Korelasi Hasil Pemeriksaan Laboratorium dan Diagnostik pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a serious obstacle in health causing death, disease severity, due to the process of oxidative reactions producing free radicals that damage tissues, which are complications of the disease. Complications are micro and macrovascular in the liver and heart which are characterized by increased results of laboratory and diagnostic tests in DM patients during the pandemic. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation between laboratory and diagnostic results in DM patients. The research method uses a correlation design with a cross-sectional approach using secondary data in the form of medical records from March-December 2020, a sample of 25 DM patients who underwent SGOT, SGPT, LDL, and ECG tests were statistically tested with chi-square. The results showed that there was no correlation with laboratory results (LDL, EKG) At most 56% fasting blood sugar was abnormal with abnormal LDL, there was no correlation between laboratory and diagnostic results (LDL) in DM patients with p value = (0.2). There is no correlation between laboratory and diagnostic results (ECG) in DM patients with p value = (0.54). Pengaruh Prenatal Yoga dalam Mengurangi Kecemasan pada Kehamilan: Systematic Literature Review
Such as anxiety, various complications can occur in labor and hinder labor. Anxiety of pregnant women can be overcome with one of the complementary therapies, namely prenatal yoga. The purpose of this study was to analyze and review journals related to the effect of prenatal yoga on anxiety in pregnant women. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review by searching for journals using the Google Scholar, ProQuest, PubMed, and Garuda databases from 2016 – 2021 and the literature selection process using PRISMA diagrams with a Quasy Experimental research design. The results showed that seven out of 9 articles experienced mild anxiety after doing prenatal yoga. Six out of 9 articles doing prenatal yoga twice a week can reduce anxiety. The conclusion of this study is that prenatal yoga is very effective in reducing anxiety in TM III pregnancy. Prenatal yoga which is done twice a week can reduce discomfort during pregnancy, provide comfort so that it can reduce anxiety in TM III pregnant women
Komparasi Efektivitas Daun Salam (Syzygium Polyanthum) dan Jahe (Zingiber Officinale) terhadap Kadar Gula Darah pada Pasien Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2
Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (DMT2) is a major problem in health, the number of deaths, the high cost of care. DMT2 has an increase in glucose (hyperglycemic) due to insulin metabolism problems in the body. Giving bay leaf powder and ginger can reduce blood glucose in patients with T2DM. The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of bay leaves and ginger on blood sugar levels in T2DM patients. The population of all DMT2 patients was 30 people, a sample of 23 DMT2 patients, aged 35-70 years, all DMT2 patients who underwent treatment for 1 week, with a dose of 1 capsule twice per day as much as 1000 mg, analysis using paired test and T-Test. The results of the T-Test value study showed the effect of ginger powder consumption on blood glucose levels in T2DM patients. There is an effect of consumption of bay leaf powder on blood glucose levels in patients with T2DM. There was no significant difference between the consumption of ginger powder and bay leaf on blood glucose levels in patients with T2DM. The recommendation for further research is to conduct further research, prioritizing digging in more detail about confounding factors and observing these confounding factors

Infant morbidity rate is the second indicator in determining the health status of children because it reflects the baby's weak immune system. This is influenced by nutritional factors, socio-economic factors and demographics. Breastfeeding is related to the fulfillment of infant nutrition. Almost all infants in Indonesia (96%) have received breast milk, but infant mortality and morbidity rates are still high. It is still found in the fact that there is a tendency for postpartum mothers to discard some of the colostrum (8.9%) and throw away all of the colostrum (5.9%). There is still a dominant practice of breastfeeding (5.1%) and partial breastfeeding (55.1%) according to the situation and analysis of exclusive breastfeeding by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014. This descriptive study aims to determine the pattern of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers and related factors. The population of this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had a newborn at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The sample in this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had 27 newborns. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted from October 2020 to August 2021 at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The results were analyzed univariately. The results showed that most of the respondents had good knowledge (74.07%), positive attitude (51.9%), high husband support (63%), high support from health workers (77.8%) and exposure to breastfeeding promotion (81.5%). A total of 96.3% of respondents had a pattern of exclusive breastfeeding for 40 days postpartum. It is hoped that the PMB will improve health education programs, especially in the lactation preparation program from the third trimester of pregnancy. Efektivitas Massage Effleurage dan Teknik Relaksasi terhadap Tingkat Nyeri Punggung Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Kenali Besar Kota Jambi
Back pain is one of the most frequently reported complaints by pregnant women, varying from 50% to 70%, even 8% of them result in severe disability. Back pain is described as one of the minor disorders in pregnancy and is one of the causes of the incidence of cesarean delivery. From the initial survey, it was found that 4 out of 6 third trimester pregnant women had back pain complaints. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Massage Effleurage and Relaxation Techniques on back pain in third trimester pregnant women at Kenali Besar Health Center Jambi City in 2021. This study was a quasi-experimental study using a two group pre-test and post-test design approach. The population of this study was 78 pregnant women in the third trimester using purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study used the SLOVIN formula so that a sample of 66 people was obtained. Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan terhadap Pengetahuan dan Tindakan Keluarga dalam Pencegahan Penularan Tuberkulosis
Indonesia is a country with the third highest burden of tuberculosis (TB) in the world, after India and China. In 2018, an estimated 845,000 people fell ill and 93,000 died from tuberculosis. Based on 2017 data, 116,000 people died from tuberculosis and 98,000 people died in 2018. It is necessary to know and be aware that 75% of TB patients are in the productive group, meaning that they are in productive ages 15 to 55. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of health education on family knowledge and actions in preventing tuberculosis transmission at the UPTD Puskesmas Payo Selincah Jambi City. This research is a quasi-experimental study with one group pre-post test. The study was carried out at the Payo Selincah Health Center UPTD, Jambi City and was carried out on January 15 to 22, 2022. The population in this study was 35 families with TB and the number of samples was 35 people with total sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire by filling out a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study is univariate and bivariate analysis using paired t-test. This study shows that there is a significant difference between the knowledge of respondents before and after being given health education as indicated by the p value of 0.000 and there is a significant difference between family actions on preventing tuberculosis transmission before and after being given health education with a p value of 0.000. From the research, it is hoped that health workers will carry out health education regarding the prevention of tuberculosis transmission and for further researchers
Pengetahuan, Sikap dan Motivasi Remaja Putri tentang Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara melalui Sadari di SMPN 13 Tanjung Jabung Timur
According to GLOBOCAN data (IARC) in 2012 it is known that breast cancer is a cancer with the highest percentage of new cases (after controlling for age), which is 43.3%, and the percentage of deaths (after controlling for age) due to breast cancer is 12.9 %. This research is a correlation analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were 145 teenage girl. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling namely 59 sampling, where the research was conducted by filling out a questionnaire, analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study showed that from 59 respondents, the majority of respondents had poor knowledge, namely 36 respondents (61%), the majority of respondents had a negative attitude, namely 45 respondents (76.3%), the majority of respondents had low motivation, namely 31 respondents (52.5 %) and there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude and motivation of young women and early detection of breast cancer through BSE at SMP N 13 Tanjung Jabung Timur with p values of 0.000, 0.000 and 0.001 respectively
Pengaruh Senam Kegel terhadap Inkontinensia Urin pada Ibu Post Partum di PMB Nuri Kota Jambi
Many postpartum women experience urinary incontinence due to an injury during delivery or it is called pressure urinary incontinence because it is closely related to vaginal delivery due to the lowering of the baby's head, causing pelvic floor dysfunction. In Indonesia, the incidence of urinary incontinence in postpartum mothers is 34.1% in the first 6 weeks postpartum and decreases to 27.7% after the postpartum period. Exercise that aims to strengthen the periurethral and vaginal muscles of the mother so that they can function optimally again. This research is a type of pre-experimental research using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population were all postpartum mothers in PMB Nuri Jambi City, which amounted to 119 respondents (in January-March), taking samples using the Accidental Sampling technique as many as 41 respondents. This research was conducted at PMB Nuri Jambi City in June 2021 - July 2021. The data processing in this study used univariate and bivariate analysis and the Shapiro Wilk statistical test because the data were normally distributed with p-value > 0.05. The results of this study using the T test obtained p-value = 0.000 <0.05. Which shows there is an effect of Kegel exercises on urinary incontinence before and after being given Kegel exercises. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Kegel exercises can prevent urinary incontinence in postpartum mothers
Analisa Korelasional terhadap Motivasi dan Kinerja Tim Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja di Unit Kesehatan Remaja
The low motivation may decrease the health professional performance. Work motivation and teamwork performance may affect the capacity of the labor contribution. Motivation will also increase the effort and enthusiasmto achieve the high productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation andteamwork performance in the adolescent health outpatient facility care worker around Blitar City.The correlational - cross sectional designwas used. The population were all health professionals who work as PKPR teams in the adolescent health outpatient facility care as intregated health service unit working area of Public Health Department around Blitar City.The total of 30 respondents recruited using total sampling. The Spearman Rho statistical test used to analize the data. The result showed about 18 repondents (60%) had a high work motivation and about 17 respondents (56.7 %) showed good level of teamwork performance. There is a relationship of work motivation and teamwork performance with p = 0.003 and rs = 0.522. The teamwork performance can reinforce and improved by increasing the motivation of employees. It is recommend to increase the work motivation trough competition and appreciation of the work. The efforts of employee improvement motivation should also be supported within conducive work culture
Kecemasan Lansia dengan Kondisi Penyakit Kronis
Anxiety is one of the psychological problems that are often experienced by the elderly with chronic diseases. Chronic diseases are diseases that are often suffered by the elderly such as heart, endocrine, and nervous diseases. Anxiety is a psychological disorder, characterized by anxiety, restlessness, somatic that the object is not clear. Elderly with anxiety disorders will experience a decrease in the immune system so that it is easy for the elderly to be infected with diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the anxiety of the elderly with chronic disease conditions. This type of research is descriptive with purposive sampling technique. The total population is 55 elderly with a total sample of 49 elderly. Data collection techniques used guided interviews using the Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS) questionnaire consisting of 25 question items. The results of the descriptive analysis were obtained from 49 elderly as many as 30 elderly (61.22%) experienced minimal anxiety, 16 elderly (30.61%) experienced mild anxiety and 3 elderly (6.12%) experienced moderate anxiety. The conclusion of the anxiety of the elderly with chronic disease conditions, most of the elderly experience minimal anxiety. It is recommended for the Elderly Posyandu in Banjar Blangsinga to improve psychological intervention programs such as laughter therapy, mind therapy to reduce anxiety in the elderly with chronic disease conditions
