales and marketing, expand partnership networks, and provide training to members on inventory management. The implementation of these strategies is expected to help KTH Giri Senang address inventory management issues, allowing coffee production operations to run more efficiently and reducing the risk of green bean shortages in the future

Agricultural land has economic value as a support for the needs of boards, clothing and food. Optimal management of agricultural land will support realizing food security, increasing competitiveness and reducing poverty. However every year there is a conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land both from farmers and non-farmers. The conversion of land carried out by farmers will cause a reduction in agricultural yields which are obtained every year, but farmers make the decision to convert the land. Therefore, it is necessary to study the decision-making factors of farmers in carrying out the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land. The method used in this research is the literature review method. The results of several studies regarding land conversion show that the most influencing factor for farmers to decide to convert land is farming income with a percentage of 58.82% from 17 studies. That is if the income of farming can meet the needs of farmers, then the possibility of farmers to carry out land conversion is less. Therefore, the government's role needs to be increased and energized from various related agencies so that farmers' income can increase
