POOR ACADEMIC SUPERVISION AUTHORITY OF THE HEAD OF MADRASAH ALIYAH(MA) IN IMPROVING TEACHER PERFORMANCE

The head of the madrassa in carrying out the main duties and functions of academic supervision has optimal authority in improving teacher performance. This study aims to analyze the use of the academic supervisory authority of the madrassa principals in improving the performance of Madrassa Aliyah (MA) teacher in West Aceh District. This study uses a descriptive analytical approach in revealing the problem of using the authorities, obligations and powers of the madrassa principals in improving teacher performance. Methods of data collection were carried out through observation, interviews and study of program documents and academic supervision activities. Data processing techniques were conducted by means of data verification, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions from research results. The data analysis technique is by reflecting, interpreting and compiling an action plan on the research results. The results showed that the use of the academic supervision authority of the madrassa principals was still categorized as weak in improving teacher performance. Madrasah principals still do not take it seriously in using their authority in planning academic supervision programs. The heads of the madrassas in carrying out the obligations of implementing the academic supervision program are still not in accordance with the applicable technical instructions. The power of the heads of madrassas in carrying out innovations in academic supervision programs has not been utilized properly to improve teacher performance. These findings can be recommended to the head of the Regency/City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office and madrasa supervisors to carry out programmatic guidance and training for madrasa principals on the implementation of academic supervision in Madrassa.

Get PDFThrough the Ministry of Education and Culture, the government is taking firm steps to break the chain of the spread of the virus, especially to children, by closing schools and moving teaching and learning activities at home or blindly. This firm decision taken by the government was not without risk, but it had to be taken considering that schools are locations that are prone to the spread of cluster viruses. The teacher, as a school liaison, becomes a liaison, namely, community relations from the school to its students. For this reason, this study aims to determine the social reality of teacher cyber communication in courageous learning at Widya Patria 2 Vocational School. In this study, descriptive methods and qualitative studies were used, namely looking at teacher communication strategies in online teaching through the concept of cyberculture with three perspectives, namely the perspective material, symbolic, and student experiences, so that they are motivated to study during a pandemic. Methods of data collection or information retrieval is done by literature study, interviews, and searches from the internet. This research is expected to be an evaluation and learning of cyberculture which becomes a cyber social reality at the Technology Preparedness Level, and for evaluation in brave learning so that brave learning can be adapted and followed by teachers and students in communicating

No full textتعد خريطة المفاهيم وسيلة من وسائل التعليم التي تتدور في ترقية فهم الطلاب نحو فهم المادة، وفي هذا البحث تستعملها الباحثة في تعليم القواعد النحوية بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية في الجامعة الإسلامية الحكومية لنجسا. يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة فعالية استخدام وسيلة خريطة المفاهيم في تعليم القواعد النحوية ولمعرفة ترقية استجابة الطلاب نحو استخدام وسيلة خريطة المفاهيم في تعليم القواعد. وأما المنهج البحث المستخدم فهو منهج تجريبي مع استخدام الاستبانة والاختبار. أما نتائج من هذا البحث فهي: أن استخدام وسيلة خريطة المفاهيم كان يرقى استجابة الطلاب في فهم المادة، وهذا بناء على نتائج الاستبانة وتدل على أنهم يرغبون في استخدام خريطة المفاهيم في تعليم القواعد النحوية. وكذالك فعالية في ترقية كفاءة على القواعد ودليل على هذا أن النتيجة من المجموعة التجريبية أعلى من النتيجة المجموعة الضابطة كما حصل حساب أن النتيجة (TTEST=3,41) أكبر من(TTABEL=1,761).Mind mapping is one of the learning media that play an important role in improving students' ability to understand the material. In this study, researchers used mind mapping in Qawa'idun nahwi learning at the Arabic Language Education Study Program, IAIN Langsa. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using mind mapping media. in learning qawa'idun nahwi and knowing the increase in student responses in learning Qawa'idun Nahwi. The research method that researchers use in this study is Experimental Research. Research instrument for collecting test data and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the application of mind mapping media can increase student responses in learning, based on the results of the questionnaire showing that students like qawa'id learning and can improve students' abilities in Qawa'idun Nahwi learning and can improve student responses. The proof is that the results of the experimental group are higher than the control group because it is calculated that the results (T-TEST=3.41) are greater than (T-TABEL=1.761).Peta konsep merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang sangat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami materi, pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan peta konsep dalam pembelajaran Qawa'idun Nahwi pada Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab IAIN Langsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan respon siswa dalam pembelajaran Qawa'idun Nahwi serta mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media peta konsep dalam pembelajaran qawa’id. Adapun metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian untuk mengumpulkan data tes dan angket. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan media peta konsep dapat meningkatkan respon mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran, berdasarkan hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa para mahasiswa menyukai pembelajaran qawa’id serta dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran Qawa'idun Nahwi, buktinya adalah bahwa hasil kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelompok kontrol, karena dihitung bahwa hasilnya (TTEST=3,41) lebih besar dari (TTABEL=1,761)
UPAYA GURU MENGATASI KESULITAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA MATERI PENJUMLAHAN DAN PENGURANGAN BERSUSUN
Get PDFOne branch of science that cannot be separated from human life is mathematics. However, quite a few students have difficulty understanding mathematical concepts. In this case the role of the teacher is very important to provide solutions to these problems. The purpose of this research is to determine the teacher's efforts to overcome difficulties in understanding mathematical concepts in addition and subtraction materials in class II MIN 2 Palangka Raya City. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the homeroom teacher of class II MIN 2 Palangka Raya City who taught mathematics subjects. This research uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques to collect data. The results of the research show that there are six efforts made by teachers to overcome students' difficulties in understanding the concept of sequential addition and subtraction material. These six efforts include: (1) Teacher before learning. Teacher ensures student readiness first; (2) Use of concrete media or teaching aids that are relevant to the teaching material; (3) Providing Assignments According to Students' Level of Thinking; (4) The teacher gives students freedom to learn and solve problems with and (5) Eliminates students' fear by taking an approach. Through these efforts, students' difficulties can be handled well so that students will further develop in understanding mathematics

So, we need to know the rules of a group or organization led by a woman, as well as the rules of a very big country. This paper mostly talks about three things. The first is about the verses in the Qur'an and the sayings of the Prophet that, when looked at lafadz, show that women can't be in charge. This will be described in more detail. In the second discussion, a verse is given that scholars use to say that a woman can lead a group, organization, or state. This is followed by the scholars' interpretations of these verses, which can be used as evidence that a woman can be a leader. Then, in the last discussion, stories were told about women in charge, because this isn't a new thing. It's been happening since ancient times, which makes us sure and think that a woman can be in charge of an organization.Kepemimpinan perempuan merupakan sebuah fonemena yang pada zaman sekarang sudah sering terjadi diberbagai wilayah dan tempat. Karena itu maka kita harus mengetahui hukum suatu kelompok atau organisasi yang dipimpin oleh seorang perempuan dan bahkan sebuah negara yang cakupannya sangat besar. Terdapat tiga pembahasan pokok dalam tulisan ini. Pertama mengenai ayat Al-Qur’an dan hadits nabi yang jika dilihat secara lafadz menunjukan pelarangan kepemimpinan perempuan dan akan dijelaskan secara terperinci. Didalam pembahasan kedua disana menyajikan ayat yang dengan ayat tersebut para ulama memperbolehkan seorang perempuan memimpin sebuah perkumpulan, organisasi dan negara dan akan diikuti dengan penfsiran para ulama tentang ayat-ayat tersebut sehingga bisa dijadikan dasar kebolehan akan seorang perempuan menjadi pemimpin. Kemudian dipembahasan terakhir disajikan kisah-kisah tentang kepemimpinan seorang perempuan, sebab bukan hanya masa kini saja fenomena tersebut muncul, sejak zaman dahulu sudah terjadi hal tersebut yang jika kita mendengarnya menjadikan yakin dan percaya akan kepemimpina suatu perempuan dalam suatu perkumpulan

Sistem hukum Eropa kontinental adalah salah satu sistem yang memberi pengaruh terhadap sistem hukum Indonesia, yaitu dengan menjadikan peradilan administrasi sebagai elemen penting dari konstitusi negara yang sah. Persoalan penyalahgunaan wewenang oleh otoritas publik memunculkan Hukum Tata Usaha Negara yang memeberikan dampak perubahan terhadap kewenangan mutlak dari Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara yaitu dengan memberikan kewenangan kepada Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara untuk mengambil keputusan. Salah satu lembaga informal di bidang pendidikan agama yang marak di masyarakat adalah Taman Pendidikan al-Quran. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil laporan dari kegiatan pengabdian berupa pendampingan di Balai Pengajian Al-Hidayah yang berlokasi di Desa Sukarejo Kecamatan Langsa Timur, Kota Langsa Provinsi Aceh. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa metode pelatihan dan pemodelan, yaitu melatih para santri mengajar dan menganalisa kesalahan bacaan santri lainnya dengan memberikan model bacaan yang benar. THE FOUR PILLARS OF EDUCATION BY UNESCO AND THE METAVERSE: REPOSITIONING ISLAMIC EDUCATION

This research uses literature study as a qualitative method and approach. Primary sources and secondary sources that are relevant to the research variables are traced first to obtain the required data. Data is classified to facilitate analysis and drawing conclusions. The four pillars namely learning to know, learning to do, learning to be and learning to live together have principles that are aligned and Islamic education can use them in the learning process. The Metaverse, which offers a more complex life in the virtual realm, offers many benefits as well as several risks. Metaverse eases the learning process and reduces time and space constraints. Metaverse also helps provide a more comprehensive understanding of learning materials. However, there are issues of morality that have the potential to be violated in virtual space. In fact, the virtual realm is not a value-free realm and is still bound by the values espoused by civilized society. Islamic education has a role to strengthen the application of these values so that people do not fall into immoral acts even though they are carried out in the virtual realm as the second realm of life in this era. It is necessary to strengthen the morality of society so that there is no dichotomy in the living space which can lead to actions that demean human dignity and violate the rights of other individuals
