Hubungan Intensitas Penggunaan Media Sosial WhatsApp dengan Academic Flow
This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of WhatsApp social media use and academic flow in Darul Fatwa High School students in the 2023/2024 school year. The quantitative method of correlational type was used in this study, with a population of 120 students and a sample of 92 students obtained through proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The normality test results show that the significance value on the academic flow variable is 0.200 and the intensity of whatsApp social media use variable is 0.190 which indicates that both variables have normally distributed data. The results of hypothesis testing show a correlation coefficient value of -0.172 with a significance value of 0.100, this value indicates that there is no relationship between variables X and Y
Pengaruh Faktor Lingkungan Sosial terhadap Perilaku Self-harm pada Remaja
This study looked at how the social environment influenced adolescents' self-harm behavior. The high number of self-harm cases among teenagers is a major problem. This is due to social pressures such as disharmonious families, negative associations, and the stigma of society on mental health. The purpose of the study was to find out how social factors led to self-harm behavior and to find a successful intervention solution. The method used is to conduct literature research by looking at 15 relevant sources from Google Scholar published in the last ten years. Research results show that unsupportive social environments, such as lack of open communication in the family, academic pressure, and poor peer influence, play a major role in inducing self-harm. On the other hand, strong social support from family, school, and society can be a protective factor. In conclusion, self-harm management requires a holistic approach that involves improving the social environment, mental health education, and active participation of adolescents in prevention programs.
 
Hubungan Self Control Dengan Etika Pergaulan Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam
This research aims to find out the relationship between self-control and student social ethics. Self-control is an individual's ability to regulate emotions, impulses, and behavior to conform to prevailing norms. Meanwhile, interaction ethics reflect the extent to which students can interact politely and courteously. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a correlational research design. The population in this study consists of all students in grade XI at SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam for the 2024/2025 academic year, totaling 382 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The sample consists of 38 students. The research instruments used were self-control questionnaires and interaction ethics questionnaires, which have been tested for validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha. The self-control questionnaire achieved a Cronbach's alpha value of 0.872, while the interaction ethics questionnaire scored 0.919. The measurement scale for attitudes, opinions, and perceptions uses a Likert scale. The results of hypothesis testing show that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.620 and the significance (p) is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive relationship between self-control and social ethics. The coefficient of determination yields an R-squared value of 0.384 and an R value of 0.620, demonstrating that 38% of social ethics is influenced by self-control and 62% by other factors. This study implies the need for self-control so that students can exhibit positive social ethics
Analisis Strategi CBT: Pelaksanaanya dalam Konseling
This study aims to examine the implementation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies in counseling services through a literature study method. Data were collected from literature published in the period 2019–2024 and obtained through a systematic search on Google Scholar, with selection based on relevance, scientific feasibility, and topic recency. Analysis of 15 primary studies showed that CBT has been proven effective in individual and group counseling to deal with various psychological problems, such as social anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), low self-esteem, self-esteem, self-efficacy, learning difficulties, deviant behavior, and smartphone addiction. Various CBT techniques used include cognitive restructuring, self-management, modeling, role playing, and integration with other interventions such as music therapy and Islamic counseling. The dominant research designs are pre-experimental experiments, quasi-experimental experiments, and single subject designs with relevant psychological instruments and statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of CBT in counseling can change negative thought patterns to positive ones, improve emotional regulation, and significantly improve client behavior. These findings confirm that CBT is an effective and adaptive strategy to be implemented in various counseling services in Indonesia
Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Berbasis Gamifikasi: Studi Literatur
Gamification is the application of elements of gaming into non-gaming situations with the aim of increasing individual participation and motivation. In the context of guidance and counseling, gamification can be used as an innovative approach to improve the quality of services, both in individual and group counseling, and in guidance programs. The purpose of this study is to 1) explore the role of gamification in guidance and counseling services, and 2) examine how its application can increase student involvement in participating in BK services. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing various literature such as scientific articles and research results. The findings show that the use of gamification elements such as points, badges, leaderboards, and game-based challenges is able to drive student motivation and participation in BK services. In addition, this approach also supports the development of social skills, emotional management, and independence in solving problems. Therefore, gamification has great potential as an innovative method in increasing the effectiveness and attractiveness of guidance and counseling services for students
Mereduksı Kecemasan Akademık Melaluı Konselıng Kelompok Teknık Relaksası
The demands of competence felt by students at the vocational high school level make many vocational high school students feel academic anxiety. They are anxious because they feel that their abilities cannot meet all the standards held by vocational high schools. The objective to be achieved by implementing this research is to describe academic anxiety in students of SMK 2 Jepara after the application of group counseling with relaxation techniques. The type of research used is Guidance and Counseling Action Research. Data collection techniques: observation and interviews. Descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. Academic anxiety in students has been successfully reduced. The condition of the research subjects has "Very High" academic anxiety with an average score of 89.73% in the pre-cycle period. Cycle I experienced a decrease of 66.11% with the "High" category. Continuing to cycle II experienced a decrease of 46.42% with the "Low" category
Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Dukungan Sosial Keluarga terhadap Perencanaan Karier Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Cirebon
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and family social support on career planning of class XI students of SMA Negeri 6 Cirebon. Career planning is one of the important aspects in the individual development stage during adolescence. Self-efficacy acts as an internal factor in the form of confidence in students' abilities, while family social support is a motivator for students from the closest social environment. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods. The subjects of the study were 199 class XI students of a high school in Cirebon City who were selected through random sampling techniques. The instruments in the study used a scale of self-efficacy, family social support and career planning that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed that self-efficacy and family social support had a simultaneous effect on students' career planning, with a calculated F value of 88.987 and a significance of <0.001. Partially, self-efficacy has a dominant influence with a t count of 10.591 (p <0.001), followed by family social support with a t count of 3.542 (p <0.001). The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.476 indicates that 47.6% of students' career planning can be influenced by the two independent variables. These results indicate the importance of strengthening students' self-efficacy and collaboration between schools and students' families in supporting the readiness of their future career planning
Kefektifan Konseling Kelompok Solution-Focused Brief Counseling untuk Meningkatkan Self-Control pada Siswa SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta
Self-control is the ability to regulate, plan, and direct behavior to achieve positive goals. Low self-control can hinder personal development and success in life. Junior high school students, who are in a phase of rapid physical, cognitive, and emotional changes, are particularly vulnerable to deviant behaviors when lacking self-control. Enhancing self-control at this stage is therefore crucial. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of group counseling using the Solution-focused brief counseling (SFBC) approach in improving self-control among students at SMP Negeri 80 Jakarta. This quantitative study used a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The population consisted of 66 students, with a sample of three students identified through low self-control scores on a questionnaire. One of sample is a student with special needs. The intervention involved five group counseling sessions using the SFBC approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires and analyzed using a one-sample t-test with SPSS version 26. Results showed significance values of 0.002 (pre-test) and 0.011 (post-test), indicating the SFBC approach effectively improved students’ self-control

Integrasi Psikologi Pendidikan dan Kearifan Lokal dalam Mewujudkan Pembelajaran Kontekstual
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara psikologi pendidikan dan kearifan lokal dalam membentuk proses pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Psikologi pendidikan sebagai ilmu yang mempelajari perilaku dan proses mental dalam konteks pembelajaran memiliki peran sentral dalam mengembangkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif. Sementara itu, kearifan lokal merupakan nilai-nilai budaya yang tumbuh dan berkembang dalam masyarakat, yang mencerminkan pandangan hidup serta norma yang dijunjung tinggi secara turun-temurun. Integrasi antara psikologi pendidikan dan kearifan lokal diyakini dapat menciptakan proses belajar yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada capaian akademik, tetapi juga menekankan aspek afektif, sosial, dan spiritual peserta didik. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode kajian literatur, mengkaji berbagai teori dan temuan sebelumnya mengenai pendidikan berbasis nilai lokal. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan psikologi pendidikan yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal mampu meningkatkan motivasi, karakter, dan identitas budaya peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pendidikan yang berakar pada kearifan lokal dapat menjadi solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern yang kerap kali terlepas dari konteks sosialbudaya peserta didik
