THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE AND INFRASTRUCTURE ON THE WORK CULTURE OF TEACHERS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF GROUP 4 PARUNGSARI IN SAJIRA SUB-DISTRICT, LEBAK REGENCY. Work culture in schools is closely related to leadership style and facilities and infrastructure. In this case, the low work culture of elementary school teachers is also commonly found in elementary school teachers in Cluster 4 Parungsari, Sajira District, Lebak Regency. Based on data from the Sajira District education office, it was recorded that 52 teachers or 50% (104 teachers from 12 elementary schools) found a low work culture as indicated by the number of teachers who came late to school, the learning process in the classroom did not match the time allocation, and the teacher's lack of creativity in creating innovative learning. This is quite interesting to be studied and analyzed further. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and infrastructure on the work culture of teachers. This research is quantitative research with Explanatory Survey method. The sample used was 100 elementary school teachers in the Parungsari Village, Group 4, Sajira District, Lebak Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The research results obtained are: 1) There is an influence of Transformational Leadership Style on Teacher Work Culture; 2) There is an influence of Facilities and Infrastructure on the Teacher's Work Culture; 3) There is an influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Infrastructure on Teacher Work Culture

COMMUNICATION APPREHENSION TENDENCY ON STUDENTS GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING AT INDONESIA UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION. Adequate competence in communicating without experiencing communication apprehension is very needful for the student to be able to communicate effectively, and achieve success in academic or career in the future. Communication apprehension would affect negatively in life. This study aims to determine the description of communication apprehension tendency of student guidance and counseling at the Indonesia University of Education. Respondent in this study is student guidance and counseling 2nd grade at the Indonesia University of Education in aggregate 33 students. The data collection process is through instruments with the Personal Report of Communication Apprehension (PRCA-24). The approach used is quantitative with descriptive research methods. The results of the study describe the percentage of achievement scores of students’ communication apprehension tendencies in the moderate category is amount to 23 students, 2) students guidance and counseling experience high communication apprehension in the interpersonal conversation context

ATTITUDES OF LEVEL IV PIM TRAINING PARTICIPANTS TOWARDS BLENDED LEARNING LEARNING MODEL. The development of Information Technology is one of the driving forces behind e-government adoption. Nevertheless, the learning process of Government officials capability creation is already conceivably undertaken electronically. This study aims to discover perceptions of government officials towards mixed learning in year 2018 group of 40 DIKLAT PIM IV training participants. This research takes a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and Analysis of Variance as analysis tool. The T-test tested the first testing hypotheses. A one-way ANOVA was conducted to test second hypotheses. The outcome indicates a constructive attitude towards blended learning among DIKLAT PIM IV 2018 training participants. Penerapan Sistem Point untuk Meningkatkan Ketertiban Siswa dalam Mentaati Tata Tertib Sekolah pada Siswa Kelas IX SMPN 5 Karawang Barat
Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan ketertiban siswa dalam mentaati aturan sekolah adalah dengan cara implementasi sistem point, jadi karena di SMPN 5 Karawang Barat sangat menonjol sekali masalah ketertiban siswa maka guru BK hendak menerapkan sistem point kepada siswa. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelajaran kepada siswa tentang pentingnya kedisiplinan dalam mentaati aturan sekolah.Adapun teknik dan alat pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa wawancara, observai dan analisis dokumen. Sedangkan Analisis datanya menggunakan analisis kuantitatif bercampur dengan analisis kualitatif.Adapun hasil observasi siklus I menghasilkan skor 11 yang menunjukkan bahwa ketertiban siswa dalam mentaati aturan sekolah sudah cukup meningkat. Lalu di lanjutkan siklus II yang menghasilkan skor melebihi siklus 1 yakni 13 yang menunjukkan bahwa ketertiban siswa dalam mentaati aturan sekolah sudah sangat meningkat. Hasil ahir penelitian ini adalah metode pemberian point dapat meningkatkan ketertiban siswa, mentaati aturan sekolah

PROFILE OF HARDINESS PERSONALITY OF GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING TEACHERS IN BANDUNG CITY. The aims of this study were to determine personality hardiness of guidance and counseling teachers (school counselors) in Bandung City. Paricipants were two people of guidance and counseling teachers in Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative manifold generate descriptive data to describe the behavior of the subject under study. Then the presence of investigators in this study serves as primary research tool. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of interviews. Data analyzed in this study using qualitative data analysis. Validity test in this study using data triangulation technique. The results showed that guidance and counseling teacher has a personality of hardiness that is characterized by its commitment to still be guidance and counseling teacher in the times and increasingly complex problems that exist, can control unexpected situations, and responding to any incident in his work is not considered as threat
Mengatasi Perilaku Bullying Siswa Melalui Konseling Kelompok Teknik Role Playing
OVERCOMING STUDENT BULLYING BEHAVIOUR THROUGH ROLE-PLAYING TECHNIQUE GROUP COUNSELING. This study aims to determine the impact of group counselling on role-playing techniques on student bullying behaviour at SMP Negeri 1 Terisi Indramayu. The pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group experimental design was used in this study by involving a total of 14 students of class VIII who were selected using the purposive sampling technique as participants and divided into two groups. Bullying behaviour data were collected through a form of bullying scale-perpetration. The data analysis technique used is nonparametric statistics using the Wilcoxon test with a significant level of 5%. Tingkat Penyesuaian Sosial Anak Asuh di Panti Asuhan Wira Lisna
THE LEVEL OF SOCIAL ADJUSTMENT OF FOSTER CHILDREN AT THE WIRA LISNA ORPHANAGE. This study aims to reveal the conditions of social adjustment of foster children in the orphanage. This research uses quantitative methods. The data were collected through a social adjustment scale that the author developed himself with a reliability of 0.936. The sample of this research is 10 foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage in the city of Padang. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results of this study reveal that the level of social adjustment of Wira Lisna Padang's anti-care foster children is in the unfavorable category. The results of this study can be used as a basis for determining the next step in order to improve the social adjustment ability of foster children at the Wira Lisna orphanage, Padang. The intervention efforts provided can be tailored to the researcher's area of expertise

This study provides an overview of the effect of Therapy with the Cognitive Behavioral Concept Approach to Preventing Relapse in Drug Abusers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of therapy with cognitive behavioral conceptual approaches to prevent relapse in drug abusers. The research design applied to the study was an experimental research design with a pretest and posttest control group design. The analysis used to see the significance of changes before and after the intervention was non-parametric analysis, namely the Two Independent Sample Test Mann Whitney U. The therapy process was carried out in 5 stages, with a total of 8 meetings, according to the meeting design in each stage. DEVELOPMENT OF INSTRUMENTATION DOCUMENTATION OF POTENTIAL STUDENTS BASED ON RISK MANAGEMENT IN ISO 9001: 2015. This dedication is based on the devotion in the documentation of students' potential risks. The purpose of this service is to help teachers, especially guidance and counseling teachers, be able to measure and document the potential risks experienced by their students. In addition, this instrumen was deliberately developed so that it is expected to be able to make a positive contribution to the teacher in designing classroom learning. By using this instrumen teachers are expected to also be able to choose and use learning models that are in accordance with the results of the analysis that has been done. From the service that has been done, it is obtained that 92% of teachers strongly agree with the holding of this service activity. Further analysis shows that there is a real difference in understanding between before and after with a p-value of 0.00 with a correlation between the differences of 0.816. It can be said that assistance is effective in answering partner problems
Akulturasi Stress Siswa Mutasi dari Sekolah di Luar Negeri
ACCULTURATION OF MUTATIONAL STRESS STUDENTS FROM SCHOOLS OF FOREIGN COUNTRY. The aims of this study was to obtain the results of the research acculturation emphasizes student transfer from overseas schools in the international class XI program of Bosowa Al Azhar Cilegon, Banten High School. The researcher used two research methods namely qualitative method with indept interview, observation and using a questionnaire from the Acculturative Stress Scale for International Students (ASSIS) and open questions as data reinforcement, all students reported stress acculturation. Interestingly, however, responding to open questions asks students to consider themselves to increase pressure related to opposition, feelings of feelings, and academic problems. The question that was asked between interviews, observation, ASSIS and open questions discussed the questions of international class XI students at Bosowa Al Azhar Cilegon, Banten secondary school and drew attention when developing complementary planning for the purposes of the study. The results of this study are that this study is single data, both of these international class students, respectively, use Quartil in calculating the statistics. Quartil is the calculation of statistical data for research in which the data is single, not in groups. The whole correct answer for ASSIS 36-item is 180. Journal of ASY score results is 128 and MKB is 112. Accessible by ASY depends on high category and MKB depends on high category
