THE LOCAL WISDOM AND HALAL TOURISM PRACTICE IN ACEH
Get PDFThe research aims to discuss the concept of halal tourism based on local wisdom in Aceh Province. The concept of tourism development that remains in synergy with the cultural values of the Acehnese people who are thick with Islamic values. The people of Aceh have a strong commitment to implement Islamic law in a kaffah manner and in all activities of life. Tourism development should not undermine the implementation of Islamic Sharia in Aceh province. This research uses a literature review approach that gathers information from various studies. This research shows that the concept of halal tourism developed in Aceh province should consider three key factors. First, halal tourism must be developed based on the values of Islamic law, based on national law and qanun (regional regulations). Second, the importance of halal certification in hospitality services. Third, halal tourism management is also expected to focus on tourism objects, tourism marketing, tourism industry and institutional development based on SWOT analysis. These three factors need to be fully supported by government policies and the Islamic finance industry. This research is expected to contribute to the development of a local wisdom-based halal tourism industry that is capable of improving the welfare of the community
WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP IN ISLAM IN POST-REFORMATION INDONESIA
Get PDFThis research aims to (1) find out the position of women in Islam (2) find out what the laws regarding women's leadership in Islam are in post-reformation Indonesia. This research was designed using qualitative methods to be able to explain in as much detail as possible the position and legal leadership of women in Islam in post-reformation Indonesia. This type of research is normative research which takes references from books whose subject is women's leadership. Meanwhile, the object of this research is Islamic law relating to women. To collect data, researchers used reading techniques and then recorded the results. Meanwhile, the analysis technique is descriptive. The results of this research are: The development of the existence of women in leadership in post-reformation Indonesia continues to develop. debate between classical scholars and contemporary scholars who disagree with each other in interpreting verses and hadiths regarding women's leadership. In this case, classical scholars indicate that it is prohibited for women to become leaders in public affairs. Recently, contemporary scholars have interpreted contextually the verses and hadiths of the Prophet to understand that Islam does not prohibit women from occupying a position or becoming leaders in public affairs. Even becoming head of state, provided that he meets the criteria and is able to carry out these duties.

Get PDFBased on the identification of the question in the student book Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture that the total number of questions as many as 260 questions. The number of multiple choice questions there are as many as 130 questions and the number of questions uraian as many as 130 questions. The assessment instrument indicated in HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) is a multiple choice of 0 questions, while the description question is 0 questions. The purpose of this study is to analyze hots-based assessment instruments in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This research is a library research (Library Reseach), with data collection techniques through documents. Data analysis used is content analysis. The primary data source of this study is the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The primary data sources in this study are books and research journals related to HOTS assessment instruments. The results showed that the hots (Higher Order Thinking Skill) assessment instrument in the Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Student Book Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture seen from the cognitive level showed that the book has not met the cognitive level of hots-based assessment instruments. There are 130 multiple choice questions and 130 description questions in the book, which include hots-based assessment instruments of C4 cognif level (analyzing) the form of multiple choice questions and 0% descriptions, C5 questions of multiple choice and description questions of 0%, and C6 questions (creating) multiple choice and 0% description questions. Thus, the question in the Student Book of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Revision 2017 Grade VII Issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture is not included in the HOTS level
MODERNITY AND RESISTANCE OF LOCAL KEPISANG WISDOM ON THE ECONOMIC EXISTENCE OF RUSABA COMMUNITIES IN LAMPUNG
Get PDFThe realities of modernity tend to degrade the local wisdom of indigenous communities who utilize natural resources as an economic livelihood, such as the kepisang tradition in Rusaba Village, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. The banana tradition is a community culture that uses bananas as a source of community income. This research aims to analyze the phenomena and factors that influence the durability of Rusaba people's traditional products with other products which are increasingly heterogeneous today.This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with data collection methods, through observation and interviews and sample selection using a purposive sampling technique of ten people including traditional leaders, village heads, village secretaries, members of the Dharma Wanita and several planters and traders. The results of the research reveal that the existence of local kepisang wisdom as a source of income for the Rusaba community is starting to be eroded by foreign products due to low product quality, uncompetitive prices, lack of understanding of market share, poor brand image perception, low use of technology, and lack of protectionism. from local government. To increase the competitiveness of local products, governments and local producers can work together to address these issues through investment in innovation, infrastructure improvements, regulatory reform, and other efforts
OPTIMIZING SHARIA PRINCIPLES THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: A JURIDICAL-ECONOMIC INQUIRY INTO COMBATING FRAUD IN ISLAMIC FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

The research will specifically focus on conducting juridical-economic investigations to prevent fraud. This research seeks to enhance the security of transactions and operations in Islamic financial institutions by assessing the role of artificial intelligence. It also aims to examine the ethical efficiency and compliance implications of integrating artificial intelligence with sharia principles. Additionally, the research aims to create predictive models and algorithms using artificial intelligence to identify fraud patterns that contravene sharia principles. Furthermore, it aims to establish a legal framework that facilitates the use of artificial intelligence in combating fraud within institutions. The findings demonstrate that the implementation of artificial intelligence can greatly enhance the security of transactions and operations within Islamic financial institutions. The incorporation of artificial intelligence into sharia principles enhances efficiency and ethical adherence. Additionally, the creation of prediction models and artificial intelligence algorithms effectively identifies fraudulent tendencies that contravene sharia rules. The research has several consequences, namely, the need to guarantee the security of Islamic financial services, enhance public confidence, and promote the establishment of policies that foster innovation in the Islamic financial sector. The report suggests that Islamic financial institutions should adopt artificial intelligence as a proactive measure to combat fraud. Governments might utilise the research findings as a basis for formulating policies that facilitate the incorporation of artificial intelligence in Islamic financial institutions. These proposals urge technology suppliers, Islamic consultants, and regulators to actively participate in applying research findings, guiding ethical norms, and establishing rules that promote innovation in the Islamic financial industry. Therefore, this research significantly contributes to the development of a financial ecosystem that prioritises safety, fairness, and adherence to sharia principles for the betterment of society

Usually, durians in this village are only consumed or sold as fresh fruits, which causes residents not to get maximum profits from selling the fruit, this is due to the residents' lack of insight and creativity. Therefore, education and training are necessary to process durians into high-value culinary products, such as pancakes, which are currently popular in society. This service uses the Asset-Based Community Development method
(ABCD) through five stages of activity:discovery, dream, design, destiny, reflection, and evaluation. The outcome is increased knowledge and awareness of village women to be creative and innovative and utilize available biological resources to enhance their local economic potential.Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga Desa Alue Gadeng Gampong dalam upaya peningkatan potensi ekonomi lokal melalui pengolahan durian menjadi pancake. Biasanya, durian di desa ini hanya dikonsumsi atau dijual dalam bentuk buah segar yang menyebabkan warga tidak mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dari penjualan buah tersebut, hal ini karena kurangnya wawasan dan kreativitas warga. Oleh karena itu, penyuluhan dan pelatihan diperlukan untuk mengolah durian menjadi produk kuliner bernilai tinggi, seperti pancake yang sedang populer di masyarakat.Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Pengembangan Berbasis Aset Komunitas (ABCD) melalui lima tahapan kegiatan: mengidentifikasi potensi wilayah ( discovery), memimpikan capaian yang akan diperoleh (dream), merancang kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan (design), menetapkan langkah kerja ( destiny), dan refleksi serta evaluasi. Since 2017, the first year of the establishment until 2023, SMP IT Darul Muta'alimin has had an increasing number of students. The article aims to describe how SMPT IT Darul Muta'alimin carries out the institutional promotion process. This study used qualitative methods, including interviews, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The subjects in this study were the head, Vice Principal of public relations, Vice Principal of student affairs, two teachers and five students. Analytical techniques use qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that promotional activities began with the planning stages of institutional promotion carried out through committee work meetings that discussed the type of promotion, the amount of costs and the target area of education promotion. Education promotion activities are carried out in several forms: 1) visits to elementary schools / MIN, 2) distribution of brochures and installation of banners, 3) digital promotion through social media, 4) holding school events, 5) public relations activities, and 6) word of mouth promotion. Furthermore, promotional activities are evaluated through evaluation meetings. In the evaluation process, the team looked at the level of success achieved and the shortcomings of educational promotion activities. Get PDFThe era of Society 5.0 and Industrial Revolution 4.0 brought fundamental changes to the educational landscape, requiring Islamic educational institutions to adapt without losing their identity. This article examines the concept of formulating the vision, mission, goals and programs of Islamic educational institutions in the context of the digital era. This research uses a library research method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data was obtained from primary sources in the form of the Al-Qur'an, Hadith, and the latest publications from reputable Islamic education journals, as well as relevant secondary sources. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of categorization, contextual interpretation and conceptual synthesis. The research results show that these four elements must be formulated based on the integration of modern management and Islamic values interpreted contextually. The main finding is the concept of "technological ijtihad", namely an effort to reinterpret classical Islamic concepts to make them relevant to the digital era. The vision must respond to global issues, the mission includes Islamic "digital citizenship", the goals are formulated using SMART and VUCA Prime principles, while the program integrates Islamic boarding school values with technology. This approach resulted in a creative synthesis between tradition and modernity, which gave birth to a "techno-spiritual" generation. This article contributes to providing a conceptual framework for Islamic educational institutions to formulate strategic directions that are in line with Islamic identity and the demands of the times, so that they can produce graduates who are superior intellectually, technologically and spiritually

As a social media platform that is popular to used, Instagram has become an educational platform for its users, one of which is as a medium for mental health education. One of the psychoeducational accounts that uses Instagram social media as a means to build awareness of the importance of mental health is Studio Jiwa. The use of social media in the health sector has shown the urgency in providing accurate and up-to-date health information. The thoughts of religious figures also have the potential to provide valuable insight into mental health. One of them is the thoughts of Abu Zayd Al-Balkhi in his work Mashâlih al-Abdân wa al-Anfus. This research aims to answer the problem formulation of how to analyze the content of @studiodjiwa Instagram content according to Philipp Mayring's Qualitative Content Analysis theory and the dominant message indicators in @studiodjiwa Instagram content. The research uses a qualitative approach. The technique used to obtain the data needed in this research is by observing and documenting. Then, to analyze Studio Jiwa's content, Philipp Mayring's qualitative content analysis theory was used. The results of the research show that there are 7 contents from 14 November 2023 to 11 April 2024, of which 5 contents are included in the indicator category for maintaining Al-Balkhi's mental health internally, and 2 contents maintain health externally. Meanwhile, the dominant message indicator in @studiodjiwa Instagram content is an indicator of maintaining mental health internally
