    Teknik Cognitive Restructuring Untuk Meningkatkan Sikap Optimisme

    An optimistic attitude makes the individual able to move without hesitation in each of his activities. And teenagers are expected to have an optimistic attitude so that they are able to actualize themselves. This study was conducted to analyze the differences in optimism attitudes of late adolescents before and after being given group guidance services with cognitive restructuring techniques, using the quantified research method of one group pretest posttest design type experiment. The sample used in this study was 8 late adolescents. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires related to optimism attitudes compiled by the researchers themselves, and data analysis techniques using the wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study showed an increase in the optimistic attitudes of late adolescents after obtaining group guidance services with cognitive restructuring techniques. The conclusion of this study is that cognitive restructuring techniques are effective in improving attitudes of optimism in late adolescence

    ISLAMIC COUNSELING WITH MODELING TECHNIQUES TO OVERCOME NEGATIVE EMOTIONS OF BROKEN HOME CHILDREN. This study intends to assist MZ clients in overcoming the problems they face, namely a broken home so that it affects the psychological condition of the child's personality, namely negative emotions. The counseling service used is Islamic counseling with modeling techniques. Negative emotions are shown in the form of being angry when being advised and reprimanded, slamming things, saying dirty words, and hurting yourself. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and home visits. The counseling process consists of several stages, namely: the initial stage, the activity stage and the final stage. After following a series of counseling processes, the results showed that there was a gradual change in the client's self from the habit of negative behavior now gradually decreasing and becoming positive behavior and being able to control his emotions well, this was the hope of his parents

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana motivasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sampora 2 di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan Siswa SDN Sampora 2 sebanyak 150 orang. Responden yang dipilih meliputi kriteria siswa SDN Sampora 2 yang sedang melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh bagi siswa SDN Sampora 2. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara fisik dan psikis Siswa SDN Sampora 2 memiliki motivasi belajar dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Motivasi belajar dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh juga sudah baik, dilihat dari proses belajar, evaluasi dan hasil pembelajaran siswa SDN Sampora 2

    Penelitian tindakan kelas secara umum bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri kelas VIII SMPN 5 Cikarang Utara Kabupaten Bekasi. Secara khusus bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan kepercayaan diri; (2) Mendeskripsikan pemilihan peminatan sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana masing-masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Siklus I terdiri dari tiga kali pertemuan ( tiga kali tatap muka), demikian pula halnya dengan Siklus II. Data tingkat kepercayaan diri peserta didik digali dengan Angket kepercayaan diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa di SMPN 5 Cikarang Utara mengalami peningkatan setelah menggunakan layanan konseling individual

    Kesulitan Belajar Daring pada Siswa di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Studi di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Bekasi

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar daring peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Bekasi. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah dapat dijadikan sebagai informasi mengenai pembelajaran daring dan kesulitan belajar peserta didik, sebagai rujukan dalam mengambil kebijakan, serta dapat memberikan intervensi bagi peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan angket. Uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji regresi. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh persamaan garis regresi Y = 90,426 – 0,354X + e. Variabel pembelajaran daring dan kesulitan belajar peserta didik memiliki hubungan yang berbanding terbalik, artinya semakin baik pembelajaran daring maka semakin rendah kesulitan belajar peserta didik, dan sebaliknya semakin buruk pembelajaran daring maka semakin tinggi kesulitan belajar peserta didik. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Sig. sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima, artinya ada hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan kesulitan belajar peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 9 Kota Bekasi. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh nilai r yang negatif sebesar –0,464 dengan tingkat hubungan sedang pada interval 0,40-0,599. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 21,5% variabel kesulitan belajar peserta didik dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pembelajaran daring. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang negatif antara pembelajaran daring dengan kesulitan belajar peserta didik

    Penerapan Layanan Konseling Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Siswa di Kelas VII SMPIT Nurul Fajri

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dikelas VII SMPIT Nurul Fajri tahun ajaran 2021/2022’’dengan penerapan layanan konseling kelompok Dalam prakteknya keaktifan siswa dalam pemberian layanan klasikal ini dirasa oleh guru BK masih jauh dari harapan. Seperti yang terjadi di Kelas VII SMPIT NURUL FAJRI prilaku yang sesuai yang diharapkan dikelas VII masih ditemukannya mayoritas siswa yang tidak aktif dalam proses pemberian layanan klaskal. Hal ini bisa terlihat dari beberapa aspek diantaranya sedikitnya siswa yang bertanya mengenai materi, siswa yang menjawab pertanyaan, keberanian siswa yang maju ke depan kelas dan saling interaksi antar siswa dalam kelas. Pada saat siswa belajar secara pasif, siswa mengalami proses tanpa ada rasa ingin tahu, tanpa pertanyaan, dan tanpa ada daya tarik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Pada saat siswa belajar secara aktif, mereka mempunyai rasa ingin tahu terhadap sesuatu, misalnya dengan cara aktif bertanya. Keterlibatan siswa secara aktif dalam pembelajaran sangat diperlukan, sehingga apa yang dipelajari akan lebih bermakna, dan tertanam dalam pikiran siswa. Bentuk penelitian yang dibuat adalah PTBK dan subjeknya adalah    siswa kelas VII SMPIT Nurul Fajri dan pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan angket yang disebarkan kepada siswa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini, siswa mangalami peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam megikuti kegiatan pembelajaran atau layanan dengan layanan konseling kelompok. Penulis menyadari masih banyak kekurangan dalam penulisan penelitian ini, untuk itu kritik dan saran nya sangat dibutuhkan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan perbaikan penulis dalam melakukan penelitian

    ANDROID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT OF SELF HELP IN PLANNING FOR FURTHER EDUCATION FOR CLASS IX STUDENTS OF MTS NEGERI 8 BANYUWANGI. This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of self-help android applications in the planning of advanced education for students of MTsN 8 banyuwangi. The use of the research and development method contains ten stages, namely, gathering information and research studies and issues in the field, planning, developing the initial product or media form, validating the initial product or media stages, revising the product or media, testing the product, operational improvement product, operational testing phase, product improvement stage or final media, distribution and reporting. The results of research have produced an android application of self-help in the planning of further education for students of MTsN 8 Banyuwangi with the feasibility according to the results of research by media experts obtaining Very Good quality with a score of 46 (92%), assessment from experts material obtains Very Good quality with a score of 46 (92%), the assessment of the teacher (small group) obtains Very Good quality with an average score of 64.67 and a percentage of 92.3%, the assessment of the teacher obtained very good quality with an average score of 64.4 and a percentage of 92.28%. When applied to students in small groups, the average score was 35.8 with a percentage of 89.5%. While the results of the assessment of students in large groups obtained an average value of 36.7 with a percentage of 91.75%.SELF HELP ANDROID APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT IN PLANNING FOR FURTHER EDUCATION FOR CLASS IX STUDENTS OF MTSN 8 BANYUWANGI.     THE CONTRIBUTION OF WORK EXPERIENCE AND WORK MOTIVATION TO THE PROFESSIONALISM OF SUPERVISING TEACHERS IN HIGH SCHOOLS IN TABANAN REGENCY. This study focused on the study of the contribution of work experience and work motivation to the professionalism of supervising teachers in Senior High Schools in Tabanan Regency. This study used an ex post facto design involving 39 respondents from 14 Public and Private Senior High Schools in Tabanan Regency. Data were obtained through documentation method and questionnaires which were analyzed by regression analysis.     RELIGIOUS COUNSELING IN AN EFFFORT TO FIND A MEANINGFULL LIFE FOR TEENAGER VICTIMS OF BROKEN HOME. The purpose of this research is to explain the phenomenon of teenage victims of broken home in their efforts to find meaning in life through religious counseling services. The type of this research is phenomenological qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used intra-case and inter-case analysis. The results showed that the reasons for these adolescents to attend religious counseling in order to find meaning in their lives included; forgetting the disappointments they face, finding wisdom from the problems that occur, finding meaning in life, and preparing for a new life.
