PENERAPAN METODE TWO STAY TWO STRAY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATERI IMAN KEPADA HARI AKHIR MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI
Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi iman kepada hari akhir mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti melalui metode two stay two stray. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah fase C kelas V SDN 3 Kaidipang Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025, yang terdiri dari 10 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh metode Two Stay Two Stray berhasil meningkatkan gasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Iman Kepada Hari Akhir. Sebelum diterapkannya metode Two Stay Two Stray hasil belajar peserta didik hanya 1 peserta didik (10%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 64.0. setelah diterapkannya metode tersebut pada siklus 1 sebanyak 4 peserta didik (40%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 72.0. dan pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan sebanyak 9 peserta didik (90%) tuntas dalam pembelajaran dengan nilai rata-rata 81.0. peserta didik lebih semangat dan antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, karena metode ini mendukung peserta didik untuk berperan secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Melalui Work Engagement dan Kepuasan Kerja
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of transactional leadership, workload, and work environment on the performance of civil servants (ASN) through work engagement and job satisfaction at the Representative Office of BKKBN in West Sulawesi Province. This research employs a quantitative design with a sample size of 53 employees. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.8. The findings reveal that transactional leadership has a positive influence on the performance of civil servants. The workload assigned to civil servants also positively affects their performance. However, there is no evidence that the work environment directly influences the performance of civil servants. Work engagement significantly affects civil servants’ performance, and job satisfaction has a notable impact on improving their performance. Transactional leadership not only directly influences the performance of civil servants but also indirectly through job satisfaction. Workload influences performance through work engagement, while job satisfaction partially mediates the effect of transactional leadership on civil servant performance. Similarly, job satisfaction mediates the influence of workload on performance. However, the work environment does not directly contribute to improving civil servants\u27 performanc
Determination of ROE, DER, and EPS on Stock Prices: A Study on State-Owned Banks On The Indonesia Stock Exchange

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the Stock Price of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method uses panel data regression with the Fixed Effects Model approach and the Hausman Test to determine the most appropriate model. The findings show that ROE has a negative but not significant effect on the Stock Price, while DER has a negative and significant effect, and EPS has a positive and significant effect on the Stock Price. This research contributes by emphasizing the importance of EPS in investment valuation as well as the need to manage DER carefully. The implication of this result is that investors should pay more attention to EPS in investment decisions, while companies are advised to focus on improving EPS and DER management. The study is limited to data for a specific period and a small number of companies, which can affect the generalization of results.

Sosialisasi Pencegahan Stunting dalam Pandangan Konsep Keluarga Maslahah untuk Perkembangan Kesehatan Anak
Stunting is a malnutrition problem experienced by children in Indonesia. The number of children affected by stunting in Indonesia is quite large. Stunting is a problem in a family because it can affect primary needs, both physical and mental needs. The concept of the maslahah family can be one solution to the problem of stunting. One of the goals of the maslahah family is to create a family that is protected from poverty and physical illnesses such as stunting. Karanganyar Village, which is located in Gandusari District, Trenggalek Regency, is the target of PkM (Community Service) activities which are packaged in the form of outreach on stunting prevention. Based on data from the satudata.trenggalekkab.go.id website, in 2023 there will be 51 families suffering from stunting in Karanganyar Village. This made the PkM team choose Karanganyar village as the location to hold stunting prevention outreach which was packaged with the concept of family maslahah. The method used in PkM activities is the ABCD method with the results of socialization participants being enthusiastic about the activity. TINJAUAN HUKUM TERHADAP KERJASAMA INTERNASIONAL DALAM PEMBAYARAN LINTAS NEGARA BERBASIS KODE QUICK RESPONSE
This study aims to analyze the law relating to the use of digitalization in cross-border payment transaction activities using a Quick Response (QR) code. The research method used is a normative juridical research method that takes and processes primary data sources in the form of Bank Indonesia regulations related to the implementation of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The result of this research is that payment transactions using QR codes have been given a legal umbrella and even encourage the public (users) and sellers (merchants) to use them based on Board of Governors Member Regulation Number 21/18/PADG/2019 concerning the Implementation of the Quick Response Code National Standard. The use of QRIS in Indonesia is performed by scanning, which can be performed in two ways: with Merchant Presented Mode (MPM) and Customer Presented Mode (CPM). The enactment of provisions on the implementation of QRIS that can be used in payment transactions outside the territory of Indonesia is also closely related to PBI No.23/7/PBI/2021, concerning Payment System Infrastructure Operators. International cooperation for cross-border payments based on QR codes implemented by Bank Indonesia is the interconnection of payment transactions at merchants between Indonesia (QRIS) and Thailand (Thai QR Codes), and international cooperation between Indonesia (QRIS) and Malaysia (DuitNow QR Code). The institution in charge of processing payment transaction data domestically for the interconnection and interoperability of international cooperation is a switching institution.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hukum yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan digitalisasi dalam suatu aktifitas transaksi pembayaran lintas negara dengan menggunakan kode QR (Quick Response). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan mengambil dan mengolah sumber data sekunder berupa peraturan-peraturan Bank Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan implementasi QRIS di Indonesia. Adapun yang menjadi hasil penelitian adalah bahwa transaksi pembayaran dengan menggunakan kode QR eksistensinya telah diberikan payung hukum bahkan mendorong masyarakat (user) dan penjual (merchant) untuk menggunakannya berdasarkan PADG No.21/18/PADG/2019 tentang Implementasi Standar Nasional Quick Response Code yang dalam praktiknya dikenal dengan QRIS. Penggunaan QRIS di Indonesia dilakukan dengan pemindaian yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan dua cara yaitu dengan MPM dan CPM. Berlakunya ketentuan tentang implementasi QRIS yang dapat digunakan dalam transaksi pembayaran di luar wilayah Indonesia juga erat kaitannya dengan PBI No.23/7/PBI/2021 tentang Penyelenggara Infrastruktur Sistem Pembayaran. Kerjasama internasional terhadap pembayaran lintas negara berbasis kode QR yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Bank Indonesia, saat ini yang telah terealisasi adalah interkoneksi transaksi pembayaran di merchant antara Indonesia (QRIS) dan Thailand (Thai QR Codes) serta kerjasama internasional Indonesia (QRIS) dan Malaysia (DuitNow QR Code). Adapun lembaga yang bertugas untuk memproses data transaksi pembayaran secara domestik untuk interkoneksi dan interoperabilitas kerjasama internasional adalah lembaga switching.

Implikasi Tradisi Mappasiewa Ada’ terhadap Harmonisasi Rumah Tangga dalam Perkawinan Masyarakat Bugis di Segeri Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan
Harmony is something that is expected by a married couple in their marriage. This article describes the implications of the mappasiewa ada\u27 tradition on household harmonisation in Bugis marriages in Segeri, Pangkajene and Islands Regency using descriptive qualitative research with a philosophical and normative approach and analysed with ’urf (tradition theory) and maslahah (kindness theory). The results showed that the practice of mappasiewa ada\u27 tradition in Bugis community marriage is still preserved as a tradition in marriage which has philosophical meaning with symbols. This tradition has a kindness (maslahah) impact and a badness (mafsadah) impact for the bride and groom in building household harmony. The mappasiewa ada\u27 tradition is in accordance with Islamic teachings in the form of good tradition (’urf shahih) which can be preserved as long as it does not deviate from the objectives of sharia or maqashid ash-shari\u27ah (the purpose of Islamic law), namely: preservation of offspring (muhafadzah al-nasl). It can also be understood as optimism (tafa\u27ul), because every symbol in the tradition contains a hope or prayer symbolised by an object. If the mappasiewa ada\u27 tradition is not understood comprehensively, people may consider it a practice that contains polytheism (syirik). However, if an Islamic and cultural approach is used, then cultural Islamisation can be carried out, so that the mappasiewa ada\u27 tradition can be preserved and become an important part of the Bugis marriage tradition

Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Menurut Brigjen KH Syam\u27un dan KH Mas Abdurrachman membahas tentang konsep dan praktik kepemimpinan pendidikan yang dianut oleh dua tokoh ulama, pejuang, dan pendidik asal Banten, yaitu Brigjen KH Syam\u27un dan KH Mas Abdurrachman. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi biografi dan analisis untuk menggali informasi dari berbagai sumber primer dan sekunder yang berkaitan dengan kedua tokoh tersebut. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan pendidikan menurut Brigjen KH Syam\u27un dan KH Mas Abdurrachman memiliki tiga ciri utama, yaitu: (1) kemampuan untuk memberikan pengaruh, arahan, perintah, motivasi, dan lingkungan kondusif terhadap anggota-anggota lembaga di lembaga pendidikan; (2) kemampuan untuk mereformasi sistem pendidikan pesantren dengan mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan ilmu umum atau ilmu sosial; dan (3) kemampuan untuk mengembangkan jaringan kerjasama antara lembaga pendidikan dengan lembaga-lembaga lain yang relevan
Incorporating Cultural Background in Teaching EFL Writing in Libyan: A Critical Literature Review
This study explores the crucial influence of cultural background on the writing performance of English as a Second Language (ESL) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students, focusing specifically on the Libyan context. The impact of cultural background is observed across various dimensions of writing, encompassing content, organization, style, language, and conventions. Additionally, cultural backgrounds shape the writing strategies adopted by EFL and ESL learners. Considering the significance of this influence, the paper advocates for awareness among EFL and ESL teachers regarding the cultural backgrounds of learners when designing or adopting instructional techniques for teaching EFL writing. The literature review critically examined the roles played by learners\u27 cultural backgrounds in shaping their writing skills. It explores the role of the English language in Libya and assesses the current practices in teaching EFL writing within the Libyan educational landscape. The study discovered that very few studies have been conducted concerning EFL and cultural background in the Libyan context. Thus, it identifies challenges faced by Libyan undergraduates in EFL writing due to their different cultural and linguistic backgrounds, which differ from that of the English language. In conclusion, this study offers valuable insights into the complex relationship between cultural background and EFL writing performance. The paper contributes to a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by Libyan students and provides practical recommendations for instructors. Furthermore, the study identifies potential avenues for future research in the dynamic field of EFL writing instruction
Incorporating Islamic Stories in Narrative Text Teaching Material for Islamic Boarding School Students
Research focusing on incorporating religious values into language learning has recently grown, as reflected in the increasing number of related studies. As the world\u27s largest Muslim-majority country, Indonesia has a crucial role in integrating Islamic values into education, particularly in the context of teaching English as a foreign language. This research aimed to develop an English module that contains Islamic values in narrative text material for students at MTs that is valid, practical, and effective. The Islamic values that have been integrated are prophetic stories and Islamic history which are very closely related to the environment of the Islamic boarding school for students at MTs Assalam and MTs Darul Istiqomah Manado. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects of this research were 2 English teachers and 35 class IX students at MTs Assalam and Darul Istiqomah. Data collection techniques used included interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The material and media design experts have validated the module development with an average result of 90.5%, which means it is very valid. Furthermore, validation of users obtained data of 84.16% (very practical) from student users and 91% (very practical) from English teacher users. Therefore, it concluded that the English module containing Islamic values in Narrative text material meets practical criteria and can help teachers and students achieve learning goals
Implementation of Portfolio Assessment on Tahsin Kitabah Teaching at Al-Hidayah Karangploso Boarding School
Differences in writing abilities between students encourage teachers to design or have special assessment tools to evaluate the development of their abilities. Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School applies portfolio assessment as an assessment instrument in the Tahsin kitabah subject. So, this research aims to determine the form of portfolio assessment used in Tahsin kitabah lessons, the steps for portfolio assessment, and their impact on tahsin kitabah learning at the Al-Hidayah Karangploso cottage. This research is qualitative descriptive research, where the data collection process is done through interviews and documentation. The data analysis goes through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the form of portfolio assessment used in the Tahsin kitabah subject at the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School is an evaluative portfolio because it emphasizes assessment and reflection carried out in a formative and summative manner. The portfolio assessment steps in the Tahsin kitabah subject consist of three main stages. The preparation stage includes identifying learning objectives, explaining them to students, and clarifying portfolio components. The Implementation Stage involves teacher encouragement, discussion of learning progress, and continuous feedback. At the Assessment Stage, criteria are determined with students, applied consistently, and emphasize self-assessment. The impact includes teachers\u27 in-depth understanding of students\u27 writing abilities, increased motivation, self-confidence, and active learning participation. This shows that the implementation of portfolio assessment at the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School has proven to be effective in achieving Tahsin kitabah’s learning objectives.Perbedaan kemampuan menulis antar siswa mendorong guru untuk merancang atau memiliki alat penilaian yang khusus guna mengevaluasi perkembangan kemampuan mereka. Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah menerapkan penilaian portofolio sebagai instrumen penilaian pada mata pelajaran Tahsin Kitabah. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk penilaian portofolio yang digunakan pada pelajaran tahsin Kitabah, langkah-langkah penilaian portofolio dan dampaknya pada pembelajaran Tahsin Kitabah di pondok Al-Hidayah Karangploso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, di mana proses pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisis datanya melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penilaian portofolio yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran Tahsin Kitabah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah adalah portofolio evaluatif karena menekankan pada penilaian dan refleksi yang dilakukan secara formatif dan sumatif. Langkah-langkah penilaian portofolio pada mata pelajaran Tahsin Kitabah terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama. Tahap Persiapan mencakup identifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, penjelasan kepada siswa, dan klarifikasi komponen portofolio. Tahap Pelaksanaan melibatkan dorongan guru, diskusi perkembangan pembelajaran dan umpan balik berkesinambungan. Pada Tahap Penilaian, kriteria ditetapkan bersama siswa, diterapkan konsisten, dan menekankan self-assessment. Hasil penilaian digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan dan pengembangan lebih lanjut, serta untuk menetapkan tujuan ke depan dalam proses pembelajaran. Adapun dampaknya mencakup pemahaman mendalam guru terhadap kemampuan menulis siswa, peningkatan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri, serta partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan penilaian portofolio di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah terbukti efektif dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran Tahsin Kitabah.
