Get PDFIn the midst of the dynamics of Indonesian education, learning evaluation plays a very important role. Evaluations not only measure student achievement, but also identify effective teaching methods. The success of teaching is not only seen from the learning outcomes achieved by students, but also in terms of the process. To determine the success of learning objectives, an educator needs to carry out learning evaluations. In conducting evaluations, teachers are given the freedom to determine their own form of evaluation used. There are many types of evaluation tools in learning such as multiple choice, essays, matching and many more. The aim of this evaluation is to make it easier for a teacher to carry out a task or achieve a goal effectively and efficiently. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using essays as a learning evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The technique used in data collection was an interview with one of the 4th grade teachers at MIN 2 Palangka Raya City. The research results show that the use of essays in mathematics subjects in grade 4 is more effective than using other forms of evaluation. Because, students can be invited to think more critically in working on the questions given, so that students can solve them well

Get PDFArtikel ini membahas tentang hukum waris di Desa Sumberjo, Kabupaten Blitar, yang mengikuti tradisi turun-temurun. Penulis ingin mengetahui relevansi dan keadilan dari hukum waris Islam dan hukum waris adat yang berlaku di desa tersebut. Jika dilihat sepintas bahwa hukum waris Islam lebih sesuai dengan aturan keagamaan dan ketakwaan, tetapi kurang adil dalam hal pembagian waris kepada ahli waris. Sebaliknya, hukum waris adat lebih adil dalam hal pemberian bagian yang sama kepada ahli waris, tetapi bertentangan dengan hukum Islam. Penulis berusaha menggali aspek keadilan dari kedua sistem hukum tersebut dan mengusulkan implementasi pembagian harta waris yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat Desa Sumberjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan socio legal. Penulis menarik kesimpulan bahwa jika keadilan berdasarkan aspek kepentingan atau subjektif maka keharmonisan dalam struktur keluarga akan menjadi sebuah keniscayaan. Kemudian, dasar pelaksanaan pembagian waris yang dipakai masyarakat di Desa Sumberjo yaitu umumnya berdasarkan tradisi yang telah dianut secara turun-temurun. Selanjutnya pelaksanaan pembagian harta waris di Desa Sumberjo dilakukan setelah si pewaris meninggal dunia, biasanya dilakukan setelah atau pada saat hari ke 7, 40, 100, 1000 atau setahunnya pewaris wafat

Shopee memiliki beberapa alternatif metode pembayaran, salah satunya pembayaran dengan dicicil yang dikenal dengan shopee paylater. Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui serta menganalisis praktik penggunaan shopee paylater berdasarkan hukum ekonomi syariah pada aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa praktik penggunaan metode pembayaran Shopee paylater ini tidak diperbolehkan atau dihukumi haram dikarenakan transaksi hutang antara pembeli dan Shopee terdapat bunga atau manfaat yang diterima oleh Shopee, hal ini masuk dalam kategori riba yakni Riba Qardh. Penerapan denda keterlambatan pembayaran tagihan paylater dalam transaksi jual beli di Shopee juga belum sesuai karena terdapat penambahan nominal saat pembayaran denda tersebut, hal ini masuk dalam kategori Riba Jahiliah, maka hukumnya haram
BLENDED LEARNING: LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
Get PDFIn the current digital era, teachers are not the main learning resource for students, because students can access online learning resources. Changing the teacher's strategy in teaching is one way that teachers can do to get maximum learning outcomes. The blended learning model with the flipped classroom type can be implemented in the classroom by combining online learning at home and face-to-face in class. This study aims to determine the effect of this model on improving student learning outcomes.The method used is a quasi-experimental quantitative design. The population were all students of SMA Negeri 2 Meulaboh Aceh Barat with a sample of 60 students. The sampling technique in this study was by purposive sampling method. The research results showed that the test scores (pretest and posttest) in the control class and experimental class with a significance level of ∝=0.025 obtained t-test of 29.45 while the t-table had a value of 2.04. Because the t-test value is greater than the t-table value, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence from the application of the Blended Learning learning model with the flipped classroom type on the completeness of student learning outcomes

Get PDFOne of the important hard skills to learn in the current Society 5.0 era is the ability to operate computer devices with software and features such as Adobe Photoshop which can facilitate photo editing. Photo editing skills are worth learning by students because they can bring benefits and value. To make it easier for students to understand the material, the team used a training method with the Think Pair Share (TPS) technique combined with pre-test and post-test instruments as a measuring tool to review and assess the development or changes in students' knowledge and understanding before and after dedication is carried out. The final results obtained from the pre-test and post-test show that after the students participated in this activity their knowledge increased regarding graphic design in general and photo editing in particular.

Kemampuan pengeditan foto patut dipelajari oleh siswa/i karena dapat mendatangkan benefit dan value. Untuk memudahkan para siswa/i menangkap materi yang disampaikan maka tim menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan teknik Think Pair Share (TPS) yang dikombinasikan dengan instrumen pre-test dan post-test sebagai alat ukur meninjau dan menilai perkembangan atau perubahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa/i sebelum dan setelah pengabdian dilakukan. Hasil akhir yang didapat dari pembagian pre-test dan post-test menerangkan bahwa setelah para siswa/i mengikuti kegiatan ini pengetahuannya bertambah mengenai desain grafis secara umum dan pengeditan foto secara khusus.

Financial Performance Analysis of Bank Aceh's During the Covid-19: RGEC Approaches
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors in Indonesia, including the banking industry. This study aims to compare the financial performance of PT Bank Aceh Syariah before and during the Covid-19 pandemic using the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) analysis method. Secondary data used in this research were obtained from the financial statements of Bank Aceh Syariah published on the bank's official website. Data analysis was conducted using the independent sample t-test hypothesis testing. The results indicate that there were no significant differences in the ratios of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) between the periods before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. These findings suggest that Bank Aceh Syariah has been able to maintain its financial performance despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. This study contributes to the understanding of the resilience and adaptability of Islamic banks in the face of economic shocks and highlights the importance of robust risk management and governance practices in ensuring financial stability during times of crisis

Etrepreneurship management, especially in an educational organization, is the creative and innovative use of economic potential with the courage to face risks to gain profits that are useful for the success of the program in the educational organization. One of the Dayah that develops entrepreneurial management is Dayah Serambi Aceh. There are several types of businesses run by Dayah Serambi Aceh, namely grocery stores, bookstores and hardware store. This research aims to determine the entrepreneurship management carried out by Dayah Serambi Aceh which includes the functions of planning, implementation, supervision and evaluation as well as to determine the obstacles faced by managers in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. This research used a qualitative approach with seven research subjects. The data collection techniques are through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the entrepreneurship planning carried out by Dayah Serambi Aceh includes planning the type of business, the amount of business capital, the location of the business and the schedule for implementing the business. Then implementation is carried out by establishing a work contract for managers for each business with an incentive distribution of 60% of profits for Dayah Serambi Aceh and 40% of profits for managers calculated from annual sales profits. Furthermore, supervision is carried out by the leadership of Dayah Serambi Aceh by making regular visits to each business. And evaluation is carried out by assessing business performance, determining business development prospects and fixing things that are still obstacles in carrying out entrepreneurial activities. The obstacles faced by business managers are insufficient knowledge and expertise in the field of entrepreneurship and marketing reach which is still narrow in scope

Get PDFAl-Quran as an element of PAI and Budi Pekerti in the Merdeka Curriculum has continuous learning outcomes and teaching materials from primary to secondary education levels. However, the reality on the ground shows that the level of Quran literacy among students in Indonesia is still low. To overcome this, it is necessary to map based on Quran literacy components such as reading according to tajweed, writing, memorizing and interpreting. This is the purpose of this study to ensure that the Learning Outcomes and Teaching Materials for PAI and Budi Pekerti in the Merdeka Curriculum are in accordance with the development of students and the concept of Islamic teachings about the Quran. This research is a qualitative research with content analysis method. The data sources are curriculum documents and PAI and Budi Pekerti textbooks for the Merdeka Curriculum version, which are analyzed through a document study approach. The results of the study provide findings in the form of mapping learning outcomes and teaching materials for PAI and Budi Pekerti elements of the Al-Quran in the Merdeka Curriculum on the Al-Quran literacy component from primary to secondary education levels
ANALISIS METODE YANBU’A DALAM MENINGKATKAN BACA TULIS AL-QUR’AN: (Studi di TPQ Raudlatu Usyaqil Qur’an dan TPQ Anwarul Furqon)
Get PDFAl-Qur'an education from an early age is very important for children's development, both intellectually, physically, and mentally, because childhood is a golden phase that determines their future. The Yanbu'a method has proven to be effective in improving the ability to read the Qur'an with correct tajweed and helping children understand the meaning of the verses. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Yanbu'a method in improving the literacy of the Qur'an in TPQ Raudlatu Usyaqil Qur'an and TPQ Anwarul Furqon. This research uses qualitative descriptive research types. The respondents to this study are the ustadz and ustadzah from TPQ Raudlatu Usyaqil Qur'an and TPQ Anwarul Furqon. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data is then reduced to filter and group information based on the same theme, and then data presentation and conclusion are drawn. The results of the study show that the Yanbu'a method is effective in improving the literacy of the Qur'an students. However, there are challenges, such as parental involvement and support, as well as the varying abilities of students. The right strategy is needed to overcome the challenges in the implementation of the Yanbu'a method. The support of parents and the community proved to be an important factor in the success of the program. The Islamic boarding school in this case through the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) BMT Al-Hikmah is aware of the challenge and then takes part in empowering every potential that exists in the community. The formulation of the problem, how is the strategy of community economic empowerment through (BMT) carried out by KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung in Realizing Business Independence and Family Economic Resilience, and the implications of community economic development strategies in the empowerment process before and after. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, primary and secondary data sources, research subjects are 8 customers plus 2 employees, with data collection techniques interview, observation, documentation, data reduction and data analysis. The results of the empowerment strategy research conducted by KSPPS BMT Al-Hikmah through the potential of independent entrepreneurs in increasing family resilience.
