Fenomena Childfree Ditinjau dari Perspektif Forum Genre Provinsi Jambi
The childfree phenomenon, which has become a topic of conversation in Indonesia after a YouTuber and influencer revealed his choice, has had its pros and cons. This research aims to understand the childfree phenomenon from the perspective of the Indonesian Genre Forum, Jambi Province. The problem definition includes this forum's views on the factors and impacts of the childfree phenomenon. The decision to be childfree is considered to require mental and physical readiness. There are five factors why someone chooses to be childfree, namely personal, psychological, economic, philosophical and environmental factors. The informants for this research are members of the Jambi Province Genre Forum and genre ambassadors 2023. Using a purposive sampling technique, 8 informants were selected. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe the conditions in the field. The research results concluded that every individual has the right to decide to have children, for varying reasons. The childfree decision has both positive and negative impacts. The research is expected to provide new understanding to readers, including prospective counselors, parents, prospective parents, and the wider community. The implications of the research results include various aspects related to the childfree phenomenon from the perspective of the Jambi Province Genre Forum

Career aspirations motivate students to form a vision of their professional future, provide direction in selecting relevant education and experiences, and to continue to grow personally and professionally. This study aims to review the analysis of student career needs based on theoretical student career aspirations. The method used is a systematic literature review. The results of the literature review recommend further research for research on 1) factors that influence the formation of career aspirations; (2) the relationship between career aspirations and job satisfaction; (3) differences in career aspirations between demographic groups such as gender, age, educational background, or ethnicity; (4) the impact of career aspirations on motivation and work involvement; (5) the role of education in forming career aspirations; (6) comparison of career aspirations between different cultures or countrie
Strategi Konseling Kelompok Realitas untuk Mengembangkan Kemampuan Pengambilan Keputusan Karier Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara
This study aims to improve the career decision-making skills of students of SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara. The research method used is Quasi Experimental with the application of Nonequivalent Control Group Design which provides data collection before and after the implementation of group counseling. The population of this study were all grade XI students of SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara which amounted to 352 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study were 10 students who were selected based on the criteria determined by the researcher. The data that has been collected is analyzed using the t table test to test for significant differences between the pre-test and post-test scores with a significance value (2-tailed) p=0.000 which means the p value is smaller than 0.05 (<0.05). These results indicate that there is an increase in the average career decision making from the average experimental class pretest score of 69 and a posttest score of 77.4. The score in the control class with an average pretest score of 69.9 and a posttest score of 72.9. With these results, it can be concluded that reality group counseling is effective in developing students' career decision-making skills at SMK Plus Pelita Nusantara.

Dinamika Bullying di Sekolah: Faktor dan Dampak
The problem of bullying has become a serious concern which has a psychological and emotional impact on teenagers. These include mental health problems, low self-esteem, social isolation, and even the potential risk of dangerous behavior. Based on this, this article aims to understand the dynamics of bullying in adolescents regarding the factors involved, the extent of its impact, and how society and the authorities or counselors can overcome this problem. This article uses a library research method that focuses on empirical research indexed by Google Scholar regarding the dynamics of bullying among teenagers in the last 5 years (2019-2023). In this literature review, 20 articles related to the dynamics of bullying in adolescents were identified, including factor aspects (11 articles) and impact aspects (9 articles). Research conducted in a variety of social contexts, such as school, online, or community settings, will be included in this analysis. The research results briefly show that there are factors that influence bullying behavior, including individuals, families, peers, the school environment, and the mass media. These factors play an important role in bullying behavior which has an impact on teenagers such as emotional problems including stress, depression, isolation and thoughts of suicide. Bullying can occur in various forms, including conventional (offline) and cyberbullying (online). Treatment and prevention efforts involve adolescents, families, schools and communities in building values, effective communication, prevention programs and social interventions. All parties need to play an active role in overcoming the problem of bullying
Media Permainan Ular Tangga dalam Mereduksi Kecanduan Game Online di Sekolah Dasar
Online game addiction is a common problem among students. This study aims to determine the effect of using the Snakes and Ladders game in reducing online game addiction among 5th-grade students at SD Negeri Serang 3. An experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design was used. The results showed that the experimental group, which received the Snakes and Ladders game intervention, experienced a significant reduction in online game addiction compared to the control group. The average pretest score for the experimental group was 75.6, and the posttest score was 58.3. The t-test showed t-value -5.669 with Sig. < 0.05, thus accepting Ha. The Snakes and Ladders game is effective in reducing online game addiction among elementary school students
Peningkatan Kemampuan Kognitif pada Anak Disleksia Melalui Treatment Kemampuan Mengeja, Membaca, dan Menulis
Generally, elementary school age children experience a significant increase in cognitive development. Obstacles in cognitive development, one of which is an obstacle to the brain, which is related to the central nervous system can affect children's learning ability. Learning disorders experienced by children can be called dyslexia. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of spelling, reading, and writing skills treatment to improve cognitive abilities in dyslexic children. This study uses an experimental research method with a pre-experimental design. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study were 10 elementary school children who had been diagnosed with dyslexia by psychologists and were undergoing therapy at the Kudus Dyslexia School. The researcher used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test as an application in analyzing the data. Based on the results of the study, it was found: 1) a decrease in the score of the number of errors before and after the treatment. 2) There is an improvement in cognitive ability in dyslexic children after being given treatment for spelling, reading, and writing skills
Academic Hardiness Level of Guidance and Counseling Study Program Students Post Covid 19 Pandemic
The purpose of this study is to inform the condition of Academic hardiness of Ahmad Dahlan University Guidance and Counseling Study Program students after the Covid-19 pandemic. Academic hardiness is a personality that is resilient in various obstacles, especially stress. Academic hardiness is a variable that must be possessed by students in order to achieve achievement while studying. The research population is 152 active students for the 2019-2021 academic year. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. Data were obtained using an academic hardiness scale developed based on Kobasa's theory and Dweck's theory related to academic motivation. The scale developed refers to 3 aspects of academic hardiness namely commitment, challenge, and control. The developed scale was analyzed using the Rach Model. The results of the analysis stated that the 17 items developed contained several notes and needed to be revised. The results showed that the level of student academic hardiness of 89.5% was in the high category, 10.5% was in the medium category, and 0% was in the low category. Based on the research results, it is recommended that further researchers develop a counseling model to develop students' Academic hardiness, especially those who are still in the moderate category
Pengaruh Keterlibatan Orang Tua dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik
This study aims to determine the effect of parental involvement in improving students' learning based on students' opinions. This study used descriptive quantitative research methods. This research was conducted in four public junior high schools in Gowa Regency. The study population consisted of grade IX students with a total population of 1428 students. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling by taking 40 students from each school so that the research sample amounted to 160 students. The results showed that based on students' opinions, each indicator in this study basically did affect students' learning achievement. From the results of the study, it was found that the most influential indicator was that parents always motivate and provide advice regarding future plans with a total percentage of 85.63% then 83% in the indicator parents always take the time to ask how things are going at school and the third indicator 81.25% in the statement parents always participate and attend activities organized by the school. Therefore, the school must develop and improve each of these indicators in order to have an optimal influence on student achievement. This study provides recommendations so that schools can play an active role optimally in increasing parental involvement in improving student achievement
Pengembangan Media Bimbingan Karier Animasi Motion Graphic Sebagai Layanan Informasi Karier Pada Siswa Sekolah Dasar
This research develops career guidance media based on motion graphic animation as a career information service for elementary school students. The purpose of this research is to find out; 1) Description of media needs for career guidance; 2) Career guidance media prototype; and 3) To produce valid and practical motion graphic animation-based career guidance media. This study uses the ADDIE model. The instruments used in this study were angles and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it shows that 1) Students of SD Negeri Bontocinde have a low understanding of careers so that media such as Motion graphic Animation is needed to support the implementation of career information services; 2) Prototype of Motion graphic Animation media consisting of opening, introduction, content, and outro/closing; 3) Assessment of motion graphic animation media was carried out by material experts (score 3.5 very good) and media experts (score 3.9 very good). Assessment by the teacher obtained values from all three aspects, namely usability, feasibility, and accuracy with a total proportion obtained of 84% with very valid criteria. In conclusion, the level of validity of the Animation Motion graphic media as a career information service is stated to be valid for student use so that the media is feasible for extensive testing
Guidance and Counseling Management Implementation Pattern at MAN Karimun Indonesia
Management is an effort to achieve goals through individual cooperation with groups through the support of other sources or facilities. In management there are 5 management functions namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling which is commonly called POAC. If POAC is implemented optimally, effective guidance and counseling services will be created. At MAN Karimun the implementation of guidance and counseling management is still experiencing several obstacles so that good and effective guidance and counseling management is needed. The purpose of this study was to find out about the pattern of implementation of guidance and counseling services at MAN Karimun. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. Research location in MAN Karimun. The research informants were 1 guidance counseling teacher and 1 school principal. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the study show that in the implementation of guidance and counseling management for guidance counseling teachers there are organizations from school members such as school principals, homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and administration. This service is carried out according to the needs of students. The guidance and counseling activities format used is individual and classical. Counseling guidance at MAN Karimun is also supervised
