Get PDFPEER PERFORMANCE PROFILE BASED ON DEMOGRAPHIC FACTORS. The purpose of this study was to determine the conformity profile peers based on demographics socioeconomic status. Participants in this study were 123 students junior high school consist of 39 regulars student and 86 “binalingkungan” (low economic) students. The average age of participants was 12-15 years. This research approach using quantitative approach, types of research using a cross sectional survey. The instruments used was a scale conformity peers who developed the theory Brendt use any form of semantic differential scale with alternative answers 1-6 (1 = very inappropriate, 6 = very appropriate). Data were analysed using analysis Mann-Whitney U with a score of 1488.00 and a significance probability value of 0.414. Because the probability of significance 0.414> 0.05, the results showed that there was no difference conformity peers in the student of low socioeconomic status and students socioeconomic status of middle to top

Get PDFTHE ROLE OF COUNSELOR IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF AKHIR ZAMAN HADITH. This literature review addresses the role of the counselor by pressing on a number of common phenomena that occur today. This phenomenon turns out to correspond to a number of “akhir zaman” hadiths. Of course, with this description, you will increasingly realize that the role of counselor is very much needed now to deal with student dynamics. The ‘akhir zaman’ characters in question include: (1) aspects of humanitarian setbacks caused by drugs; (2) the fading of the tradition of family life and social interaction tends to be individualistic, thus requiring solutions to Islamic values and norms themselves but should be structured by involving school components reflected in the school's vision and mission; (3) the choice of social context needs to be formulated in depth which places the teachings of Islam as a whole without compromising the teachings of Islam as a religion of da'wah; and finally, (4) massive relationships that emphasize strong interpersonal relationships between counselors and students and subject teachers

Get PDFTHE USING OF ANIMATION FILM IN INFORMATION SERVICE TO IMPROVE PROBLEM SOLVING ABILITY OF VOCATIONAL SCHOOL STUDENTS. The use of animated film in information services aims to ensure that massage of information service can be well received by students, and students have good motivation in participating in services. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of film animation in information services to improve the ability to abilty of problem solve students of SMKN 3 Metro in the academic year 2019/2020. The research method used action research. The research subjects were 30 students. The research instrument is a test of problem solving skills. The results of the study were an increase in average achievement scores, in the first cycle the average score of students 'ability to solve problems was 19.5, and the second cycle was 24.19 and the difference in the scores of students' understanding scores in the second cycle with an ideal score of 7.05, in the first cycle the difference between the score with the ideal score is 11.75. Thus an increase between cycles I and II amounted to 4.70. The conclusion of the research is the animation film in information service effective to improve abilty problem solving of students SMKN 3 Metro academic year 2019/2020

Get PDFINDEPENDENCE OF CHILDREN AGED 5-6 YEARS AT INSTITUTION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION IN THE DAYAK KANAYANT CULTURE. This study aims to get an overview of empirical data information on the Independence of Children 5-6 Years in Early Childhood Education Institutions in the Dayak Kanayant Culture in Nanga Kelampai Village, Tumbang Titi District, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This research is a qualitative research with ethnographic research. Data analysis is Spradley. The data of this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The findings of the study indicate that the independence of children aged 5-6 years in early childhood education institutions in Kanayant Dayak tribal culture is shaped by the roles and attitudes of parents and teachers and the role of the environment. The conclusion of the research shows that independent children are not formed by themselves. Parents need to equip children from an early age to be able to do their own activities without having to rely on parents

The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of social personal information services to improve students’ self-adjustment in socializing at school for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Saketi in the 2019/2020 academic year. This study used pre-test and post-test instruments which showed an increase in every aspect that influenced social adjustment at school through social personal information services. The data analysis states that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that social personal information services are effective for increasing social adjustment at school for seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Saketi because students’ adjustment in socializing at school is influenced by many aspects. The aspects that determine or influence the adjustment of students in the association of students at school include: 1) Understanding themselves, including being able to adjust to the environment they occupy, understand the characteristics of adolescents, understand their interests and talents, understand the physical and spiritual condition; 2) Knowing the environment means that after understanding the characteristics of adolescents and the duties of adolescents, they can apply ways of adapting themselves to social interactions in schools in particular and outside in general; and 3) The social adjustment process at school leads students to good associations and limits students to bad associations

Get PDFTHE EFFECT OF COOPERATIVE GAMES AND INTERPERSONAL INTELLIGENCE ON CHILD EMOTIONAL REGULATION. Negative actions that occur at this time are much related to one's emotional regulation ability. For this reason, instilling the ability of motion regulations should be prepared early. Interpersonal intelligence children like building, relationships and maintaining social relationships will make it easier to know what kind of emotion regulation affecting children. For this reason, cooperative games have become a good game to do in increasing children's regulation. This study aims to reveal the extent to which the influence of cooperative games and interpersonal intelligence on the regulation of motions. Observational research data were tested using a normality test and a homogeneity test followed by a two-way variance test (ANAVA) and continued testing with tukey testing. The results showed that the sample data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the analysis also showed the existence of the interaction of cooperative games and interpersonal intelligence on regulation based on the results of the analysis of variance F count = 62.52 > F tab = 4.08 at the significant level = 0.05

Guidance and counseling program organized to support the achievement of the educational objectives of the school as a whole. The based goal is essentially to prepare students through guidance, teaching, and training for their roles in the future. The efforts of self-development especially the high school student are the principal leadership approach to motivated the resources in school the are guidance and counseling teacher performance specifically services to the students and technical facilities as a media to help guidance and counseling teacher directed students to make their decisions. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of principal leadership, teacher performance guidance counseling and a technical facility with self-students development. This research uses descriptive analysis method of correlation with the quantitative approach. Data collection by questionnaires. The sample used purposive sampling at senior high school in Banten province. The results show a relationship principal leadership with self-students development, guidance and counseling teacher performance with self-students development, technical facility with self-students development, the relationship of principal leadership, guidance and counseling teacher performance and technical facilities with self-students development. The effort of self-students development can be improving by principal leadership, guidance, and counseling teacher performance and technical facilities

Get PDFIMPLEMENTATION OF HUMANISM IN LEARNING OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS. This study aims to determine how the application of humanism in learning at Cinta Kasih Tzu Chi Elementary School, West Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in which data collection procedures are in the form of observation, interviews, document analysis or documentation and combination (triangulation). In addition, this study uses data analysis, namely by matching the pattern or pattern matching with the Campbell matchmaking technique. The results of the study found that the application of humanism in learning in grade 1 at Elementary School of Cinta kasih Tzu Chi was using the Cooperative Learning model. The curriculum used is the government’s recommended curriculum, namely the 2013 Curriculum with the addition of local content in humanistic culture and character subjects adopted from the teachings of Master Cheng Yen from Taiwan. In the case of learning in the classroom, educators train how to communicate well, remind that they must be empathetic and kind to everyone, for educators’ assessment not only from exam results but also daily attitudes. In addition, the role of parents from the research results shows that the role of parents is very important in the success of the humanist application itself. This can be seen from parents who have to monitor attitudes and learning processes when at home

Get PDFROLE PLAYING TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE THE CONFIDENCE OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. The purpose of this research was to saw the influenced of role playing techniques on student’s self-confidence. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-post-test design. The study population was 173 students and the research sample was taken using purposive sampling, in which as many as 12 students from class IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Data collection techniques use student’s confidence instruments. The results of the study show that role playing techniques could have an effective on increasing the confidence of IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Role playing techniques have an effect on increasing student confidence
