DIMENSI KEMANUSIAAN DALAM ALQURAN DAN HADIS
No full textThe scholars agreed that the Quran is the primary source of Islamic law. On the one hand, the Quran's verses, particularly those dealing with the law, are extremely limited. Human deeds related to the law, on the other hand, continue to evolve. As a result, it is clear that there are human actions for which there is no explicit rule of law in the Quran. According to the author of this article, development steps are required because the Koran states that its presence is for human guidance in various aspects. In the form of a study of criteria in order to develop the deeds mentioned in the Koran. The author of this article attempts to explain and analyze the dimensions of humanity in the Koran in relation to human deeds using a lughawi approach and the principles of al-wadh'u, al-isti'm â l, and al-â mlu.Para ulama sepakat menempatkan Alquran pada urutan pertama dan utama sebagai sumber hukum Islam. Pada satu sisi, ayat-ayat Alquran sangat terbatas khususnya ayat-ayat yang berkenaan dengan hukum. Pada sisi lain, perbuatan- perbuatan manusia yang berkenaan dengan hukum terus saja mengalami perkembangan. Dengan demikian, dapat dipastikan bahwa ada perbuatan manusia yang secara tegas tidak terdapat aturan hukumnya dalam Alquran. Menurut penulis artikel ini, disebabkan Alquran menyatakan bahwa kehadirannya adalah untuk petunjuk bagi manusia dalam berbagai aspek, maka diperlukan langkah- langkah pengembangan. Berupa kajian kriteria supaya perbuatan yang disebutkan oleh Alquran dapat dikembangkan. Melalui pendekatan lughawi dan mengacu kepada prinsip-prinsip al-wadh‟u, al-isti‟mâl dan al-âmlu, penulis artikel ini coba memaparkan dan menganalisis dimensi-dimensi kemanusiaan dalam Alquran dalam kontesnya dengan perbuatan manusia

JUSTICE PRINCIPLES IN SYUF’AH RIGHTS TOWARDS LAND COMMERCE ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC CONCEPT IN ACEH
Get PDFAceh province is densely packed with Islamic culture and beliefs, particularly those concerning the selling and acquisition of land. There are provisions for Shuf'ah rights in the buying and selling of land under Aceh customary law. One of the customary rights in Aceh is the right of Syuf’ah, which is a particular rule that applies in the sale and purchase of land and its usage and emphasizes noble values, one of which is the value of justice. In Aceh Province, the practice of buying and selling land related to Langgeh Rights (Syuf’ah) is still not going well, because there are no specific provisions governing the implementation of Langgeh Rights (Syuf’ah). Furthermore, two legal provisions control dispute resolution: Qanun No. 10 of 2002 concerning Islamic Sharia Courts and Law No. 44 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Aceh's Privileges. This adds to the legal uncertainties surrounding the settlement of Langgeh Rights (Syuf’ah). A normative legal method was applied in this study. The purpose of this research was to determine the application of the justice principle in the Langgeh Rights (Syuf’ah) and the resolution of Langgeh Rights (Syuf’ah) conflicts in the buying and selling of land in Aceh.

Pondok pesantren dalam hal ini melalui Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syari’ah (KSPPS) BMT Al-Hikmah menyadari akan tantangan itu kemudian mengambil andil untuk memberdayakan setiap potensi yang ada di masyarakat. Rumusan masalah, bagaimana strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui (BMT) yang di lakukan oleh KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung dalam Mewujudkan Kemandirian Usaha dan Ketahanan Ekonomi Keluarga, dan implikasi strategi pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat dalam proses pemberdayaan sebelum dan sesudah. Jenis penilitian Deskriptif Kualitatif, sumber data primer dan skunder, subjek penelitian 8 orang nasabah ditambah 2 orang karyawan, dengan teknik pengumpulan data interview, observasi, dokumentasi, redukasi data dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian strategi pemberdayaan yang dilakukan KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah melalui potensi wirausaha mandiri dalam meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga. Melalui tiga tahapan yaitu pemberdayaan, pengkapasitasan, dan pendayaan, Implikasi strategi yang dilakukan merupakan solusi atas berbagai masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat sehingga mampu meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan ekonomi serta ketahanan keluarga

This is evidenced by the existence of special sharia rules or called Qanun set by the MPU. These rules must of course be accompanied by appropriate practices, not limited to a single product. The practice in question is, carrying out all kinds of rules that have been established as a society with the application of applicable law. The implementation of zakat has encountered many obstacles because it is still not followed by an adequate level of understanding on how to implement zakat. The lack of understanding of the types of assets that are obligatory on zakat and the payment mechanism guided by Islamic law causes the implementation of zakat worship to be highly dependent on each individual. The type of research that the writer uses is descriptive qualitative research with the method of case studies (case studies) and field studies (field research). In this study, the authors conducted a study directly in the field to obtain concrete data regarding the preparation for mining zakat in Aceh. The research approach that will be used in this paper is a normative juridical approach and an empirical juridical approach. The rules regarding zakat in Aceh itself are certainly sufficient, especially on mining zakat, as written in Aceh Qanun Number 10 of 2012, but the practice of enforcing Qanuns faced by the current government is still the main factor in hampering the process of collecting and distributing zakat. there are still many groups who think that zakat on mining goods is the same as trade zakat, which is then paid by the company when it reaches the haul. Tulisan ini berusaha memotret manajemen profesi guru berbasis kaderisasi yang dilakukan di Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Medan sebagai faktor yang memiliki peran besar dalam pengembangan dan pertahanan lembaga. Gambaran mengenainya penting untuk dielaborasi dengan tujuan manarasikan best practice yang dapat diduplikasi lembaga-lembaga semisal. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah yang telah lazim dikenal yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tabulasi data direduksi untuk kemudian disimpulkan bahwa manajemen profesi guru ada pada proses rekrutmen dan peningkatan mutu. Untuk yang pertama bersifat penyemaian bibit guru, sedangkan yang kedua merupakan pematangan posisi guru sebagai sosok yang diteladani. Tulisan ini ditutup dengan diskusi mengenai upaya pematangan basis kaderisasi di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan guna merespon ketimpangan yang sering terjadi antara pertumbuhan kuantitas lembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang diselenggarakan dengan peningkatan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan di dalamnya.
Abstract
This article attempts to present cadre-based professional management of teachers at the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School in Medan as a factor that plays an important role in the development and defense of the institution. This discussion is very important to provide an overview and show that the practices used by the institutions studied can be duplicated. The method used is qualitative with known steps: interviews, observation, and documentation. All data is reduced to conclude that teacher professional management is involved in recruitment and quality improvement. The first is about teacher development, and the second is about maturing the teacher's position as a role model. This article ends with a discussion on efforts to develop regeneration bases in educational institutions to eliminate the discrepancy between the growth in the number of educational institutions and improving the quality of education.

No full textArtikel ini bertujuan membahas mengenai Pre-Trial Justice dalam sistem peradilan pidana sebagau upaya untuk perlindungan terhadap hak-hak tersangka. Kajian dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana agar hak-hak tersangka yang berhadapan dengan hukum dapat terlindungi dari tindakan sewenang-wenang dari upaya pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum yang melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap tersangka, karena mengingat setiap orang (tersangka) juga harus dijamin hak asasi nya walaupun ber status sebagai orang yang melanggar norma hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan dalam penulisan penelitian ini diperoleh dari berbagai sumber atau bahan rujukan yaitu antara lain dari buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan serta bahan rujukan yang lainnya yang mempunyai kaitan dengan pembahasan yang sedang dikaji. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, agar hak-hak tersangka dapat terlindungi maka pada tahapan pre trial Justice (pra persidangan) harus selalu mengedepankan asas-asas hukum yang bisa menjamin terlindunginya hak-hak tersangka selama dalam proses pemeriksaan, asas-asas hukum tersebut ialah Presumption of innocence, accusatoir, In dubio pro reo serta asas-asas hukum lainnya. Selain Asas-asas tersebut juga ada proses tahapan pra peradilan yang bisa menjamin perlindungan terhadap hak-hak tersangka. Strategies and Efforts to Increase Children's Interest in Reading in Gampong Mamplam

Good reading interest is an indicator of literacy progress as well as an indicator of the nation's progress. The steps taken in this service are by having a mini library filled with interesting story books where every 5 days a week before starting the activity there is a reading together. This strategy is created and implemented by students with the aim of increasing reading interest in children in Mamplam village, with frequent reading every day makes children accustomed to reading activities. These strategies and efforts show the result that having a mini library is able to develop an interest in reading in children in Gampong Mamplam, which becomes a change in the children and makes them more enthusiastic about reading

These include regulating how to organize work specialization, delegation of authority, and chain of command. This research aims to determine the strategy of school heads in organizing work specialization, organizing delegation of authority, and organizing the chain of command at MIN 16 West Aceh. To achieve this goal, this research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were the head of the school, deputy head of the school, head of administration, head of library, homeroom teacher and teacher at MIN 16 West Aceh. The results of the research show that: (1) The school head's strategy in organizing work specialization is by paying attention to diploma qualifications and placing people to carry out tasks according to their expertise, by dividing work among school personnel in the form of dividing tasks and responsibilities according to their teaching abilities. with an education diploma, (2) The school head's strategy in organizing the delegation of authority is carried out with the initial step of deliberation with teachers and school employees to discuss the work that will be delegated to school personnel. Then determine the results of the deliberation in a Decree, and supervise the performance of teachers and employees. (3) The school head's strategy in organizing the chain of command by paying attention to the organizational structure and work control of all school apparatus. The chain of command in the organizational structure of MIN 16 West Aceh is led by the head of the school assisted by the deputy head of the school for other sections such as coordinating with the deputy head of curriculum, student affairs and community relations. Then there is the treasurer, head of administration and administrative staff assisted by the operator. Next there are homeroom teachers and a board of study teachers and security guards
