Revitalisasi Peran Penghulu dalam Meminimalisir Pernikahan Dini di Kota Palopo
This research aims to examine the revitalization of the role of the Penghulu (the marriage officiant) in minimizing early marriage in Palopo City. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations and document studies related to the role of the headman and the efforts made to reduce the rate of early marriage. The research results show that the Penghulu has a very important role in carrying out religious duties, especially in registering marriages, as well as providing guidance and advice to the prospective bride and groom. Apart from that, the headman also plays an active role in efforts to prevent early marriage through various strategies, such as direct and online outreach, as well as collaboration with related agencies, such as the Population Control and Family Planning Service, the Health Service, and community organizations. By utilizing social media and building cross-sector collaboration, the Penghulu and the Palopo City government succeeded in strengthening preventive efforts to reduce the number of early marriages. The revitalization of the role of the Penghulu is carried out through increasing capacity through training and workshops, as well as implementing digitalization strategies for public education
SOROTAN DAN KRITIK PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN PAI DI SEKOLAH DAN PERGURUAN TINGGI
Kurikulum PAI di berbagai jenjang pendidikan sering kali dikritik karena kurang menekankan pada aspek yang relevan dengan kehidupan kontemporer. Pada jenjang Sekolah Dasar dan Menengah, kurikulum lebih fokus pada hafalan materi-materi keagamaan dan ritual, sementara kurang menekankan pada pemahaman nilai-nilai universal Islam seperti toleransi, etika sosial, dan isu-isu global. Di Perguruan Tinggi, PAI terkadang dianggap terlalu teoretis dan kurang aplikatif dalam menghadapi problematika kehidupan mahasiswa di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sorotan dan kritik Pengelolaan Pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah dan Perguruan Tinggi beserta Alternatif solusinya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk kajian pustaka. Sorotan dan kritik terhadap pengelolaan pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam ialah mengacu pada pendekatan pembelajaran yang masih menerapkan pendidikan konvensional dimana pembelajaran masih klasikal, kurangnya kemajuan teknologi dalam pembelajaran dan kompetensi tenaga pendidik yang rendah. Alternatif solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melalui penerapan CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) dalam pembelajaran PAI, penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran PAI dan peningkatan kompetensi Guru PAI
PRELIMINARY STUDY: COLLABORATION SKILLS IN SCIENCE LESSONS FOR GRADE IV PRIMARY SCHOOL LEARNERS
Collaboration skills as part of the urgency of learning in the 21st century have a crucial position for elementary school students. The discourse on increasing research in the field of education is not in line with the lack of research that discusses students\u27 collaboration skills to participate in groups comprehensively. This study aims to fill this gap by exploring the initial condition of collaboration skills of 126 grade IV students in three elementary schools in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta in depth. The researcher detailed the results of the case study analysis on students\u27 collaboration skills in elementary school. One hundred and twenty-six grade IV students in three elementary schools in Sleman district were selected for observation. Semi-structured observations, semi-structured interviews, and several documents are present as instruments to collect data on initial conditions related to students\u27 collaboration skills. The results show the need to develop students\u27 collaboration skills through learning media innovations that are oriented to the characteristics of diverse student learning styles. This study has implications for the importance of improving students\u27 collaboration skills in science learning in the curriculum through learning media innovations that are tailored to the needs of students\u27 learning styles and can provide independent learning guidelines for students in preparing themselves to face the demands of 21st century skills
PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN TENAGA PENDIDIK
Education in the digital era demands professional, adaptive, and innovative educators. Empowering educators has become a crucial strategy for improving the quality of national education. This study aims to analyze the central role of leadership in the process of empowering educators in educational institutions. The method used is a library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected from various scientific journals, books, and relevant literature sources which were then analyzed in depth. The results show that leadership, especially transformational leadership, plays a vital role as a motivator, facilitator, and visionary. An effective leader is able to create a conducive work climate, encourage competency development, provide autonomy, and build a collaborative culture. Effective empowerment strategies identified include continuous training, delegation of trust and responsibility, and the implementation of constructive appreciation and feedback systems. Successful empowerment has a direct impact on increasing the competence, motivation, and professionalism of educators, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of student learning.

Pemberdayaan tenaga pendidik menjadi strategi krusial untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan nasional, karena guru adalah agen sentral transformasi yang menghadapi tantangan kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sentral kepemimpinan dalam proses pemberdayaan tenaga pendidik di lembaga pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber literatur relevan yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, khususnya kepemimpinan transformasional, memegang peran vital sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan visioner, melampaui sekadar fungsi manajerial. Seorang pemimpin yang efektif mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif, mendorong pengembangan kompetensi, memberikan otonomi yang bertanggung jawab, serta membangun budaya kolaboratif. Strategi pemberdayaan yang efektif teridentifikasi meliputi pelatihan berkelanjutan, pemberian kepercayaan dan tanggung jawab, pelibatan dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta penerapan sistem apresiasi dan umpan balik yang konstruktif. Pemberdayaan yang berhasil berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kompetensi, motivasi, dan profesionalisme tenaga pendidik. Implikasinya, lembaga pendidikan yang memberdayakan pendidiknya akan lebih siap berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran siswa secara berkelanjutan.

Unveiling the Beauty of Figurative Language: A Stylistic Analysis of Qur’an Surah As-Saffat and Ar-Rahman in Abdullah Yusuf Ali’s Translation
Background: Figurative language deals with non-literal language to shift meaning by comparing other words to the original composition. This appears in many works of literature, including the holy Qur’an. Therefore, it is essential to study, not intending to reduce or increase the meaning of the Qur’an.
Aims: This study aims to identify the types of figurative language in the surahs As-Saffat and Ar-Rahman and examine the most dominant figurative language in both surahs.
Methods: This qualitative study analyzed the linguistic phenomena in the verses. The objects were As-Saffat, which consists of 182 verses, and surah Ar-Rahman, which consists of 78 verses. The data were presented descriptively.
Results: The findings revealed that 81 verses in both Surah As-Saffat and Ar-Rahman contain figurative language. Surah As-Saffat contained 32 data points of figurative language, while Ar-Rahman had 49 data points. The most dominant type of figurative language in Surah As-Saffat is ellipsis, and in Surah Ar-Rahman, it is rhetoric.
Implications: The analysis results reflect that academics can be a form of integration between religious and general science, such as literature. Therefore, a more in-depth al-Qur’an can be easily perceived. Although related to general science, it does not leave the rules in interpreting the Qur’an. This can enrich the reference for Teaching English as a Foreign Language
Patterns of Pesantren Strength in Facing the Hegemony of Modernity
This study aims to analyze the patterns of pesantren so that they can stand firm in the face of the hegemony of modernity. The research uses an analytical descriptive method with an educational history and sociology approach. This study proves that pesantren have the following strengths: (1) having a tradition of scientific rihlah, writing, and reading the yellow book. (2) having kiyai leadership, (3) educational patterns in pesantren, (4) pesantren are in accordance with social theory in organisations, consisting of adaptation, the system must adapt to the environment, and adapt the environment to needs. Relevance of Gender Justice Values in PAI Learning Towards The Formation of Students\u27 Social Awareness
This article aims to theoretically explore the impact of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, with a focus on gender justice, on students\u27 social awareness through a library research approach. This study involves analyzing relevant literature, including books, scientific journals, policy documents, and previous research on gender justice in Islamic education and the development of social awareness. The results of the study show that PAI learning that incorporates gender justice values can significantly enhance students\u27 social awareness. This is because gender justice in education promotes an equal mindset, respects differences, and encourages active participation in social life. Therefore, integrating gender justice into the curriculum and PAI teaching process is a crucial step in building an inclusive civil society
FILSAFAT PRAGMATISME: MENINJAU ULANG INOVASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM
Artikel ini di latar belakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa inovasi pendidikan di Indonesia masih rendah, hal ini tercermin dari daya saing SDM Indonesia yang masih lemah jika jika dibandingkan dengan negara-negara Asia Tenggara. Hadirnya teori pragmatisme diharapkan mampu menjadi alternatif teoritis pendekatan inovasi pendidikan Islam. Artikel ini berupaya memformulasikan desain dan proses inovasi Pendidikan Islam berdasarkan penelitian dan studi pustaka yang bersifat kualitatif. Artikel ini merupakan telaah filosofis sebagai upaya mengkonstruksi proses inovasi Pendidikan Islam dalam perspektif filsafat Islam dan pragmatisme. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa proses inovasi adalah keniscayaan. Dalam perspektif Islam aqidah sohihah menjadi kunci dan langkah awal dalam menemukan kemurnian inovasi pendidikan Islam. Strategi Guru Dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Perundungan Di MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango
This research aims to find out (1) what forms of bullying behavior exist at MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency (2) teachers\u27 strategies for dealing with bullying behavior at MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency (3) supporting and inhibiting factors for teachers in overcoming bullying behavior at MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency. The method used is a qualitative method and a descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that at MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila, Bone Bolango Regency, there are two forms of bullying behavior, the first is verbal bullying, such as mocking each other, isolating each other, making fun of friends by calling their parents\u27 names, and saying rude things to each other. The two physically abused each other, such as pulling shirt collars, pushing and hitting each other. The teacher\u27s strategy in dealing with bullying behavior is providing supervision, providing class-based and non-class character strengthening or what is called P5, giving advice or appeals and giving punishment. Then the supporting factors are that students want to report, there is awareness of students in participating in the character strengthening program (P5), while the inhibiting factors for teachers are that students tend to be silent and do not want to report to the teacher, students are difficult to advise and do not want to listen to the teacher, and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) bagaimana bentuk-bentuk perilaku perundungan di MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila Kabupatan Bone Bolango (2) strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku perundungan di MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila Kabupatan Bone Bolango (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru dalam mengatasi perilaku perundungan di MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila Kabupatan Bone Bolango. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa di MTs Muhammadiyah Kabila Kabupatan Bone Bolango terdapat dua bentuk perilaku perundungan yang pertama perundungan verbal seperti saling mengejek, mengucilkan, mengolok-olokan teman dengan memanggil nama orang tua, dan saling mengeluarkan perkataan tidak sopan. Kedua perudungan secara fisik seperti menarik kerah baju, saling mendorong dan memukul. Adapun strategi guru dalam mengatasi perilaku perundungan yaitu memberikan pengawasan, memberi penguatan karakter berbasis kelas dan non kelas atau disebut dengan P5, memberi nasehat atau himbauan dan memberikan hukuman. Kemudian faktor pendukung yaitu peserta didik mau melaporkan, adanya kesadaran dari peserta didik dalam mengikuti program penguatan karakter (P5), sedangkan faktor penghambat guru yaitu peserta didik cenderung diam dan tidak mau melaporkan kepada guru, peserta didik yang sulit dinasehati dan tidak mau mendengarkan guru, dan sarana dan prasaranan yang kurang mendukung
Integrasi Nilai-nilai Karakter dalam Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan lil Alamin di MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo
The purpose of this study was to determine how the Integration of Character Values in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile at MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa, Gorontalo Regency. The research method used was Qualitative Research using observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques with research subjects at MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa, Gorontalo Regency. The following conclusions can be drawn from the results of the study: MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa, Gorontalo Regency has implemented the independent curriculum program for the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile. The P5PPRA program at MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa, Gorontalo Regency is implemented as part of the school\u27s strategy to strengthen students\u27 character values such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation, independence and empathy. This school chose the P5PPRA approach because it is believed to have a positive impact on creating student characters who are not only academically superior but also have good attitudes and behaviors. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Integration of Character Values in the Integration of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and the Rahmatan lil Alamin Student Profile at MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa, Gorontalo Regency. Where the supporting factors include Support from all teachers and staff is very important. They collaborate in compiling interesting and relevant activities. In addition, the involvement of parents in this project also helps, because they bring the values taught at home to school. This activity also increases students\u27 awareness of local wisdom. While the inhibiting factors are One of the obstacles is the lack of time in the curriculum. With the many academic materials that must be taught, character values are often neglected. In addition, some teachers still do not understand how to effectively teach character values. Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana Integrasi Nilai-nilai Karakter dalam Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan lil Alamin di MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian di MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo telah melaksanakan program kurikulum merdeka Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan lil Alamin. Program P5PPRA di MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo diterapkan sebagai bagian dari strategi sekolah untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kerja sama, mandiri dan empati. Sekolah ini memilih pendekatan P5PPRA karena diyakini dapat memberikan dampak positif dalam menciptakan karakter peserta didik yang tidak hanya unggul secara akademis tetapi juga memiliki sikap dan perilaku yang baik. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada pelaksanaa Integrasi Nilai-nilai Karakter dalam Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan lil Alamin di MIS Al-Magfirah Hutadaa Kabupaten Gorontalo. Dimana faktor pendukungnya antara lain dukungan dari seluruh guru dan staf sangat penting. Mereka berkolaborasi dalam Menyusun kegiatan yang menarik dan relevan. Selain itu, perlibatan orang tua dalam proyek ini juga membantu, karena mereka membawa nilai-nilai yang diajarkan di rumah ke sekolah. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran peserta didik akan kearifan lokal. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah salah satu hambatan adalah kurangnya waktu dalam kurikulum. Dengan banyaknya materi akademis yang harus diajarkan, seringkali nilai-nilai karakter menjadi terabaikan. Selain itu, beberapa guru masih kurang memahami bagaiman cara efektif untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai karakter
