    Analisis Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Tindakan Pencegahan Tuberkulosis di Rsud Bayung Lencir Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin

    Tuberculosis (TB) is still a public health problem in the world even though efforts to control TB have been implemented in many countries since 1995. TB disease can be cured with regular and routine treatment according to the treatment program. This study aims to analyze factors related to preventive measures for tuberculosis in patients at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is an analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency from January to February 2024. The population in this study were all families of tuberculosis patients seeking treatment at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency and samples were taken using total sampling techniques. Data analysis is univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, namely gender P-Value: 0.029 (OR= 2.667), education P-Value: 0.015 (OR= 3.611), knowledge P-Value: 0.018 (OR= 2.877), attitude P-Value : 0.021 (OR= 2.825), family support P-Value: 0.013 (OR= 3.062), contact history P-Value: 0.002 (OR= 3.977). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between gender, education, knowledge, attitudes, family support and contact history with tuberculosis prevention measures. It is hoped that all officers at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency, will undergo regular examinations and screen patient contact history, as well as create GRABB TB innovations in an effort to provide quality services in an effort to prevent the transmission of tuberculosis

    Infection Prevention and Control, hereinafter abbreviated to PPI, is an effort to prevent and minimize the occurrence of infections in patients, staff, visitors and the community around health service facilities. Infection prevention and control (PPI) activities in health service facilities are very important to carry out because they are an indicator of service quality standards and are important for patients, health workers and visitors. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence nurses' compliance in implementing the infection control prevention program at Bayung Lencir Regional Hospital, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research is an analytical study with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in February-March 2024. The sampling technique used a total sampling technique of 77 people. Data collection uses a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis carried out was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with the chi-square test. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi-square test, namely knowledge p-value: 0.035, perception p-value: 0.020, barriers to implementing the ppi p-value program: 0.132, workload p-value: 0.002, information and training p-value: 0.010, and availability of facilities and facilities p-value: 0.235. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge, perception, workload, information and training and infection control prevention programs. It is hoped that this will provide information and input in planning and increase the compliance of nurses and other staff in implementing infection control prevention programs

    Aspects that need to be considered in achieving consumer satisfaction include food safety, quality and food and service in food administration. Food is a basic human need that must be considered for its taste and appearance as well as its safety for consumption. The potential for food to be contaminated with hazardous substances and become a source of disease transmission increases if the handling process until it is consumed by the community does not pay attention to hygiene and sanitation. The general objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes towards food safety practices of UMKM business actors in the district. Jambi City Service. This research is a quantitative research with an observational approach and cross-sectional design. The study was conducted in March-May 2022 with a sample of 65 UMKM business actors who also act as food handlers. From the results of the analysis in this study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between knowledge of food safety practices of UMKM business actors in the District ofServant, which was marked with a significant value of p = 0.04

    Adolescence is a transitional process from childhood to adulthood which is marked by rapid changes in body development. Adolescence is also known as a period of change, which includes changes in attitudes and physical changes. Dysmenorrhea means pain during menstruation. This condition can get worse when accompanied by unstable psychological conditions, such as stress, depression, excessive anxiety, and excessive sadness or joy. Menstrual pain interferes with women's activities, causing women to try to find ways to reduce the pain they experience. How to reduce menstrual pain can be done in two ways, namely pharmacological and non-pharmacological. Pharmacological ways by taking drugs and non-pharmacological methods can be done with warm compresses or warm baths, massage, physical exercise (exercise), adequate sleep, distractions such as listening to music and relaxation such as yoga. About yoga to reduce menstrual pain. Quantitative research design. The subjects in this study were students in grades I and II of SMA Islam Al-Falah, Jambi City. Research subjects were given a questionnaire about yoga to reduce menstruation during pre and post-counseling about yoga. The research was conducted at Al-Falah Islamic High School, Jambi City. The data collected were analyzed univariately. The purpose of this study is to be used as a source of information for students about the benefits of yoga, especially to reduce menstrual pain.     Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) is a virus that can damage the human immune system and can only multiply in living cells and is found in body fluids, especially in semen, vaginal fluids, and blood. HIV patients usually have difficulty adapting to themselves and accepting their current conditions, coupled with the treatment from the community towards them so that it will affect the quality of life of odha. A person's adaptation is closely related to self-efficacy and quality of life. The research objective was to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and the quality of life of people with HIV in Palembang. This study is an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research population is people living with HIV in Community X Palembang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed univariately and bivariately with the tau control test. The results showed that there was no relationship between self-efficacy and the quality of life of PLHIV with a p value of 0.088. Respondents are expected to maintain self-efficacy because the relationship is positive, which means that if self-efficacy is good it will improve the quality of life

    Pengaruh Aromaterapi Mawar Terhadap Nyeri Persalinan: Systematic Literature Review

    Childbirth is an emotional experience encompassing physiological and psychological mechanisms undergone by pregnant women. Labor pain is one of the most commonly complained about experiences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rose aromatherapy on labor pain. This research utilized the Systematic Literature Review method. Article searches were conducted on Google Scholar, PubMed, ProQuest, and GARUDA databases from 2017 to 2022, and the selection process employed the PRISMA diagram. Inclusion criteria encompassed research articles from 2017 to 2022 discussing the impact of rose aromatherapy on reducing labor pain, involving pregnant women participants, and available in English or Indonesian. Exclusion criteria included articles irrelevant to rose aromatherapy usage, insufficient information, inappropriate language, focusing on other essential oils, and irrelevant samples. The study yielded three articles demonstrating that rose aromatherapy can alleviate pain during labor. From these three articles, the utilization of rose aromatherapy has been shown to reduce the frequency of labor pain. Usage frequency of 3-4 drops mixed with 20-40 ml of water and ignited for 10-15 minutes during the active phase of labor (Phase I) was recommended. The study concludes that rose aromatherapy has an impact on reducing labor pain in delivering mothers, especially during Phase I. Rose aromatherapy can reduce the frequency of labor pain when applied at a minimum frequency of 4 drops mixed with 40 ml of water and ignited for 15 minutes during Phase I of active labor. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that the appropriate usage frequency of rose aromatherapy during Phase I of active labor can serve as an effective alternative for alleviating labor pain in delivering mothers

    The Elderly is a process in human life characterized by a decrease in physiological, physical, psychological, social, and cognitive functions. Most of the elderly are prone to sleep problems due to various causative factors, one of which is elderly often experience changes in sleep patterns, with around 40 to 50% of the elderly experiencing sleep disturbances. This study aimed to determine the effect of inhalation of lavender aroma therapy on sleep quality in the elderly in RW 003 Harjamukti Village, Cimanggis Depok. This type of research uses quantitative data using apseudo-experimental research design. In this study, the population was 135 respondents and the sample of this study was 34. This study used purposive sampling. The normality test was carried out and the data were analyzed by the Wilcoxon test, to see the effect of giving lavender aroma therapy inhalation on the quality of elderly sleep. Based on the results of the study, it was found that after using lavender aroma therapy there were 30 (88.23%) respondents with a total score < α (0.05) which means it has a very significant difference in value. The results of the Wilcoxon testfound that 4 respondents experienced a decrease after the intervention, 1 remained, and 29 experienced an increase after receiving the intervention. So it can be concluded that the provision of lavender aroma therapy inhalation affects the quality of sleep of the elderly in RW 003 Harjamukti Keluharan Cimanggis Depok in 2022

    Adolescents are prone to nutritional problems due to various factors including: diet, body perception, physical activity, medical conditions, and lifestyle. Adolescent awareness about health and nutrition, as well as knowledge of nutrition could influence that various factors due to nutritional problems in adolescents. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between nutritional awareness, nutritional knowledge, and health awareness on the nutritional status of adolescents. The design of this study was cross-sectional with 98 respondents aged 15-18 years selected by random sampling in SMA Negeri 4 Jakarta. Health awareness data was collected using the Health Conciousness Scale, nutrition awareness using a nutrition awareness questionnaire, and nutrition knowledge using a nutrition knowledge questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman rank test. The results showed that the majority (> 50%) of the respondents had normal nutritional status with sufficient nutritional knowledge and moderate nutrition and health awareness categories. There is no significant relationship between awareness and knowledge of nutrition and health awareness on the nutritional status of respondents (p>0.05). Nutritional awareness, nutritional knowledge, and health awareness are not direct causative factors that can affect nutritional status, so it is supposed that there are other factors that directly influence nutritional status, such as nutritional intake or health status. Future studies are expected to be completed with data on nutritional intake and health status as the direct causative factors of nutritional status

    Adolescence is a period of transition from child to adulthood. This period experienced rapid growth and development both physically and mentally. Young women who have mature reproductive organs and hormones in their bodies will experience menstruation. Cleanliness must be considered because it will affect a person's health and psychology, especially during menstruation. The phenomenon that occurs when young women are still found to be lazy to maintain cleanliness during menstruation. The purpose of this study was to describe the knowledge of young women about personal hygiene during menstruation. The research method used was descriptive research with a cross-sectional design using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 25 Jambi City. This research was conducted from September 2021 to August 2022. As for the population in the study, all 7th grade students at SMP Negeri 25 Jambi City totaled 90 students. The sample is 47 female students. The results showed that there were 21 girls with good knowledge (44.7%), 24 girls (51.1%) enough, and 2 girls (4.3%) lacking. Respondents have sufficient and good knowledge about personal hygiene during menstruation because aged 12 and 13 years are at the understanding stage, which can be interpreted as an ability to explain correctly about known objects, and can interpret the material correctly. It is suggested that schools through UKS can work together with the health team to provide health education about reproductive health, especially personal hygiene during menstruation and for subsequent researchers to develop further research related to different variables

    Pregnant Women Class is a study group for pregnant women with a gestational age between 20 weeks to 32 weeks (before delivery) with a maximum number of 10 participants. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the participation of pregnant women in the working area ofthe Muaro Tembesi Health Center.This research is a type of analytical research with a cross sectional design. The variables studied were age, occupation, availability of information, family support and knowledge, on class participation of pregnant women, population 44 people and the sampling technik uses total sampling so that the  research sample 44 people. Sources of data in this study through primary data, data obtained through questionnaires adobted which been tested  for validity and reliability, Bivariate and Univariate analysts uses statistic test Chi-Square. The results showed that there was a relationship between age and class participation of pregnant women with (p-value = 0.101>0.05), availability of information (p-value = 0.002>0.05), family support (p-value = 1.00> 0.05), and there is no relationship between work and class participation of pregnant women with (p-value = 0.000>0.05), knowledge (p-value = 0.000>0.05). It is hoped that the results of this research can be an input for health workers, especially midwives to improve the provision of health care, especially in the implementation of guidance, coaching and counseling activities in an effort to increase pregnant women in carrying out class activities for pregnant women
