    A Psychological Pressure in Novels: “MENYUSU CELENG”

    The content of the research aims to: 1) find out what factors or causes of psychological pressure are contained in the novel "Menyusu Celeng" 2) knowing the forms of psychological pressure contained in the novel "Menyusu Celeng".  3) find out what the effects of psychological pressure are contained in the novel " Menyusu Celeng". In this study, the researcher used the mixed method used to analyze documents in the novel "Menyusu Celeng".  The researcher use Qualitative Data Analyze Miner (4.0) as an application to help classify and analyze data. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found: 1) The psychological pressure factor that has the greatest percentage in the novel "Menyusu Celeng" derived from the environment around a person or individual.  2) The greatest impact of psychological pressure identified in the novel "Menyusu Celeng" the emotion which is also divided into positive emotions (eustress) and negative emotions (distress). 3) Psychological pressure received by individuals is most revealed in the novel " Menyusu Celeng" with aggressive behavior. &nbsp

    Behavioral Approach Through Assertive Training in Improving Interpersonal Communication Skills of Students: A Systematic Literature Review

    First-year students encounter new and latest things that they might not have gotten before entering college. One of the main concerns is interpersonal communication skills, which are either mandatory or simply necessary for them to know in order to communicate in the campus environment. Interpersonal skills have many benefits, including making them more confident, able to speak in public, accepting of themselves, and able to build healthy relationships with others. Various types of bullying that occur in the environments of students and college students are influenced by many factors, including low self-acceptance. This can make them less accepting of themselves, unable to accept rejection or criticism, and even closed off to others. Therefore, the researcher wanted to find literature sources related to how to improve interpersonal communication skills through assertive training in 2023. The method used was systematic literature review (SLR). The results show that assertive training for students can improve interpersonal communication skills

    This research aims to see the extent of the influence of the family environment on the formation of student character. The family is the first and main educational environment for children. The birth of the family as an educational institution since humans were still in the womb and then existed in the world. The duties and responsibilities of parents in the family environment are to lay the foundation of moral values ​​for the formation and development of children in the future, so that children can grow and develop well because it is in the family environment that children first receive the basic knowledge about values. kind. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative survey approach. The results of this research show that the regression coefficient value for the family environment variable is 0.753 or 75.3%, so it can be said that the family environment has an influence on the formation of student character at SD Negeri 2 Arjawinangun by 75.3%. This shows that the family environment has a big influence on the formation of students' character, while the remaining 24.7% of students' character formation is influenced by other factors

    In the evolution of individual personality, the adolescent phase holds unique and critical significance as during this period, adolescents have various responsibilities, including exploring and establishing their identity. Parents play a vital role during this phase as adolescents tend to have a high level of curiosity, which can lead to negative actions or aggressive behavior. This research aims to determine the correlation between parental attachment and emotional intelligence on adolescent aggression in Bogor. Aggressive behavior is a significant contributor factor to the high morbidity and mortality rates among adolescents worldwide. This research utilizes a quantitative correlational research method. The sampling technique used in this study is the convenience sampling method. The research was conducted from October to November 2023, with respondents from SMA Plus Bina Bangsa Sejahtera students. The research findings indicate that among the respondents, 25 percent fell under the insecure attachment category, 64 percent fell within the moderate aggression category, followed by 7 percent who fell under the high aggression category, while the remaining respondents were under the low aggression category. In conclusion, this study highlights the importance of parental attachment and emotional intelligence in adolescent aggression. The findings show that secure attachment and high emotional intelligence play an important role in reducing aggressive behavior among adolescents

    Systematic Literature Review: Penerapan Layanan Konseling Kelompok Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) pada Peserta Didik di Sekolah Menengah

    The era of disruption due to the pandemic has caused a decline in the mental condition of students, especially in secondary schools. Efforts to overcome this problem include implementing guidance and counseling services in schools, one of which is group counseling. The study aims to determine how the application of group counseling services with a Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach to students in secondary school (adolescents) which includes the understanding of SFBT group counseling, the scope of problems overcome, the procedure for implementing and the success of SFBT group counseling as an alternative to counseling that is considered to meet the needs of generation Z students. Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data collection using documentation techniques. The amount of literature studied after data selection amounted to 21 literatures. The data analysis used is content analysis. The results revealed that the application of SFBT group counseling is a short therapeutic focusing on solutions because it can be done with 4 to 8 sessions with a duration of 40 to 70 minutes and the counseling process does not well on problems but focuses on awareness and the ability of counsellors to solve problems. SFBT group counseling has been proven effective in various problems as well as the development of students in secondary schools covering the fields of Guidance Counseling services, namely personal, social, academic and career

    Group guidance is one of the guidance and counseling services in carrying out developmental preventive functions. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the mode of education services has changed significantly, especially with the use of web meeting technology devices as a substitute for direct face-to-face meetings. This research tests the theoretical feasibility of developing a blended group guidance model using cognitive restructuring techniques. This research is library research by exploring research data in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases to find the theoretical feasibility of the model to be developed. The tools used are published or perish, and VosViewer to get an overview of the development potential and academic support expected in developing this blended group guidance model. The results show that 26 studies support the development of a blended group guidance model. However, not all of the research addresses explicitly cognitive restructuring techniques, so this would be a novelty for this research

    Teenager are in transitional period that requires appropriate information according to their needs and changes they experience regarding sexuality issues. Problems found in the field such as sexual violence, early marriage, unwanted pregnancy, and taboo perceptions about sexuality issues are the background of the importance of comprehensive sexuality education. The solo women's study center as one of the communities actively engaged in educating teenagers about the importance of sexuality education by considering the Comprehensive Sexual Education curriculum with the aim of increasing knowledge, making preventive efforts, and providing a safe space for adolescents. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then tested for credibility using source triangulation, then analyzed using liberal feminist theory.  The results showed that the strategies carried out by PUKAPS such as sea-project, femstride class, femstride safer space project, making the film “Payung Dara”, campaigning through social media, and advocacy services have a positive influence on the fulfillment of reproductive rights and the improvement of more inclusive sexuality education

    Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok Teknik Modeling Terhadap Peningkatan Efikasi Diri Pada Siswa MTs Negeri 9 Sleman

    The objectives to be achieved in this study are to determine the effectiveness of counseling modeling techniques on improving self-efficacy in students of MTs Negeri 9 Sleman. The type of research in this study is experimental research. The research design used in this study is quasi experiment. The form of design used is Non-equivalent Control Group Design. The study population was VIII grade students of MTs Negeri 9 Sleman consisting of 4 classes, totaling 125 students. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The criteria for determining the sample in this study were eighth grade students of MTs Negeri 9 Sleman, which indicated a low learning discipline problem. The data collection method uses a self-efficacy scale that has gone through an expert validation process. Data analysis using non-parametric statistics with Man Withney (U) and Wilcoxon tests. The results showed that the counseling of the modeling technique by combining live models and symbolic models proved effective for self-efficacy (sign = 0.027 <0.05). These results can be concluded that group counseling through effective modeling techniques on improving self-efficacy in students of MTs Negeri 9 Slema

    This research is motivated by the large number of adolescents or teenagers who spend their time playing on social media, so adolescents experience addiction, which causes individuals to forget their responsibilities. This research discusses how adolescent self-control and social media addiction are described, and their effects. This research aims to determine the description of self-control and social media addiction in adolescents, apart from that, to determine the influence of self-control on social media addiction among adolescents in Padang City. The research method used in this research is quantitative correlational. The subjects in this research were 52 teenagers in Padang City who had a high intensity in using social media. The data collection techniques used are research instruments, validity tests, and reliability tests. Next, the analysis prerequisite tests are the normality test and the linearity test. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. From the analysis results obtained, it is known that the average self-control possessed by Kampung Baru Lubuk Lintah teenagers is in the medium category, as well as social media addiction which is in the medium category. So it can be seen the influence of self-control on social media addiction. The higher an individual's level of self-control, the lower the level of social media addiction can be avoided. Conversely, if the level of self-control is low then social media addiction will increase

    This article contains a study of spiritual guidance to develop compassion in Broken Home students. Having an incomplete family makes some children become victims so they have bad experiences and cause problems both physically and psychologically, such as blaming themselves, trauma, blaming their parents, etc. The highest cognitive experience that has a major impact on individual psychology is meaning. Through meaning (spirituality), individuals find and believe in their life purpose, which has an impact on the way they live their lives, including the way they solve problems. Spiritual experiences can help individuals understand problems and make the best decisions to solve them, related to transcendent experiences and related to awareness of sacred and eternal things, thereby increasing feelings of compassion, love and affection towards oneself and others. The methodological procedure used is understanding literature from various sources. It is hoped that the results of this paper will contribute to research and development of spiritual guidance models to develop students' compassion
