Perspektif Gen Z terkait Konten Bertema Psikologis di Media Sosial
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi saran dari perspektif Gen Z sebagai pengguna aktif media sosial terhadap konten bertema psikologis yang beredar di berbagai platform media sosial. Survei kualitatif menggunakan aplikasi google form dilakukan kepada 917 partisipan dengan rentang usia 17 – 22 tahun yang terjaring melalui metode voluntary sampling. Total data yang terkumpul adalah 19.331 kata dengan rata - rata kata per-partisipan adalah 21,08 kata. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik thematic analysis dengan bantuan aplikasi ATLAS.ti. versi 8.4.3 for Mac. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa saran Gen Z kepada content creator mengerucut kepada 4 tema, yaitu : 1. Pemilihan bahasa untuk menyampaikan konten, 2. Pengaturan gaya komunikasi dalam menyampaikan narasi konten, 3. Memperhatikan kualitas isi konten dan 4. Mengatur aspek teknis dalam mempublikasikan konten. Temuan ini dapat membantu para content creator untuk dapat membuat konten psikologis yang lebih relevan dan bermanfaat bagi Gen Z

Implementation of guidance and counseling services at Early Childhood Education Institutions is carried out to help children so that children can develop optimally and prepare Early Childhood Children to undergo the next stage of education, namely basic education. Guidance and counseling services in early childhood education are considered important because they are in line with the goals of PAUD services stipulated in the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 18 of 2018 concerning Early Childhood Education Services which aim to serve Early Childhood Education and the Sustainable Development Goals or SDGs so that children have access to quality early childhood development and care, preschool education as preparation for basic education by implementing student-centred guidance and counseling services by adjusting the background and support from teachers, parents, and related parties. Pengembangan Media Booklet Karier Model Orientasi RIASEC Sebagai Layanan Informasi Karier Siswa
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui; kebutuhan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC; Model prototype media booklet karir orientasi RIASEC sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa; Untuk menghasilkan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC yang valid dan praktis sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti menjadi 7 tahapan yakni penelitian awal dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan pengembangan, pengembangan preform produk, validasi ahli, revisi produk tahap 1, uji coba lapangan (kelompok kecil) dan revisi produk 2 (produk akhir). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Siswa mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih studi lanjut karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang karir sehingga diperlukan media seperti buklet karir model orientasi RIASEC untuk mendukung penyampaian layanan informasi karir di sekolah. Prototype pengembangan media booklet karir terdiri dari cover buku, halaman awal (front page), petunjuk penggunaan, isi materi orientasi model karir RIASEC, latihan dan LKS.Tingkat validitas dan kepraktisan media buklet karir model orientasi RIASEC setelah melalui uji validitas dinyatakan valid, berdasarkan hasil uji validasi ahli materi dengan hasil 87,5% yang berarti sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. ahli media sebesar 93,1% yang berarti dari segi grafis, teks dan bentuk sudah sangat baik dan untuk kepraktisan media setelah melalui uji kepraktisan dinyatakan praktis dengan hasil sebesar 87%, serta pada uji coba kelompok kecil oleh 10 siswa diperoleh hasil dengan kriteria sangat valid sehingga media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC layak untuk diuji secara lua
Perilaku Narsistik Remaja di Media Sosial dan Implikasinya bagi Bimbingan dan Konseling
The increasing use of social media has several impacts, including the emergence of narcissistic behavior in adolescents. Narcissistic behavior in adolescents on social media is freely spreading identity and what happened to them, spreading other people's secrets or disgrace on social media, leaving negative comments on other people's social media, and wanting other people on social media to know what they have. This study aims to determine the tendency of adolescent narcissistic behavior on social media. This research uses a literature study method. Ease of access to using social media is one of the factors in the phenomenon of narcissism that occurs, especially among adolescents. Technology Framework in Guidance And Counseling Services
Much research has been done on guidance and counseling technology but only focuses on proving the effectiveness of technology applications in counseling. Unfortunately, research has yet to be found focusing on the proper framework for utilizing technology in guidance and counseling. This paper aims to formulate a framework for using technology in counseling services. A systematic literature review analyzes and combines information from various sources to obtain a comprehensive concept. Reference search results from 2011-2022 using published or perish (PoP) identified 69 references that met the literature criteria. The results of the study show that the use of technology in counseling must be oriented towards improving service quality by paying attention to the aspects: 1) Cultural and communication processes that will occur through technological devices, 2) Provisions and procedures for using technology-based services are to be agreed upon, 3) Readiness of technical knowledge from counselors as a service manager, 4) User experience in the technology application used
Tingkat Kompetensi Interpersonal Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) : Kajian Deskriptif
Communication is important in social interaction, even for promotion and sales. The purpose of this research is to reveal the Eta Agency Pro Comm sales promotion girl's interpersonal competence, openness, empathy, support, positivity, and Equality. Data was collected through Interpersonal Communication Scale (ICS) with a high-reliability value of 0,95. The sample was taken based on Purposive Random Sampling, with 58 respondents of sales promotion girls. This research found that every aspect of Interpersonal Communication of Sales Promotion Girls at the Competence level. Only Support communication there are 25 (43,10%) in Very Competence. İn another aspect below of that. This research suggests that communication is a combination in every aspect and always reciprocal in every social interaction
Siswa Berduka di Indonesia Membutuhkan Pendidikan Kematian: Rekomendasi Penerapan Konseling di Sekolah
The death of the closest people leaves a feeling of loss and grief that can last into adulthood if it is not resolved. Children and adolescents are the most vulnerable subjects due to a lack of understanding about death and grief. Unfortunately, death education in Indonesia is still minimal, even though it can help children cope with grief as a basic response to loss. Death education should be provided by guidance and counseling teachers, but no studies or practices in Indonesia apply to this context. Therefore, this research was conducted to make recommendations based on a literature review on death education to help students cope with grief. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method which aims to synthesize and present in-depth data from 20 selected previous studies from Google Scholar, PubMed, Harzing, and Mendeley. The implementation of death education can be focused on the explanation of death, the value of life and death, and strategies to cope with the grief caused by death. Practical strategies to implement death education in Indonesia can be developed before being widely practiced
Pola Brief Hope Intervention dalam Mengembangkan Kekuatan Harapan Siswa
Building hope is necessary so students are not easily discouraged, fragile, and frustrated in an era of competition. Intervention on the power of hope must be given in short sessions because the z-generation is used to short processes. The research aims to describe the Brief Hope Intervention (BHI) pattern to develop students' hope power. The research was conducted using a systematic literature review method. The study results show that BHI is a modification of hope therapy that aligns with the principles of SFBC. BHI was conducted in four sessions: two face-to-face sessions (1 hour) and two follow-up sessions (30 minutes). BHI targets are 1) finding workable goals (goal setting), 2) finding ways to achieve targets (pathway), and 3) positive self-talk to optimize motivation in achieving set goals (agency). In practice, focus on the perception of development and assessment of self-strength. Counselors can use worksheets and questions directed at strengths and resources, especially relational questions
Kecemasan Karier Mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten Ditinjau dari Jenis Kelamin
This study aims to describe: 1) the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students; 2) differences in career anxiety levels of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. 3) efforts to provide guidance and counseling services to reduce career anxiety for FTK UIN SMH Banten students. This study used a comparative quantitative method by comparing the career anxiety level of FTK UIN SMH Banten students based on gender. Data was collected with the Student Career Anxiety Scale (SKKM) and processed using an independent sample t-test. The results of the study revealed: (1) career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students is in the moderate category or score at 46.23; (2) There is a significant difference between the career anxiety of male and female students at FTK UIN SMH Banten with a significant level of 0.00; (3) Some of the efforts to reduce career anxiety of FTK UIN SMH Banten students are: group counseling or individual counseling. For preventive efforts, counselors in providing career guidance services such as group guidance, classical guidance, indirect services and the use of Islamic methods
Konseling Kelompok Inokulasi Stres untuk Mengurangi Kecemasan Akademik di Era Pandemi
This study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling with stress inoculation training techniques to reduce student school as research subjects who were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that group counseling with the stress inoculation training technique was effective in reducing student anxiety in facing exams in the era of the covid-19 anxiety in facing exams in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The design of this study used an experimental method with a pre-test – post test. Students' exam anxiety was measured by the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ) Scale. The subject of this research involved 50 students of class XII junior high pandemic. The findings of this study prove the effectiveness of group counseling services with stress inoculation techniques to reduce students' academic anxiety in facing exams in the covid-19 pandemic era
